This place helped me out in a pinch with my dog just hours away from dying. They took me in and treated me as a loyal customer even though it was my first time there with my black lab Mila. The front receptionist was just so friendly and really easy to chat with. The vet tech ladies were outstanding as well and you could really get a sense that they cared about the animals. Dr Tom was very upfront with the situation and thorough in his pre operation information along with the financial quote which is greatly appreciated. His post op communication was equally informative and he even sent me an email in the morning after to let me know how my dog did through the night. Just truly a class act all around and I would highly recommend trusting your pet with them. Again, I was a 'visitor' as I was sent from my own clinic due to two veterinarians being on vacation and they treated me great. Thank God for Dr. Tom Oster. When we own a pet it's imperative to have a vet that you can trust fully with your animal's health. Tom Oster has been (and continues to be) wonderful for the past 13 years of our dog Murphy's life. All of the staff at Whitehills Animal Hospital have always been so friendly and helpful as well. After a traumatic injury - our beautiful golden Charlie had to have emergency surgery last week. Dr. Oster and his wonderful team treated our Charlie with nothing but the best care. They were so kind, patient and understanding during what was a terrible time for us. Today was surgery #2 and still, the entire staff treated us like family. You know it's a good clinic when your pup comes out from having surgery and is still greeting all the ladies with his tail wagging! I don't trust this place, I'm never bringing my bunny back to be tortured like this. They pulled out my bunny's nail when they were supposed to be trimming it! Definitely inexperienced w treating bunnies. I understand mistakes but the worst thing was they didn't tell me. I had to find out on my own when I was examining my bunny's nails. Read Less
