Excellent care given to our senior dog, Oscar. Dr. Carr took the time to thoroughly explain the options available for our dog. She listened to our concerns and we were able to come up with a care plan that allowed the best care for our pet, as well as, giving us time to make a difficult decision. The staff were compassionate, helpful and demonstrated their loving commitment of caring for our pet. You know you have come to a good place when the staff sit on the floor at the level of your pet and give them lots of love and attention to make them comfortable before starting the exam. They show genuine love and care for the animals. I have always been impressed that they make every effort to get a pet in with little notice and always follow-up. - I gave them a 4/5 because I don't know if its really necessary to have the vet tech take the animals history etc. when the vet often asks the same question after etc. seems like a duplication of effort and possibly cost savings could be had if they streamlined the service (I have been at other vet clinics where 100% of the interaction was with the vet and the techs are used for securing animals, providing assistance etc. The costs at these other clinics was less). Took my dog to this vet years ago about a lump he had on his chest they checked it and told me that his breed gets lumps and bumps like this all the time they did nothing not even tests Just recently I have know found out my dog has cancer in the lump that was on his chests I had to take him to another vet in order to get the tests done and find all this out I would never recommend this vet to anyone with an animal they care about because all they want is your money Read Less
