Me and my partner recently rescued a stray kitten (just about 2 months old) and we originally wanted to bring her to our trusted vet, but unfortunately they were fully booked for weeks, so we took our friend's suggestion and brought this stray kitten to Apple Creek Animal Hospital. I was shocked from the initial assessment (by Alice Chen) that the kitten got a clean bill of health (with no parasite, no FIV, no fleas, etc...), the kitten only got her 1st shot, and dewormed. But after about 2 weeks, she didn't get any better (as her stomach is still bloated and to the point of having diarrhea), so we called the vet for an emergency check up. The 2nd time, the assessment (by Winnie Yuen) stated the kitten has ear mites, and Revolution had been given for that and Fortiflora & Metronidazole was giving for Diarrhea along with deworming again and took fecal sample for test (parasite). The Animal Hospital called back in a few days stating that the kitten is free from parasites. We were relieved, yet the kitten soft to liquid poop still not stopping. Then we just received a call again from the clinic apologizing that they got the result wrong and the test showed positive for parasite and the kitten needs to be treated ASAP. What kind of animal hospital is this? The overall experience with this hospital really gave me no confidence whatsoever to continue bringing my kitten back once again. Reading the vet's bio and other reviews, they seem to be very experienced but in reality I really have my doubt.

I have had positive experiences with Dr. Augustin, Dr. Lisa, as well as Dr. Winnie. They were nothing but kind and understanding with my previous cat, Mimi, who lived until she was 19 and passed away ...
I have had positive experiences with Dr. Augustin, Dr. Lisa, as well as Dr. Winnie. They were nothing but kind and understanding with my previous cat, Mimi, who lived until she was 19 and passed away just a few years ago. They gave Mimi everything she needed to have as comfortable and happy a life as she could, and treated her with the utmost dignity when it was time for her to move on.Last year, I ended up with a new cat and all three veterinarians have made sure that Whiskey is in tip top shape. She's been going to this place since she was just a few months old!

We've been taking our labrador pup here since it first opened and we couldn't be happier with our experience over the years. The clinic is clean and modern, the doctors and staff are extremely helpful, and most importantly, they are always willing to work around our schedules. There is a very distinct family-feel to the overall atmosphere and we love the fact that we regularly leave appointments with the sense that they genuinely care about us. The personal touches, such as follow up calls a few days after a visit, only add to the evergrowing trust we have in the staff. We can't imagine leaving our pup in the hands of anyone else!Very highly recommended!

DO NOT go to this vet.My cat had a urinary blockage so I took him to this vet, spent $1600, the doctor's name is augustin. After the treatment the staff phoned me that my cat had been urinating well, so I took him home in the evening. The next morning I found my cat was still leaking urine, so I took him back to this vet. The doctor told me my cat is now very painful, and need another catheterization plus some medical treatments IMMEDIATELY, asking me for another $1000. I didn't trust him because 1. I'm suspicious of his qualification. 1 day ago he told me my cat was cured, and now he told me my cat was blocked again, did he really treat my cat? 2. When he said my cat was very painful, my cat didn't look like so. I phoned 3 other vets for consultation, and those veterinarians recommended me to observe my cat for a few days, so I did. My cat is healthy now. The staffs there were friendly though, but I highly recommend the veterinarian in charge, augustin, to take ethics training programs. He intended to convince me of the emergency of my cat's condition to squeeze more profit from me. That was extremely unethical and mercenary, he doesn't qualify to be a veterinarian.

Both Vets took wonderful care of our two elderly dogs for over 3 yrs. A very sweet, caring AND professional young couple. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the neighbourhood.

I brought my puppy to Dr. Augustin for a few months and the service was amazing. Dr. Augustin was the best vet I've met. He's very caring, professional, and tries to be as unbiased as possible. I had concerns about spaying my dog and Dr. Augustin was very kind and professional about it. He was very proactive and we would email each other with research studies that could help my decision. He was never pushy and always told me his opinion in a respectful manner. He's very ontop of his email and responses fast. You can tell that he's truly passionate about what he does and only wants to best for the animals.
I unfortunately had to leave to another vet because I come from a more holistic perspective. Found a nice holistic vet, but if I could mix and match i would have Dr. Augustin as my holistic vet!

