There is not a single thing more that I could possibly ask from the Walden Animal Hospital. They went out of their way to call me multiple times to update me on my dogs surgery, I felt informed and confident the entirety of the experience. They made me feel at home when dropping off and picking up my pup, they also went the extra mile when personalizing all the paperwork and overall making me and my girlfriend feel like my pup was in the hands of genuinely caring people. We received an incredibly detailed report after the procedure which made us feel confident with the aftercare. The pricing was very fair, and it did not take long to be booked in for the procedure. I will recommend this place very highly to my friends, family and anyone who needs pet care.

To be fair... I really liked Dr. sues at walden... however... one of the other vets I dealt with I feel kept critical and pertinent medical information from me in order to benefit financially (large mass and 25% weight loss which they knew ahead of time but didnt share this info with me) I feel this was in order to gain financially... which is wrong in my opinion! (doing an elective but costly surgery same day) the tech called and apologized profusely and then the manager said her and the vet felt they did no wrong... I haven't even seen or spoken to the vet ONCE in this entire process.. surgery etc... I NEVER would have done surgery had this medical information been presented beforehand...I would have done a biopsy. I feel it was not their decision to make! read other reviews... there are other stories like mine! YOU CAN CONTACT THE COLLEGE OF VETERNARIANS AND MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE IF YOU FEEL YOUR ANIMAL HAS NOT RECEIVED APPROPRIATE CARE!!! THATS HOW TO MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN!!!!

An amazing place to bring your beloved pet, very knowledgable and friendly staff.
A few years ago they handled me very well on the phone when I was rather upset and in tears due to the fact that I felt there was something wrong with my cat as she was acting our of the norm. They were very reassuring and patient with me, and made time for me the exact day to run some tests my cat.
I highly recommend this Animal Hospital, thanks again!

I have three dogs so as you can imagine there are times that I am entering these doors regularly. I have been a client here for about six years and I love this place. A warm smile awaits me when I arrive and it feels like home. I appreciate how the staff explain everything in detail to me and how they patiently answer all of my questions and listen respectfully as I explain my observations (at length sometimes - sorry...) of my dogs. I deeply trust the staff with the health and welfare of my pets - they all deserve a huge round of applause and a free trip to Barbados!!

Today our doggy Sport had to be put down. It was one of the worst days of our life. We loved him so much. It will take time for us to recover. I have a diabetic dog and a senior with arthritis. I have been bringing my dogs to Walden for a little over a year. My diabetic needs to have tests done every 3 months to track his sugar levels, and we just started bringing our senior in for laser therapy. Not only do I find the staff to be friendly, caring, and knowledgeable, their prices are also very reasonable. My dogs are happy to be at Walden. You can really tell when an animal hospital is about the pet first.

I have a diabetic dog and a senior with arthritis. I have been bringing my dogs to Walden for a little over a year. My diabetic needs to have tests done every 3 months to track his sugar levels, and we just started bringing our senior in for laser therapy. Not only do I find the staff to be friendly, caring, and knowledgeable, their prices are also very reasonable. My dogs are happy to be at Walden. You can really tell when an animal hospital is about the pet first.
