I love this place! The vet is knowledgeable and friendly. They are completely understanding of people's finances so they are not pushy with treatment. They outline all your options with quotes on price, which makes it easier for me to budget for my dog. My dog had worms and needed his yearly vaccinations. He also was recovering from a UTI. They did the exam, medicine, vaccinations, urinalysis with culture for $350. If you go anywhere else the price would be double. In short: this place is no frills and to the point. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Read Less

We started taking our 5 month old kitten here for her shots and in the near future, she will be spayed here. However this weekend my rat started looking, well, on death's door. I expected her to pass during the night but she didn't. So Monday morning I called about euthanasia and they squeezed us in. They were so kind to us, explained our options and didn't rush us at all as we said good bye to our family member. I truly can't explain how much their kindness and patience meant to us, especially squeezing us in on such short notice. Thank you to Dr Millman and all the wonderful staff for everything you did for us today and my Willow. It means so much. Read Less

Being a rat owner, it's never easy finding a good exotic vet, that has experience with actual rats. After moving to London, I finally found this clinic and I am extremely happy with it. Whether it is a regular check-up, considering options for treatments or even helping one of my boys to pass on, they have always been extremely kind and helpful. Appointments are usually available within a few days and every single member of that team has been friendly to me and my pets. Dr. Millman is great at handling rats and always open for suggestions and options. Prices are very fair and most regular medications are usually available after a visit (if they are deemed necessary). Would recommend to any rat owner that doesn't have a regular go-to vet! Read Less
