Great veterinarians. Dr. G. Mann has seen my dog several times now. She is very thorough, honest, thoughtful, and priced well. Dr. H Mann performed a small surgery on my dog and was kind and accomodating. This animal hospital is very capable, knowledgeable, and has kind doctors and very nice staff. Clean facility. They have a good variety of animal food if you want it. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Dr. Mann is very professional and knows her business. We went to see her because my cat seemed to be seriously ill after we just moved here. Dr. Mann was so patient, careful and sensitive with my unfortunately complicate and aggressive cat... never had a great doctor like her before. She didn't try to sell expensive examinations but gave us different options and left the decision up to us. Her diagnosis was right and my kitty is doing very well.

Good thing I transferred all my animals to her clinic. Dr. Mann is a very nice lady and passionate about her job. I really don’t understand all the negative comments. I hope they weren’t here just to destroy her. Mississauga is very lucky to have her around. The best doctor and the best clinic! Highly recommended.

I have known Dr. Mann for a long time and she is a top notch doctor and takes excellent care of pets. I looked at some recent negative reviews and was shocked that some people stoop to such a low level. If you notice the negative reviews, all are done during the same time and probably by people that know each other and probably are not even patients of the clinic. It seems to be a concerted effort to destroy her business which is very sad and unfortunate. She is an extremely caring and passionate doctor and goes above and beyond to provide great service. I advise people to go and see her and defeat the purpose of these sick people posting negative reviews without even stepping a foot in the clinic.

I would say that I can't believe the bad reviews for this practice but being a former employee, I know first hand that not every client can possibly be pleased and certainly not always pleasant. Dr. Mann is an amazing doctor and one of the most genuine people I've ever met. She is known to sleep at the hospital beside sick animals to monitor their conditions, she goes above and beyond to diagnose and treat her patients, she is a dedicated supporter of numerous rescues by providing care for homeless animals (sometimes out of pocket) and does everything in her power to keep prices of treatment for patients as low as possible. For everyone who has had an experience with Dr. Mann that has been less than satisfactory, I suggest you give her another shot. As amazing as she is, she is still only human.

Dr. Mann is truly an amazing vet with priority one to care for your pets. We are relatively new clients because of a previous bad experience but for the 2 years we have been going Dr. Mann always shows care and compassion. The costs are much better and honest than most places, they don't over test and only do what is truly needed. Dr. Mann truly cares for your pets.

I rescued Wilson 15 years ago in Charlotte, North Carolina. Over the years we had many homes in numerous cities which also meant we had a number of vets along the way. They were all great. But Dr. Mann is in a league of her own. Before meeting her I did not even imagine someone like her could exist. She has a way about her that lets you know she is all heart, through and through. I will never forget when we were on a walk in the neighbourhood and passed her by and she said €hello Wilson€. With the hundreds if not thousands of dogs she sees, she could remember our Wilson? That is just who she is. Her care and recommendations were always from a place of strong ethics and compassion, never once did we feel she was acting as a business woman. Her business is strong as an outcome of what an amazing vet she is, she never tries to €sell€ you anything. When it came time to have to put Wilson down she made what was possibly the toughest day I€ve had next to losing my father such a beautiful experience. She allowed him to pass in my arms while I cried the kind of cry that leaves you gasping for your next breath. All the while she and my amazing steadfast husband ensured all that needed to be done was done. She even shed a few tears herself. Dr. Mann is not simply a vet, she is a deeply soulful woman that gifts everyone that has the privilege of having her care for their furry loved ones.

This vet is amazing! We have two rescue cats, both of which have been seen and treated by Dr. Mann and the lovely ladies who work with her. We first decided to go with this vet not only because they have reasonable prices for their services (compared to our first vet), but a great reputation. Dr. Mann spayed and neutered both cats, as well as treating and curing a condition with our female cat that our first vet misdiagnosed. We recently had a medical emergency with our 8 month old cat who was immediately determined to be in critical condition. She was in awful shape and we were scared we would lose her. Dr. Mann and her team took phenomenal care of her, beginning treatment and performing surgery that very day and she is now expected to make a full recovery. Not only did the vet take the time to call us every few hours to update us on her condition, when we picked her up the next day she took us in the back to check out the x-rays for ourselves. We will never go to another vet. Dr. Mann genuinely cares about her patients and putting pet owners at ease. She saved our little girl!

Dr. Mann and Dr. Rahho, are amazing vets. Very friendly and compassionate. My Boxer of 10 years passed away a few months ago and Dr. Mann, was very sympathetic. She even took back the medication she prescribed for him. Dr. Rahho, saw my new dog TICO, and she was very warm and sweet towards him. Despite being a nervous and shy dog, TICO was comfortable around her. I will ONLY go here.

