Terrible. Shame on us for not removing our pets from this place earlier. 11 years of us being spoken to like we're incompetent. Our last visit was the last straw. No bed side matter or customer service. Without having another vet lined up, we canceled our appointments and asked for our files. I'm ashamed that we let this animal hospital treat us the way they did for so long. For those of you looking for an AMAZING animal hospital in Mississauga, please look up Thomas and Glen Erin Animal hosptial. We were shocked; actually taken back, with how friendly, knowledgeable and professional everyone was at this animal hospital. To top it all off, their prices are great. This was our first time in 11 years where we didn't have anxiety around how the visit would go; how we would be spoken to, or how our pets we would be treated. At avonlea, it's all about how much money they can make, not the pets or the owners. I wish I had the courage to do this earlier.Unfortunately, I just read your response regarding my review. This was the prime reason for our departure; namely service. Unprofessional.

friendly and knowledgeable staff & doctor. clean and inviting office space. waiting area is not too large, which minimizes the possibilities of different animals interacting.. My cat likes that he doesn't have to contend with over zealous dogs! appointments are usually right on time. There are two examination rooms; one of which is reserved for you and your pet at your appointment time. So there will be little to no waiting in the front lobby area, as long as you arrive on time for your appointment. The vet will make all expenses known beforehand. Very upfront with all of the costs associated with the testing and products; no sticker shock after-the-fact like at my last vet's clinic. staff take the time to make a follow-up phone call to check on things. Even the doctor herself called me, just to check up my kitty!

Have been bringing my dogs here for 20+ years. Dr. Roselli is an amazing vet for anything you need. She's also very patient and calming with all of the animals. I hope to see this woman practicing until shes 90. All of her staff are also very friendly and we'll informed on all the seasons diseases and making the business run smoothly. No bed side matter or customer service. Without having another vet lined up, we canceled our appointments and asked for our files. I'm ashamed that we let this animal hospital treat us the way they did for so long. For those of you looking for an AMAZING animal hospital in Mississauga, please look up Thomas and Glen Erin Animal hosptial.
