Knowledgable staff, friendly, helpful, understanding and affordable. We really like Dr Judge. We started going to this vet a few years ago when my senior cat was unwell and we didn't have a vet in the area yet after moving, they were very nice, helpful, honest. Walked us through how to keep her comfortable and helped us make the most humane decision for her in the end. They have also helped with our one dog and her gland issues. Thorough and speedy. And without complaint despite how gross that task is. They were also wonderful and prompt and ready to help when our other dog decided to take a bite out of a tumor he had. We called immediately and they told us to head in. He was with them overnight they removed it and helped teach us how to help him recover and how to take care of his temporary drainage tube. Applause for a great experience once again! Dr. Judge and staff are warm, sincere and transparent. They don’t recommend any unnecessary procedures and are not all about the cash. A lot of places will charge crazy fees because they can but what impresses is most about Dr. Judge is his gentleness toward our cat. Our cat was having major issues peeing so we brought her in. The doctor advised us to do an X-ray. We found our cat to have stones! The vet that we brought her to the day before, wanted to keep our cat for observation charging us $2500 plus taxes! Dr. Judge told us what we needed to do, scheduled our cat for surgery and did a fantastic job! They even called the day after to see how she was doing and they will call again! With this sort of care, it’s well worth it! Because they do such a good job here, it’s usually busy so you might want to call. I will leave you with something that the receptionist said to me. I was recommended by a friend and I’ve never been more greatful to have come across such a caring animal hospital...I brought my kitten in to get neutered and not only did they offer to take him over night free of charge (as I wasn’t able to bring him in the morning before work) but their prices are amazing (absolutely no hidden fees) and they called me the next day after picking my kitten up to make sure everything was going well, as well as scheduled a complimentary check up a week post surgery to make sure he was healing properly. This office - vet and staff are amazing. They were the only hospital open on Sunday in Milton, when our cat developed a bladder infection. This also happened to be just over an hour before the visitation for my father in law who had passed during the week previous. The office was able to take us right away, quickly assess what was wrong with our cat, give her meds (and meds for the next 2 weeks) and have us out the door. I took my dog to Dr. Judge for the first time today . I immediately took a liking to this nice doctor, he is gentle calm knowledgeable and compassionate. He doesn't 't suggest any unnecessary blood work or procedure. He discuss the plan of treatment with the best interest of my pet in mind. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a vets office. I have a cat that is incredibly happy, but get very anxious and stressed if she is anywhere but home. Not only did the vet not introduce himself and actually try to relax my animal, like other vets, but he asked me what vaccines I wanted to give her. Really? What do I want to give her? Would much rather have gone to someone with the professionalism to recommend what is necessary to keep my animal in optimal health for years to come. Not only this, but considering this was my FIRST visit to this clinic, it didn't appear the vet cared about the wellness of my pet at all. She is a rescue and comes from a home that didn't give her proper care and as a result of her diet, she is missing two large canine teeth. Without even looking at other records, he took a quick look in her mouth and didn't even say a word about her dental health. Will NEVER return to this clinic - take your pet and run! The staff is very kind, friendly and always had a great attitude when I call and visit. They've taken care of our two cats and now puppy we just got! We will keep going back.