Dr Mann is wonderful... I have two dogs and took them both to her since they were puppies. She has always been wonderful with them. They were both neutered at her clinic and recovered very quickly. My female's spay was a little over half what it would have been at another clinic we checked out. My male dog's neuter was expensive, but he had cryptorchidism so it was a more indepth surgery than normal. Who knows what it would have cost elsewhere! They won't try to gouge you on the prices. I think they're truly in it for the love of the animals.

I was very disappointed.
My 94 year-old mother is a widow who lives on a fixed income.
Her dog has pet insurance and on our first visit we arranged with the vet that once the requisite paper work and a signed blank claim form was supplied, my mother would pay following each visit, and the vet would then submit the claim to the insurance company on my mother's behalf. It's standard operating procedure at most vets and dentists for those clients with insurance coverage. The receptionist simply puts a note of the client's file that comes up a the time of payment and the submission process is quick and uncomplicated.
Six months later, after many hundreds of dollars in examinations fees and expensive medications (the dog has a chronic skin condition) I found out today that nothing had been submitted to date.
Not only was the vet unapologetic (I would have been happy with an acknowledgment of fault or error), she informed me it was her 94 year-old client's fault for not reminding her after each visit.
This after she explained to me that she feels that the reason she thinks the dog is not getting better is because my mother is forgetting (by virtue of her age) to administer the prescribed medication.
It's one thing to screw up - we've all done it - but it's another thing altogether to not take ownership of your mistakes.
I'm now concerned that these costs might no longer be able to be recovered.

Dr. G Mann recommended only what was necessary and essential for the health maintenance of our dog( a pug). Vaccines were administered smoothly, our pug didn't even notice it at all. The most amazing we witnessed today, was the the blood drawing- Dr. Mann was able to locate the BV and draw blood within seconds! Dr. Mann is definitely a skilled and talented veterinarian, she is one of a kind and we are truly grateful to have met her. Our total bill is equivalent to a "one" Procedure with other vets.

Preface: I have had really bad experiences with at least 2 vets in the city. The issues included over billing, being too rough, feeling like I was being bothersome when I had any questions about my pet's condition, dragging out visits - spending upwards of $1000+ - to diagnose cancer, vet not offering a store-bought alternative to my problem, etc. Needless to say, these experiences have made me very skeptical of vets. In my opinion, they are all business people out to make money by feeding off emotional pet owners.With that said, after a coupla years of not seeing any vet - after the bad experiences - something finally came up in which I needed a new vet and Dr. Mann (female) came recommended to me by a lady who runs a cat rescue.I called to ask how much a check-up would cost and was quoted $49.00 - which is pretty good. HOWEVER, as all pet owners know, if you bring a pet in with any condition, the cost adds up with the meds, follow-up visits, etc.BONUSES- Dr. Mann seemed quite thorough and gentle while feeling my cat's bladder (I suspected a UTI). Probably spend a good 20-30mins doing this- both the vet and tech were pleasant and seemed to really care about animalsThis was my first visit and I think it's relatively difficult to gauge whether or not a vet is good based on ONE visit alone. So please keep that in mind! I really liked my last vet that I went to based on first impression and I soon stopped going there.

I have known Dr. Mann for a long time and she is a top notch doctor and takes excellent care of pets. I looked at some recent negative reviews and was shocked that some people stoop to such a low level. If you notice the negative reviews, all are done during the same time and probably by people that know each other and probably are not even patients of the clinic. It seems to be a concerted effort to destroy her business which is very sad and unfortunate. She is an extremely caring and passionate doctor and goes above and beyond to provide great service. I advise people to go and see her and defeat the purpose of these sick people posting negative reviews without even stepping a foot in the clinic.

Very affordable..... great staff and vet.... they never try to make you do tests that are not needed, I have many animals that go there and have been for years! I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!

I would say that I can't believe the bad reviews for this practice but being a former employee, I know first hand that not every client can possibly be pleased and certainly not always pleasant. Dr. Mann is an amazing doctor and one of the most genuine people I've ever met. She is known to sleep at the hospital beside sick animals to monitor their conditions, she goes above and beyond to diagnose and treat her patients, she is a dedicated supporter of numerous rescues by providing care for homeless animals (sometimes out of pocket) and does everything in her power to keep prices of treatment for patients as low as possible. For everyone who has had an experience with Dr. Mann that has been less than satisfactory, I suggest you give her another shot. As amazing as she is, she is still only human.

We are relatively new clients because of a previous bad experience but for the 2 years we have been going Dr. Mann always shows care and compassion. The costs are much better and honest than most places, they don't over test and only do what is truly needed. Dr. Mann truly cares for your pets.