Dr Augustin is an amazing vet, had to bring my kitty in pretty much every week since I got him. Dr Augustin is very patient with my neverending stream of questions and gives me a call every week to see how my cat, Miso, is doing. He always explains what he is doing and why, as well as the cost and walks me through the whole process. Can't say enough good things about him.
Liz is also incredibly helpful every time I call in, and is so kind whenever I talk with her.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this vet clinic. The staff were incredibly friendly, the environment clean, no additional services were pushed on me, and the service was fast. I was booked for an appointment easily within my availability and they took me in on time (and one time they were early). They treated me and my cat with kindness. The vet was very thorough, kind, and was patiently willing to answer my 50 questions. They gave me all of the information I needed to know to feel comfortable. The office even gave me several follow up calls to ensure my kitty was doing well. Thank you for making this experience amazing! I wish more vet offices were like you!

I recommend Apple Creek to every pet owner I know. We first met Dr. Augustin in 2013 when he was working at another clinic. He diagnosed my dog's thyroid condition, after many misdiagnosis' from other vets. We were so impressed with the care she received. When she became ill this past summer we went looking for Dr. Augustin and found he had opened his own clinic with Dr. Winnie. Apple Creek was the best possible place we could've entrusted our dogs end of life care to. Everyone there, Drs. Augustin and Winnie, Liz and the techs were all so wonderful with her. You know you're in good hands when your dog is pulling you toward the clinic with her tail wagging and a big smile on her face. They never try to push expensive treatments on you, they're up front about costs before proceeding with anything and offer you as many options as possible for more cost effective treatment, which in my experience with vet clinics, is rare. They genuinely care about the wellbeing of your pet. I also love the spectrum of care available, with Dr. Winnie practicing traditional veterinary chinese medicine as well.
I can't say enough about this clinic and it's staff. There are no words to express the gratitude I feel for the care Libby received. I highly recommend them to anyone. When we chose to add another four legged member to our family, we absolutely will be bringing them to Apple Creek.

Apple Creek Animal Hospital, where do I start? From the extremely friendly staff, to the very knowledgeable, genuine and sincere veterinarians. I was recommended this place a year ago by a neighbour. It was the best decision I made. They truly take care of your animals. In my case my two dogs. They give you options and they make you feel comfortable . There is no pressure, and they're very understanding with your situation. Whatever it may be. I've only dealt with Dr.Winnie in person. But Dr.Augustien has been on the phone with me as well. They're both very knowledgeable, kind, caring . And they are there for you and your pet. Thank you for providing such an incredible service to these animals. I feel safe knowing my dogs are in your care. They both own pets and know this is more than a business. This is a member of the family . Keep up the great work.

Great staff/vets! My wife and I researched/visited a lot of vets in the area and this place is the best by far. Augustine and Winnie (vets) always take the time to explain the procedures and/or risks....
Great staff/vets! My wife and I researched/visited a lot of vets in the area and this place is the best by far. Augustine and Winnie (vets) always take the time to explain the procedures and/or risks. Never once felt rushed in over a dozen visits (our dog likes to cause trouble). They know how to take care of pets!

When my cat got sick and we needed a vet, I was kind of scared of bringing him to a new place but boy was I surprise! The vets here are extremely kind, helpful and most importantly very very experienced and knowledgeable. They definitely know what they're doing and I couldn't be more comfortable knowing my Milo is in good hands. I would highly recommend this place for first time pet owners or those looking to switch vets closer to their home!

I highly recommend anyone who is actively seeking for a new Vet Clinic. Apple Creek Animal Hospital is clean, convenient to get to, with friendly and professional staff. We originally visited ACAH for a second opinion on our little chihuahua and now we are a part of their family! Both doctors (Dr. Winnie and Dr. Augustine) are incredibly friendly, passionate, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They go above and beyond to make sure my fur baby is well and healthy. It was the best thing that has ever happened to us and our puppy!

The vets, Augustine and Winnie, go above and beyond to make sure your furbabies are taken care of. They do not over charge and the well being of your dog is their first priority. It makes me anxious when it comes to any health concerns about my English bulldog but they are so kind and not once did I feel bad for asking a lot of questions. My 1 year old bully loves them and would cry of excitment the moment he sees their clinic. Highly recommended!

Dr. Augustine examined her thoroughly and provided options to me on treatment and showed me patiently on how to treat the illness. He really concerned my cat that both his nurse and himself called me to follow up on my cat's status. I appreciate very much the love and compassion received at Apple Creek AH!

We've always wondered why our dog walks/runs funny and it was an 'aha!' moment when they told us that Tofu has a kneecap condition. None of his previous vets were able to detect it and simply dismissed it as something the dog prefers to do. My dog is a rescue and has severe anxiety when meeting strangers and they took the time to calm him down and were so gracious to clean up after him. The staff/vets are both human and pet friendly!

