As a breeding kennel for Pomeranians for a great many years my husband Ross and I cannot say enough about how we appreciate the quick, caring service throughout the years no matter the time of day or night and at times through horrible weather. Our show and Pet Pomeranians are a huge part of out lives and hearts. Heartland's staff are kind, polite and very caring. The vets go above and beyond and have helped us get through difficult times and we cannot fault their advice and care. I do not know what we would do without them. I'm here to complain about a ''receptionist'' named jen. Probably the rudest person i ever spoke to especially at a animal hospital She was very insulting towards me....I was calling about a serious matter involving my dog but thanks i'll be taking her else where.

Got in at appointed time. Kaitlyn & Dr. Emma looked after our 2 dogs. We're very happy with them. Both were friendly and professional. The front desk staff were also friendly and professional. Very ...
Got in at appointed time. Kaitlyn & Dr. Emma looked after our 2 dogs. We're very happy with them. Both were friendly and professional. The front desk staff were also friendly and professional. Very clean building with a nice area set aside for animal toys and pet foods.

Had to make the hard decision to put downy dog. The vet here was more then understanding. The staff very kind. They really did go above and beyond to help my wife and I.

This is the best vet ever! Caring, intelligent, vets and staff! I live 40 minutes and would never leave Heartland.

I see my review was deleted! Don't have your pets cremated with these people! After 10 years of great Service, I lost my baby at 19 years old asked for her to be cremated with a few extras! The resul...
I see my review was deleted! Don't have your pets cremated with these people! After 10 years of great Service, I lost my baby at 19 years old asked for her to be cremated with a few extras! The result was they couldn't get the remains back from their source therefore I refused to pay until I got to see proof that she was cremated! Never saw proof, they put my account in collections. 3 debt collectors later they still can't provide proof of their claim or the remains of my 19 year old cat. Scum company to pull a move like that! Debt agents are actually disgusted with their operations, that's why they can't use the same one every time

As a breeding kennel for Pomeranians for a great many years my husband Ross and I cannot say enough about how we appreciate the quick, caring service throughout the years no matter the time of day or night and at times through horrible weather. Our show and Pet Pomeranians are a huge part of out lives and hearts. Heartland's staff are kind, polite and very caring.