I rescued Wilson 15 years ago in Charlotte, North Carolina. Over the years we had many homes in numerous cities which also meant we had a number of vets along the way. They were all great. But Dr. Mann is in a league of her own. Before meeting her I did not even imagine someone like her could exist. She has a way about her that lets you know she is all heart, through and through. I will never forget when we were on a walk in the neighbourhood and passed her by and she said €hello Wilson€. With the hundreds if not thousands of dogs she sees, she could remember our Wilson? That is just who she is. Her care and recommendations were always from a place of strong ethics and compassion, never once did we feel she was acting as a business woman. Her business is strong as an outcome of what an amazing vet she is, she never tries to €sell€ you anything. When it came time to have to put Wilson down she made what was possibly the toughest day I€ve had next to losing my father such a beautiful experience. She allowed him to pass in my arms while I cried the kind of cry that leaves you gasping for your next breath. All the while she and my amazing steadfast husband ensured all that needed to be done was done. She even shed a few tears herself. Dr. Mann is not simply a vet, she is a deeply soulful woman that gifts everyone that has the privilege of having her care for their furry loved ones.

This vet is amazing! We have two rescue cats, both of which have been seen and treated by Dr. Mann and the lovely ladies who work with her. We first decided to go with this vet not only because they have reasonable prices for their services (compared to our first vet), but a great reputation. Dr. Mann spayed and neutered both cats, as well as treating and curing a condition with our female cat that our first vet misdiagnosed. We recently had a medical emergency with our 8 month old cat who was immediately determined to be in critical condition. She was in awful shape and we were scared we would lose her. Dr. Mann and her team took phenomenal care of her, beginning treatment and performing surgery that very day and she is now expected to make a full recovery. Not only did the vet take the time to call us every few hours to update us on her condition, when we picked her up the next day she took us in the back to check out the x-rays for ourselves. We will never go to another vet. Dr. Mann genuinely cares about her patients and putting pet owners at ease. She saved our little girl!

She even took back the medication she prescribed for him. Dr. Rahho, saw my new dog TICO, and she was very warm and sweet towards him. Despite being a nervous and shy dog, TICO was comfortable around her. I will ONLY go here.

Dr Mann is wonderful... I have two dogs and took them both to her since they were puppies. She has always been wonderful with them. They were both neutered at her clinic and recovered very quickly. My female's spay was a little over half what it would have been at another clinic we checked out. My male dog's neuter was expensive, but he had cryptorchidism so it was a more indepth surgery than normal. Who knows what it would have cost elsewhere! They won't try to gouge you on the prices. I think they're truly in it for the love of the animals.

My 94 year-old mother is a widow who lives on a fixed income.
Her dog has pet insurance and on our first visit we arranged with the vet that once the requisite paper work and a signed blank claim form was supplied, my mother would pay following each visit, and the vet would then submit the claim to the insurance company on my mother's behalf. It's standard operating procedure at most vets and dentists for those clients with insurance coverage. The receptionist simply puts a note of the client's file that comes up a the time of payment and the submission process is quick and uncomplicated.
Six months later, after many hundreds of dollars in examinations fees and expensive medications (the dog has a chronic skin condition) I found out today that nothing had been submitted to date.
Not only was the vet unapologetic (I would have been happy with an acknowledgment of fault or error), she informed me it was her 94 year-old client's fault for not reminding her after each visit.
This after she explained to me that she feels that the reason she thinks the dog is not getting better is because my mother is forgetting (by virtue of her age) to administer the prescribed medication.
It's one thing to screw up - we've all done it - but it's another thing altogether to not take ownership of your mistakes.
I'm now concerned that these costs might no longer be able to be recovered.

Dr. G Mann recommended only what was necessary and essential for the health maintenance of our dog( a pug). Vaccines were administered smoothly, our pug didn't even notice it at all. The most amazing we witnessed today, was the the blood drawing- Dr. Mann was able to locate the BV and draw blood within seconds! Dr. Mann is definitely a skilled and talented veterinarian, she is one of a kind and we are truly grateful to have met her. Our total bill is equivalent to a "one" Procedure with other vets.

Preface: I have had really bad experiences with at least 2 vets in the city. The issues included over billing, being too rough, feeling like I was being bothersome when I had any questions about my pet's condition, dragging out visits - spending upwards of $1000+ - to diagnose cancer, vet not offering a store-bought alternative to my problem, etc. Needless to say, these experiences have made me very skeptical of vets. In my opinion, they are all business people out to make money by feeding off emotional pet owners.With that said, after a coupla years of not seeing any vet - after the bad experiences - something finally came up in which I needed a new vet and Dr. Mann (female) came recommended to me by a lady who runs a cat rescue.I called to ask how much a check-up would cost and was quoted $49.00 - which is pretty good. HOWEVER, as all pet owners know, if you bring a pet in with any condition, the cost adds up with the meds, follow-up visits, etc.BONUSES- Dr. Mann seemed quite thorough and gentle while feeling my cat's bladder (I suspected a UTI). Probably spend a good 20-30mins doing this- both the vet and tech were pleasant and seemed to really care about animalsThis was my first visit and I think it's relatively difficult to gauge whether or not a vet is good based on ONE visit alone. So please keep that in mind! I really liked my last vet that I went to based on first impression and I soon stopped going there.
