It is with a heavy heart I write this review - but the community needs to know how wonderful Dr Khalil and the staff is at Credit Landing Animal Hospital.I have had the heartbreak of loosing 3 of my pets in the last year.My boxer Zoe last March , my cat PQ a month later , and now my little boy boxer  Ramsey who was only 4 years old and was a victim of a hit and run last week.Dr Khalil  and the staff was there to help me through  a very difficult time and gave me the comfort I needed.  Another vet hospital in the area MANGLED the cremation and commemorative paw print of my cat- and I called Credit landing animal hospital to see if they could help me cause they did such a great job and were so compassionate with Zoe.They told me to bring him in right away- my cat was not a patient here but they took him in , and arranged for proper packing in the urn and looked after the re casting of the paw print.  They didn't charge me for the service, I'm not sure if that was because I lost my Zoe 4 weeks earlier , but it doesn't matter.  They stepped up and made right.  I am forever gratefulLast week my Ramsey was victim of a hit and run,  the only vet closest to where it happened happened to be the same vet who poorly handled my cat.In this instance the other vet was very compassionate and did everything they could to save him, but there was just too much damage.  Not wanting to keep him risking the same results and my cat,  we arranged for us to pick up Ramsey and take him to Dr Khalil for his final goodbyes and arrange for sending him for cremation.Ramsey was not a patient at this clinic ether.In summary - I'm sure you can see how much this clinic cares, jumps into action and really loves each of their patients  and their families and will do anything to help them and you!!I cant bring my babies back - but what I can do is spread the word on how amazing this place and its people are.  I cant say thank you enough.Love always Tara, Zoe, Pq and Ramsey xox Read Less

Dr. Khalil is an absolutely incredible vet! I have been taking my cats to him for years. I have found him to be sensitive to budget issues, and he always gives me several options and estimates. He is kind and gentle with my cats, and he has come up with very effective, non-invasive solutions for the few issues they have had, which is worth an example. Before my first visit to Dr. Khalil, I had a cat with a severely overactive appetite, so much that she would put herself in danger or eat non-edible objects. I took her to a vet that immediately put her through every test, needle, and procedure on the list, which upset my cat and cost me thousands of dollars. After all this, they found nothing organic wrong, so they recommended I put her on an antidepressant! My mother and two of my friends urged me to take her to Dr. Khalil for a second opinion. He examined my cat and prescribed a protein-rich diet to fill her up. A week of this diet and my cat was eating and behaving normally. This was five years ago, and she has been fine ever since! The staff is just as amazing, very caring and attentive. They, as well as Dr. Khalil himself, have called me outside of their working hours to check in and offer advice, which I appreciated so much. Dr. Khalil, Stephanie and Sarah are the most compassionate veterinary team I've ever had the pleasure of taking a pet to. I recently had to put my beloved dog to sleep and Dr. Khalil and Stephanie were so caring and patient with us. I felt that my dog was in the best of hands. Dr. Khalil is a wonderful vet that genuinely cares about your pet. He always offers a variety of options and is sensitive regarding cost. Dr. Khalil is knowledgeable, caring, patient, and takes the time to explain all reasonable options. The staff are friendly, efficient, and very welcoming. Appointments typically begin on a punctual basis and with a good amount of time allocated so that nothing feels rushed. In bringing our own two dogs for the past 4 years, as well as several puppies that I have fostered for adoption, I have rarely been kept waiting for any noticeable length of time (only in a real emergency). There is always plenty of time for pertinent questions to be asked and answered. I have raised 6 dogs over the past 30 years, and probably have visited about the same number of veterinarians during that time, and I believe that Credit Landing Animal Hospital has provided service as good as or better than any of them. Dr.Khalil is a GREAT doctor and the staff here are all amazing! Been bringing my dogs here for the past 6 years for all their medical needs. The doctor is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I have been with Dr. Kahlil since he started. He is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met and an excellent veterinarian!!! I have lost two of my fur family and when the time came Dr. Kahlil made this experience for both me and my babies so very welcoming. He actually cares about their passing and kisses them as they go. Now how often do you find this? I couldn't say enough great things about this man! He is not pushy and only suggests what he feels is needed for your pet and ultimately leaves the decision up to you without making you feel uneasy. I am very grateful to have him in our lives! You will never find a better vet than Dr. Khalil! He is so amazing that even after having moved to the US, I will schedule my cats' annual exams at a time when I am in town just so I can continue to bring them to him. First, his demeanour with both humans and pets is unmatched. He shows extreme love and care towards my pets, always taking the time to talk soft and sweet to them, give them kisses, and laugh with me about their personalities. He is always careful to be gentle with them, taking the time to ensure their comfort and calm above all else. When dealing with me, he always takes the time to explain things fully, leaving no questions unanswered, never rushing me, and always willing to discuss options and alternatives. He is NEVER judgemental, and will softly and respectfully guide you when needed. My kitties and I have never left his office feeling stressed, only ever reassured. His professionalism is admirable also. He is always careful to discuss all options with you, and is extremely welcoming of your input and feedback. He really shows you that he respects the fact that you know your pet best, and he always makes sure he is working WITH you, not just for you. He always tries to minimize the need for invasive or stressful procedures for your pet, encouraging a step by step approach to wellness, a welcome change from many vets who try to push unnecessary medications and procedures on you. I have also had several animals go to him for surgeries, and they have always come back with the cleanest, neatest incisions I have literally ever seen, with little to no after effects at all. While I will spend my life savings on my pets, not everyone can, and those more price conscious pet owners will also find Dr. Khalil's clinic to be extremely reasonably priced. And he is always careful to discuss costs with you when anything beyond a basic exam comes up. he recognizes that this is a factor for many people, and is considerate to offer pet owners advice about non-costly methods to deal with issues too. His clinic is clean and welcoming and easy to get to. I love that it's a small and private practise, because you really feel that it means something to the people there. The girls at the front are always so warm and friendly. they take the time to chat with you, get to know your pet and answer your questions with a smile. Stephanie is a gem and a delight. Everyone there, including Dr. Khalil, will go above and beyond to make your visit pleasant and comfortable. They even help me carry my heavy bags of cat food and my cats in their carriers to my car when I'm overloaded. I could never say enough wonderful things about Dr. Khalil. I have referred all of my family to him, and everyone else I ever encounter with a pet, and every single person agrees that he is the best. Finally, a veterinarian that is honest, caring, reasonably priced, and explains things to the patients' parents. Dr. Khalil is wonderful. From just a couple minutes of watching him with your pet,you will see how compassionate he is and how he really does love animals. He has a great bedside manner to pets and their parents. Unfortunately,I now live 2 hours away so I am unable to have him as my regular vet,but I have highly recommended him to my sister who lives close to Dr. Khalil's office. I have family in the area and when I visit if I need a vet, I go to Dr. Khalil. It is very difficult to find a vet that you can trust, due to the way vets are trained..or I should say due to who trains the vets. (Hills/Science Diet) Many vets push that poor quality food on their patients, but Dr. Khalil never did this to me and I respect him for respecting my choice to feed my dogs a healthy diet rather than Hills. Dr. Khalil is respectful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to everyone! Read Less
