When there is room I hope to have him "visit " as he is getting up there and I was told he has a murmur. At first I thought this would be a great vet, less expensive and equal care. At what ended up being our last visit, we had to wait for an extended period due to an emergency (understandable), they finally asked if we could come back tomorrow and that they would call us in the morning with a time. Well the call never came, and so in the afternoon I called and now they tell me that they are too busy that day and I would have to wait for another day or two. Not acceptable....my dog was in a lot of pain, and ended up needing surgery for a torn CCL.

Dr. Taylor and her staff are absolutely amazing! Every time we go in there they are so welcoming, friendly and show lots of love and care for our family pets! I also have 2 kids on top of the animals ...
Dr. Taylor and her staff are absolutely amazing! Every time we go in there they are so welcoming, friendly and show lots of love and care for our family pets! I also have 2 kids on top of the animals that we bring in and they are very patient and answer any questions my energetic children have! I thank you all for such great service and we recommend you to everyone!

Dr.Taylor is amazing! All her staff are friendly and she doesn't push anything on you! she is always there when advice is needed and has a great vibe, because my dog can be grouchy and he doesn't mind...
