This is a very small, quiet veterinary that only provides feline services. The staff is very friendly and polite and since it is a small practice, there is no noise in the waiting room and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called in. My cat was much more relaxed in their clinical room. There was a blanket on the table so my cat was not stressed by sitting on a cold metal surface. The veterinarian (I can't remember her name, sorry) was very professional but also very caring. She explained my options for vaccinations (I was coming in for a rabies shot) and provided pricing and information on the benefits of each. Her staff was also very patient, friendly and polite. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place based on a couple levels.Experience: the vet didn't know how to handle my cat (she's a nutcase at the vets). As a result, he called in the secretary to lend a hand and used thick industrial gloves to try to hold her down but that didn't work. In the end, I had to hold her down, while he examined her ears and mouth.  I was scared out of my mind because my cat never gets agressive on me, but in this environment, I didn't know. From that quick examination (took less than 30 seconds) - he concluded that my cat probably had a urinary tract infection (which I already knew) but told me to come by tomorrow when another vet was in the office to confirm. Professionalism: With the limited check up, I was charged a regular check up fee. I felt like I didn't gain anything new - and the trip stressed my cat out to a new degree. But I give this clinic 2 stars because the staff was friendly, and they tried their best. With my protests of coming back again, they decided to sell me the medication. Maybe my experience would have better if the other vet was in, I don't know.Overall, this experience has deterred me from going to the vets even more. If they are unsuccessful in properly diagnosing the cat (or even if they can't diagnose her on their own), it's unprofessional - and I don't think the person should be fully charged. Read Less
