I love this clinic. I have been taking my animals here for years and they are so good with all types of pets! My cat is friendly and docile, but my dog is a handful and they always do an exceptional job handling her. The vets make sure you understand the medication they are prescribing to your animal, and always greet you and your pet with a smiling face. They always call me to remind me of my pets appointments, which is a huge help if you have a busy schedule! Read Less

I must say that I was more than pleased with my first visit to this clinic. Upon entering I was greeted by Angie whom was working at the desk that day, she of course gave my little guy some rubs and told me how adorable he is which of course makes me proud even though I had nothing to do with it. As I was waiting she offered me coffee or tea which was lovely though I declined. When meeting with the Vet she went through thoroughly the vaccines and guided me to make the best decisions for my little guy and what preventative measures I should/ shouldn't be taking. She listened to my concerns and answered the few questions that I did have because she had already answered most of my questions without asking. It wasn't just a pleasant experience for me the owner but also my best buddy, I could tell he really trusted her because he would lean into her almost like he was trying to be spooned. The staff and Doctors were awesome! Unfortunately, my baby got really sick - non stop vomiting and she wouldn't even eat treats while I was away! The nurses and Dr's nursed her back to health + went the extra mile to keep me in the loop long-distance. I am happy to say that my little girl is back to playing with her 'sister' thanks to the hard work and dedication of everyone here. They even called me a few days later to see how she was feeling! Wish I lived closer so I could take my girls here all the time!Read Less

I have been a client of the Markham Veterinary Clinic for over 40 years, and with each new furry family member I bring to the clinic, the care and compassion shown by the "vet clinic family", continues to exceed all my expectations. Whatever my furry kids throw us in the way of ailments and injuries, the team will take everything in stride in a calm and professional manner and help my babes to regain their health in a short time. Always keeping in touch to ensure that I am coping with the at-home treatments. First time for my cat going to a vet in Ontario (we moved from BC last year). Very nice people at this practice. From the lady at the phone, to the veterinarian, they are very friendly and caring to the animals.The office is big and clean, virtually no wait time for the appointment for my little Annie. For what I could shop around, their fees are average compared to other clinics in the GTA. Somewhat more expensive than in BC, but not outrageous. Recommended for all our furry (and not so furry) companions. Read Less

One year ago today they saved my Own boy, by removing a cancerous toes, and gave him Back the rest of his life. You helped for my son his best friend.
