Was very disappointed with my last experience here and now looking at going elsewhere. My dog had a cut on his leg so took him to the vet at 11am, was told to come back at 2.15 (no problem with that, ...
Was very disappointed with my last experience here and now looking at going elsewhere. My dog had a cut on his leg so took him to the vet at 11am, was told to come back at 2.15 (no problem with that, i get you were busy). However, when I returned at 2.15, I was told that considering it's Friday and a staff member was leaving early, the vet didn't have help which she needed to do the stitches on the dog. She said I'll have to take him to emergency as it's too late to take him to another vet. They could have told me this at 11am... Emergency cost me $1100 to do 3 stitches. Not only this, but Manotick Village Animal Hostpital charged me a $70 consult fee for the 2.15 appt (YES, FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING).. You can imagine how annoyed I am considering the procedure should have only cost me ~$300. You need a reliable vet for those unforeseen issues with animals that can arise and based on my experience this vet certainly cannot fulfil that.

Best vets ever! We are new to Manotick and had to choose a new vet. So happy we came here! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone!

Was very disappointed with my last experience here and now looking at going elsewhere. My dog had a cut on his leg so took him to the vet at 11am, was told to come back at 2.15 (no problem with that, i get you were busy).
