At the Minden Animal hospital, it is clear we’re all animal lovers with 18 pets between us. Each staff member is dedicated to making your pets’ visit to the hospital as anxiety free as possible. This may explain why so many of our clients tell us that their dogs happily run to the door of the hospital, and pull their owners down the hall to our exam rooms for their weigh in and examination. We treat them like our own animals and want their visit with us to be stress free and fun even if they are having procedures they do not want.
At the Minden Animal Hospital you will find proactive wellness exams to prevent many health crises, acting on small problems before they become big ones. Instead of treating symptoms, the cause of the problem is addressed and your animals get better in far less time. Education on preventive measures to keep pets healthy or to catch problems early on, helps your pets live longer and healthier lives.
This full service clinic offers internal medicine; surgery, dentistry, radiology, in- house diagnostics, comfort priority protocols including therapeutic laser treatments, pharmacy on site, alternative medicine, house calls, specialist referrals (or they travel to our hospital) and second mile service, with a smile, every time you come in. Because sometimes illness in our pets happens at an inopportune time and financing some treatment plans can be tough, we offer payment plans and credit care for our clients.

I was at my cottage when my dog started vomiting (for 3 days). Despite being short staffed, they found a space to fit me in. The support staff was very pleasant and helpful. The vet techs I dealt with were excellent and Dr. Jenn was very impressive. She gave me options about what to do, provided a price estimate and the hospital was able to run blood work very quickly. Jenn then explained very clearly the results of the tests and their possible implication. The hospital provided medication and food and were helpful about what to do if the situation didn’t improve. I was extremely impressed by all of my interactions and will know in the future that if my furry one becomes ill while we are the cottage that excellent care is nearby.

We came the first time to have to put our dog to sleep and the compassion was amazing. Now we have two puppies and the care couldn't be better. I wouldn't trust my fur babies to anyone else

I would like to thank Dr Morrow for helping my sr Sheltie Monty with his pain management through acupuncture. Over the course of 4 treatments , I have noticed a huge difference and he is feeling much better. Dr Morrow has been wonderful always taking the time and never making me feel that she is rushed , when I know she is busy . I am so grateful that she has been able to help Monty achieve some comfort . Thanks for having a alternative solution that is working .

Our dog Romeo needed emergency surgery while we were on vacation last fall and Dr Jenn and ALL the staff were so wonderful to us over the multi-day ordeal. When we took Romeo to our regular vet to get the staples out, he was really impressed with Dr Jenn's handiwork. Even though there were some complications in the surgery, she did an amazing job and Romeo healed up beautifully. I have had many dogs and been to many veterinary hospitals and this one is excellent.

I made the switch and started bringing my pets to Minden Animal Hospital this year and couldn't be happier with their services. All the staff are incredibly personable, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Jenn Morrow has lifted this clinic to new heights, and I pray that more of our community become aware of what an amazing team this veterinary clinic has, and how far it has come since Dr. Morrow took ownership. They take the time to thoroughly examine your pets, and spend time with you and any questions that you may have. Pricing is very reasonable, to the point that I thought that something was missing on the invoices. I highly recommend the Minden Animal Hospital to all pet owners, you will not be disappointed!

I was at my cottage when my dog started vomiting (for 3 days). Despite being short staffed, they found a space to fit me in. The support staff was very pleasant and helpful. The vet techs I dealt with were excellent and Dr. Jenn was very impressive. She gave me options about what to do, provided a price estimate and the hospital was able to run blood work very quickly. Jenn then explained very clearly the results of the tests and their possible implication. The hospital provided medication and food and were helpful about what to do if the situation didn’t improve. I was extremely impressed by all of my interactions and will know in the future that if my furry one becomes ill while we are the cottage that excellent care is nearby.
