I have been going to Village Animal Clinic for 16 years. Dr. Brangers is one of the finest vets I have ever had to care for my pets. She has been a God send when I've been faced with tough decisions. Her loving attention to transition my beloved golden retriever from this world to the next was a true testimony to her ability to care for pets through their entire life. LOW QUALITY clinic.  Doctors are inexperienced and do NOT know what they are doing.  Don't bring your pets here... please....  My pet died as a result of their negligence/mistakes.  Apparently, I'm not the only one that this happened to.  Please read the other hidden reviews on the bottom before deciding on bring your beloved pet to this place.My question is WHY ARE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HIDDEN??? I never write a review but I felt that I needed to this case so that other pet parents do go through what I went through.  PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THIS PLACE.  It took my a long time to actually write this review because I was so traumatized by what happened.  The doctors in this clinic missed my dogs's cancer and he passed away.  I feel that they are not very knowledgeable because when I initially took him in, they did not do a thorough enough exam.  They just brushed it off as something minor so time passed without him getting treatment and the cancer spread until he passed away.  As pet parents, we know when something is not right with our pets but since our pets can't tell us know us what is wrong, we rely and put our entire trust on the expertise of these vets.  That's exactly what I did and they let us down. Even after my dog passed away, when I was asking for an explanation as to how this could be missed, they were very defensive and short with me as though they just wanted to move on.  Well, it may be just a patient to them but my dog was my life and I needed this closure.  I did not get it from them and honestly felt like I never would from their attitude so I didn't push it anymore.  I decided to let my beautiful boy rest in peace.  I still have one more pet at home and I just can't bring him back to this place.  How can I trust them with the care of my baby after what happened?! I have decided not to take this chance and look for another vet clinic.  Our pets depend on us to look after them, so we should do our very best to find them the best care.  In my opinion, this is not where they will get the best care. They have help take care of my dogs when they are healthy or sick and help me when I am going through difficult time with the passing of my dogs.I even left Momo for 2 weeks while I was away because he was not feeling well and required special care.They accepts Visa, Mastercard and Interac.