Me and my partner recently rescued a stray kitten (just about 2 months old) and we originally wanted to bring her to our trusted vet, but unfortunately they were fully booked for weeks, so we took our friend's suggestion and brought this stray kitten to Apple Creek Animal Hospital. I recommend Apple Creek to every pet owner I know. We first met Dr. Augustin in 2013 when he was working at another clinic. He diagnosed my dog's thyroid condition, after many misdiagnosis' from other vets. We were so impressed with the care she received. When she became ill this past summer we went looking for Dr. Augustin and found he had opened his own clinic with Dr. Winnie. Apple Creek was the best possible place we could've entrusted our dogs end of life care to. Everyone there, Drs. Augustin and Winnie, Liz and the techs were all so wonderful with her. You know you're in good hands when your dog is pulling you toward the clinic with her tail wagging and a big smile on her face. They never try to push expensive treatments on you, they're up front about costs before proceeding with anything and offer you as many options as possible for more cost effective treatment, which in my experience with vet clinics, is rare. They genuinely care about the wellbeing of your pet. I also love the spectrum of care available, with Dr. Winnie practicing traditional veterinary chinese medicine as well.
I can't say enough about this clinic and it's staff. There are no words to express the gratitude I feel for the care Libby received. I highly recommend them to anyone. When we chose to add another four legged member to our family, we absolutely will be bringing them to Apple Creek.

Apple Creek Animal Hospital, where do I start? From the extremely friendly staff, to the very knowledgeable, genuine and sincere veterinarians. I was recommended this place a year ago by a neighbour. It was the best decision I made. They truly take care of your animals. In my case my two dogs. They give you options and they make you feel comfortable . There is no pressure, and they're very understanding with your situation. Whatever it may be. I've only dealt with Dr.Winnie in person. But Dr.Augustien has been on the phone with me as well. They're both very knowledgeable, kind, caring . And they are there for you and your pet. Thank you for providing such an incredible service to these animals. I feel safe knowing my dogs are in your care. They both own pets and know this is more than a business. This is a member of the family . Keep up the great work.

Great staff/vets! My wife and I researched/visited a lot of vets in the area and this place is the best by far. Augustine and Winnie (vets) always take the time to explain the procedures and/or risks....
Great staff/vets! My wife and I researched/visited a lot of vets in the area and this place is the best by far. Augustine and Winnie (vets) always take the time to explain the procedures and/or risks. Never once felt rushed in over a dozen visits (our dog likes to cause trouble). They know how to take care of pets!

When my cat got sick and we needed a vet, I was kind of scared of bringing him to a new place but boy was I surprise! The vets here are extremely kind, helpful and most importantly very very experienced and knowledgeable. They definitely know what they're doing and I couldn't be more comfortable knowing my Milo is in good hands. I would highly recommend this place for first time pet owners or those looking to switch vets closer to their home!

I highly recommend anyone who is actively seeking for a new Vet Clinic. Apple Creek Animal Hospital is clean, convenient to get to, with friendly and professional staff. We originally visited ACAH for a second opinion on our little chihuahua and now we are a part of their family! Both doctors (Dr. Winnie and Dr. Augustine) are incredibly friendly, passionate, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They go above and beyond to make sure my fur baby is well and healthy. It was the best thing that has ever happened to us and our puppy!

The vets, Augustine and Winnie, go above and beyond to make sure your furbabies are taken care of. They do not over charge and the well being of your dog is their first priority. It makes me anxious when it comes to any health concerns about my English bulldog but they are so kind and not once did I feel bad for asking a lot of questions. My 1 year old bully loves them and would cry of excitment the moment he sees their clinic. Highly recommended!

My cat didn't pooped when moved to a new place and has serious ear infections. Dr. Augustine examined her thoroughly and provided options to me on treatment and showed me patiently on how to treat the illness. He really concerned my cat that both his nurse and himself called me to follow up on my cat's status. I appreciate very much the love and compassion received at Apple Creek AH!

We've always wondered why our dog walks/runs funny and it was an 'aha!' moment when they told us that Tofu has a kneecap condition. None of his previous vets were able to detect it and simply dismissed it as something the dog prefers to do. My dog is a rescue and has severe anxiety when meeting strangers and they took the time to calm him down and were so gracious to clean up after him. The staff/vets are both human and pet friendly!

Dr Winnie and Dr Augustin are very friendly. Even their supporting staff Jenna was very helpful. I can feel how much they love pets. They never push you to do this or that. I am so happy to have such a great Vet close to my place.
