I just recently moved to Wortley Village, and I drive past their sign every morning on my way to school. Couple of days ago, I noticed that one of my two cats was not doing so well, and I decided to take a chance and give them a call. Boy am I glad I did.
I have dealt with a number of different vets, and though some were good, I have NEVER had the experience of calling the vet and have the receptionist actually spend the time and go through everything (e.g. what I think may be wrong, why I think that is, the costs, etc.) until I called these folks. What, in my opinion, was the "cherry on top" is the fact the receptionist actually, knowledgeably, answered my questions and concerns; instead of just saying "oh you'd have to bring them in for a check-up first", which every other vet I have ever called has said to me. Also, given that I had just recently taken them to another vet before my move, Bonnie and her staff did not charge me for the first check-up. I really appreciated this, because I'm a student and currently under a lot of financial strain.
Aside from the polite, friendly, and overall wonderful staff, Bonnie is just an absolute lady. From the moment she greeted me with her ever so warming smile, I knew she was the vet that I was not going to let get away. Just the way she speaks and her voice....so soothing and calming that all of the worries that you may have about your pet, begin to slowly wash away. She was a true professional, and I can confidently say that she seems, to me, to be one of the best, as she discovered things with my one cat, Phoenix, that no other vet had.
I cannot begin to emphasize enough, just how much I recommend these folks. I will be a returning customer. Read Less
