Very professional. My parakeet was very sick with the crop infection. Dr explained all the steps and fees. Within a day by parakeet was eating and much better. I would recommend this place.

They have an awesome team from top to bottom. I have a Shiba Inu (currently 6 months old), so it's not the every day type of dog, and the team was willing to do some research to ensure they were providing the best help possible. They are super clean and knowledgeable. The surgery area looks and feels like a hospital for humans, which makes you feel safe knowing its not some dirty hack shop, that it is top of the line. My wife and I looked around at different vets in the area and 100% feel that this place is top notch place to go for the best treatment. The vets are a little pushy with pills and things, but if you ask the right questions and do your own research, you DO have the choice to say no thank you. They just recommend.
There are only two things that I can disagree with or area of improvement. (1) The price for things. They are pretty expensive compared to some of the other places, but if you want the best, then you are paying for the best. (2) Doctors personality. This one is a little more personal taste, but the doctors just seems so bla and out of it. On the flip side, the front desk people, nurse, medical technician people are fantastic, they are what helped us decide to choose this place.

We have 2 birds that we have been taking to see Dr. White and Dr. Jaques for the past 5 years. Both doctors are always very gentle with them and thorough. I have witnessed the atmosphere in the clinic...
We have 2 birds that we have been taking to see Dr. White and Dr. Jaques for the past 5 years. Both doctors are always very gentle with them and thorough. I have witnessed the atmosphere in the clinic after a client had to bring their pet in to have it euthanized and was touched by how the entire staff seemed to be genuinely upset and were very respectful. The clinic has a family type feel to it and the receptionist, Gloria, in particular, is always very pleasant and welcoming. Also, if you board your birds there, the staff actually take the time to give them individual attention.
