I have been dealing with Morris for many years and never have I had any issues with him or the staff. My dog that I have right now is so skiddish and and he was so great at being patient and taking the time to get our dog used to him.

My friend and I brought 3 kittens in and the girls at reception were so excited to see them. They wanted to hold them and show them to staff. It's a very relaxed nd efficiently run place.

Depending on who you deal with will set the tone of your visit. A smiling face and kind words do not make for a proper diagnosis. Anything more than routine a second opinion would be the astute course...

My diabetic dog couldn't stop throwing up or having diarrhea, both containing blood. I called the after hours number and was told I could wait until morning to have her treated. Her condition having w...
My diabetic dog couldn't stop throwing up or having diarrhea, both containing blood. I called the after hours number and was told I could wait until morning to have her treated. Her condition having worsened, I called back an hour later and insisted that she be seen immediately. As I reached the deserted clinic, I received a call on my cellphone and was informed that I should go to the emergency clinic in Peterborough instead.
Arriving in Peterborough, she was immediately admitted and treated overnight for ketoacidosis. The doctor that treated her informed me that my dog would have died if I had waited until morning to have a vet look at her.

I always get them cremated and with with last one I received a hand written card expressing their sympathy.
