Katie sent in the wrong pooh sample for my dog and called me to tell me the result was negative and I was all confused because I never sent in a pooh sample. Then she try to cover up her mistake by offering to pay for another test out of her own pocket. This just makes me wonder how many mistakes she has made to get the great reviews because she just goes back and fix the mistake and offer to pay for her mistake out of her own pocket. We went in and took our dog in for an x-ray as he had a cough that wasn't going away. The staff here was great, compassionate and accommodating. We got some sad news, but Dr. Cho and the team were very helpful in answering our questions. Katie was also great and went above and beyond. Dr. Cho even called us later that evening to make sure we were doing ok and let us know next steps. The staff and the service received here were exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone. Even though they tried their very best we, unfortunately lost our cat but Dr. Brar went far above what any vet would have done to save our cat. This is what a veterinarian clinic should be about. We have been to 5 clinics from markham to mississauga and this is by far the best place we have been to. The staff are super welcoming and always thoroughly answer any questions I have. I recently brought my cat in for her routine vaccinations. She has a tendency to get very agitated in vet clinics for some reason and always puts up a fight with vets. However, despite my cat's resistance the clinic team did not give up on my cat and safely completed the vaccinations. They were all very patient, accommodating and above all, showed care for my cat even though she is hard to handle. I am happy my cat is now up to date on her vaccinations and it is thanks to this vet team! Dr. Brar and his team are extremely caring, compassionate and understanding. Our Puppy Rani was extremely ill when we took her in to see Dr. Brar. We had almost lost her at that time.
