He took care of my Cricket with such care and compassion much better than other doctors do to their patients. An absolute disgrace of an animal hospital. Christian Cumberbatch runs a joke of a practice and is visibly indifferent about the well-being of people's beloved pets; he's only out to make money. Without a biopsy or proper screenings, he diagnosed our dog with "inflammation" and gave us doggy advils and sent us on our way. Months later the problem had gotten worse so we took him to a real animal hospital where they found a cancerous tumour that had already begun to spread throughout his body. This hospital used to be great. Since Cumberbatch became the primary veterinarian this place has gone down hill. He doesn't care about the animal's well being, all he caresaid about is making a buck. Read Less

Selected this vet after we got our two new rescue cats. Not the closest to us, but after researching of the other clinics in the area, this one appealed the most to us. Incredibly friendly front desk/vet tech staff. They are so helpful when we go in and even if I call in they always try to help and offer the best advice they can. Love how they will weigh the pet in the carrier then deduct the carrier weight to get the reading. This is appreciated since we have one timid cat. They also call to check in after each appointment to make sure the cats are doing ok. Nice personal touch :)I don't think their services are the cheapest around but they are definitely competitive and fair.The vet is great. So good and gentle with the animals and he was even able to work so well with our scared one. He did his xrays and nail trimming with no struggle. He is so friendly and talkative and will really give you all the info and advice you need and leaves nothing out. He is thorough and professional and clearly very knowledgeable and love that he doesn't rush you to the door.Also love their super friendly resident cats!Will definitely keep coming here, despite it not being the closest to us. I've been going to this clinic for years and am very familiar with the rescues they work with. CTV completely misrepresented the situation and the hospital. Just goes to show you can't believe everything you see in media.Read Less

Ridiculously expensive poor diagnosis took in my cat on three occasions the bill was presented between two prices the low and the high, all three times it exceeded the high. The diagnosis was wrong. This location would make a better slaughter house than a veterinarian. Never again. Read Less
