Went to the Clinic in a previous where the veterinarian saw my dog for his ears and vaccination and other time I mention allergies and he wanted to prescribe Apoquel To the dog where I explained to him that a file was transferred to him and he does not respond to that specific medication. It is in his file so a week ago I had attended the clinic with my dog the second time and we had a discussion about prevention or the dogs allergy. The veterinarian left the office came back with a bag full of medication one for the deworming and allergy and also mentioned that there is one for his allergy ( in case )being on the understanding that the file is left with the veterinarian and having an access to it he would have read that my dog does not respond to such when I open my bag at home I realize this is the wrong medication and he does not work and charge for it was $150 I called the clinic went to see him he had another prescription made out for me of another $120 I explain the situation and ask why was I given the medication he had told me that he explained to me that he was giving him a Apoquel where I didn’t said that I would never take him to medication because I know it does not work on my dog to my response he waved his hand and walk away the bill was $700 for vaccines and old pills half of them not need it very very dissatisfied and his rate is $90 an hour which is $20 above most of the veterinarians unhappy will never ever go again Read Less

RACIST VET. I called this morning because my 9 years old female pit bull has difficulty breathing. They refuse me services over the phone because the type of breed and that she is not neutered. Our dog is the most caring dog ever. She is so loving towards my 4 and 11 yrs old son and daughter (we had since she was 2). I tough I read on your profile description that you are "Compassionate"... We ended up going to martintown and they had no issue treating her. I know animals are not humans but how would you feel if a Dr would refuse treatment to a familly member of yours because he is of a different colour, race or sexual orientation? Not fair! Read Less
