My german sheperd hyperextended her rear paw and was seen by Rose Rumney. Took her back to change bandages and waited 40 mins beyond our appointment time in over 30 degree weather in the hot sun. Chan...
My german sheperd hyperextended her rear paw and was seen by Rose Rumney. Took her back to change bandages and waited 40 mins beyond our appointment time in over 30 degree weather in the hot sun. Changed the bandages in the parking lot.No water or shade. Told to come back in 3 days to change again. Appt at 9am. Still 30 degrees out. People with appt at 9:30 were attended to and left. Still waiting in hot sun,untill I spoke up and said my appointment was at 9am it is now 9:40 why is my dog not being looked at. She has high anxiety and this is so wrong. Finally a girl came out to change her bandage at 9:50 and was going to do it in the dirty,dusty spot by the front door. I said do you not have a towel for her to lay on. She went back inside and got one.Tara has open sores from the spoon splint that I believe was way to small and making the sores. Rose Rumney the vet we are working with suddenly takes of on vacation for a week. No one called us ever again. We were left with no phone calls to come back for bandage changes. We called and left messages for Rose to contact us when she came back from vacation. She never ever did. So after 6 weeks with the spoon splint still on and no adjustment to her pain meds, we are going to another vet . This place is nothing short of animal cruelty. Stick to farm animals cause that's how you treat our pets. I would not recommend anyone to go there with you pet. Terrible and so unprofessional.

Appalled by the treatment of my dog. A sign on the door says to call the office because you cannot enter. THERE IS NO SERVICE AT NORTH SIMCOE. There is NO SHADE at North simcoe. There was NO WATER for animals at North simcoe. I waited 30 minutes beyond my appointment time with my dog. I would have gladly kept her in the car with the AC.... had I been TOLD PRIOR that I would have to do so. But I was not. So I DRAGGED my dog out of the car for her appointment time that she hates. To have her wait in 30 degree weather with no shade and no water. That is basically animal abuse. I was then told someone would come out and see my dog. Another ten minutes passed to be told that SUSIE was supposed to be on her way and would have to be asked to do it again. I have asked REPEATEDLY to never have Susie work on my dog as she mistreated her in the passed. This is unprofessional and abusive to my animal. I will never return and will make sure my fellow dog owners know how you think dogs should be treated. My sweet dog has been you’re patient for 8 years. This is unbelievable.

We were in a car accident and my dog was in the backseat. Jen happened to be one of the people that stopped. She called the vet they came right to the accident and Took him right back to the vet overnight. They Were awesome and I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. Unfortunately I had to put my dog down the next day because of injuries he sustained. We are in the process of getting a new puppy now and because of how great they were I am now changing My services to them.

Note that Blueberry can be nippy with other vets but he was completely at ease with the Vet at North Simcoe.

Top notch clinic. Rose and her team are amazing. After my dog was mishandled by a previous vet I really saw the difference in high quality service at this vet. It's unfortunate I discovered them too...
Top notch clinic. Rose and her team are amazing. After my dog was mishandled by a previous vet I really saw the difference in high quality service at this vet. It's unfortunate I discovered them too late as my dog was in late stages of kidney failure. Very well educated and up to date with current remedies, diagnosis. I highly recommend them. I wish I knew of them sooner. Worth the drive to Midland. Definitely will return with my next bundle of fur.Thank you.🐾 It's unfortunate they took care of the end of life procedures. They were very caring and sympathetic during the whole process and tried to console us the best they could. Very compassionate and understanding. Farm like environment and tranquil setting. Good to have the opinion of two vets, one high quality holistic and another such as this high quality clinic.

Absolutely amazing and professional! They deal with lots of other animals aside from cats and dogs. They're a business that cares about the animal before anything else. They have the lowest rates compared to most Vets in Ontario. I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world.
