My german sheperd hyperextended her rear paw and was seen by Rose Rumney. Took her back to change bandages and waited 40 mins beyond our appointment time in over 30 degree weather in the hot sun. Changed the bandages in the parking lot.No water or shade. Told to come back in 3 days to change again. Appt at 9am. Still 30 degrees out. People with appt at 9:30 were attended to and left. Still waiting in hot sun,untill I spoke up and said my appointment was at 9am it is now 9:40 why is my dog not being looked at. She has high anxiety and this is so wrong. Finally a girl came out to change her bandage at 9:50 and was going to do it in the dirty,dusty spot by the front door. I said do you not have a towel for her to lay on. She went back inside and got one.Tara has open sores from the spoon splint that I believe was way to small and making the sores. Rose Rumney the vet we are working with suddenly takes of on vacation for a week. No one called us ever again. We were left with no phone calls to come back for bandage changes. We called and left messages for Rose to contact us when she came back from vacation. She never ever did. So after 6 weeks with the spoon splint still on and no adjustment to her pain meds, we are going to another vet . This place is nothing short of animal cruelty. Stick to farm animals cause that's how you treat our pets. I would not recommend anyone to go there with you pet. Terrible and so unprofessional. Read Less

Appalled by the treatment of my dog. A sign on the door says to call the office because you cannot enter. THERE IS NO SERVICE AT NORTH SIMCOE. There is NO SHADE at North simcoe. There was NO WATER for animals at North simcoe. I waited 30 minutes beyond my appointment time with my dog. I would have gladly kept her in the car with the AC.... had I been TOLD PRIOR that I would have to do so. But I was not. So I DRAGGED my dog out of the car for her appointment time that she hates. To have her wait in 30 degree weather with no shade and no water. That is basically animal abuse. I was then told someone would come out and see my dog. Another ten minutes passed to be told that SUSIE was supposed to be on her way and would have to be asked to do it again. I have asked REPEATEDLY to never have Susie work on my dog as she mistreated her in the passed. This is unprofessional and abusive to my animal. I will never return and will make sure my fellow dog owners know how you think dogs should be treated. My sweet dog has been you’re patient for 8 years. This is unbelievable. Read Less
