Our clients generally look upon their pets as very important members of their family. Dr. Ring and every member of the Kitchener Pioneer Pet Hospital staff feel the same way!! Pets ARE very important members of the family and as such your trust in us as your partners in your pet’s health care is something we treasure. We take the responsibility very seriously.
Our clinic motto is "Your Pet's Experience Matters to Us" and we live by that motto. To ensure that your pets receive the quality care and attention they deserve, we provide compassionate, caring, personal service to all our pets and their human companions. I can't recommend them enough. They have taken such good care of Gizmo, my diabetic dog, and I can't imagine taking her anywhere but here. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff that will go out of there way to make sure we're taken care of. Don't hesitate for a second to take your pet to these wonderful people.

The staff here are fairly helpful and appointment times can be obtained on short motice. When compared with other vet offices they're pricing is way too high costing almost double. There is no wheel...
The staff here are fairly helpful and appointment times can be obtained on short motice. When compared with other vet offices they're pricing is way too high costing almost double. There is no wheelchair access (or stroller) and multiple doors with a car seat in hand and dog leash I'm the other.

I have been bringing my pets to Pioneer Pet for years, and can't put into words how amazing Dr Mel and her team are!!!! They helped my cat through a medical crisis with the utmost care and expertise!...
I have been bringing my pets to Pioneer Pet for years, and can't put into words how amazing Dr Mel and her team are!!!! They helped my cat through a medical crisis with the utmost care and expertise!!! They not only treated my cat like he was one of their own pets, but they treated me like family!!! Everytime I cried, there was always someone there to offer me comfort, a shoulder to cry on, advice, in general anything I needed!!! I will never take my animals anywhere else, and I will be forever grateful to Dr Mel and her staff!!!

I can't recommend them enough. They have taken such good care of Gizmo, my diabetic dog, and I can't imagine taking her anywhere but here.
