Very knowledgable and professional staff. We had a problem with the dog. The dog was diagnosed immediately and surgery offered. It was the lowest price among other clinics (we checked later), but the best service (we talked to other pets owners).

Can't believe the aggressive and bullying tactics used by this clinic . I had a 5 year old dog which they learned stayed by my disabled Grandson's side in an apartment fire until a police officer rescued him. When I first inquied and explained to them I didn't know what the dog needed they told me 68.00 dollars for needles by the time I left it was 680. Dollars in prepaid needles. They began emailing and phoning me very aggressively. I ended up going to the Bloor and Kipling animal clinic. I asked them to phone in my presence for the needles they injected her with. They informed the secretary that unless I authorized it they couldn't send it. Since I was standing right there I got on the phone told told them absolutely. Five minutes after leaving one of vets on duty asked why I said I'm driving call me in 15 minutes I'll explain. Never got a call back. It is a dirty and very aggressive clinic. To date my new veterinarian has never received anything from them.They just sucks as much money as they can get. They also have a location in Lorne Park and Brampton. Never again $$$$ not the welfare of your pet . Never AGAIN

Since the change in owners the clinic no longer offers good value for the money. Quite the opposite. My experience was that they pushed unnecessary tests, medications and vaccinations. They used high pressure tactics based on emotion and misinformation to try to get more sales. They do not have your animal's best interest at heart.

I brought my two Siamese kittens to this clinic with severe respiratory infection on August 19, 2016 and was very impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly doctors and staff. Since than my kittens have been vaccinated there and one of them treated for the fractured paw.
Amazing, kind doctors, very friendly staff and very affordable prices. Highly recommend this clinic.

Very disappointed. They just lost 3 of their dog patients. I have paid to get my dog rabies and the booster shot. The vet ended up giving her only rabies since she was sill good for her booster. Still...
Very disappointed. They just lost 3 of their dog patients. I have paid to get my dog rabies and the booster shot. The vet ended up giving her only rabies since she was sill good for her booster. Still paid for both shots! Came back to get her the booster that I had paid for previously. They wanted to charge me another $70 for her vaccination EVEN THOUGH I had paid previously for rabies AND the booster shot. Too bad that they rather lose 3 patients than giving me what I paid for! I am not recommending this clinic anymore.

Do not recommend this place. Granted it is cheaper than most but you get what you pay for.
I took my cat in to be neutered (did not even get the meet the vet ahead of time) and about a week later he began coughing and wheezing. We were not sure if this was a reaction to something from the surgery so we brought him in for a follow up.
The night before we brought him we noticed that one of the ant traps had leaked. We were pretty sure this was not the cause as the poisons used are not harmful to animals, but we let the vet know about it as a possibility.
Initially, he said the cat was fine as he was not showing the symptoms from before. When I asked about coughing, he went out and came back with a quote for $600. Before running ANY tests to see if the cat had actually been poisoned, he wanted to induce vomiting, run IVs, coat his stomach...the whole 9 yards...WITHOUT AN ACTUAL DIAGNOSIS. Became very pressured and I decided to take my cat elsewhere.
We took him into another vet that saw us right away and told us it was upper respiratory infection. Given that he is NOT an outdoor cat, the only place he would have contracted this would have been from this vet a week prior. Did not even need antibiotics. Paid $80 for the visit as opposed to the $600 this vet tried to scam out of us.
Id avoid at all costs. As I said, they are cheaper - but without proper diagnosis you may be wasting your money treating something that may not even be an issue.

Can't believe the aggressive and bullying tactics used by this clinic . I had a 5 year old dog which they learned stayed by my disabled Grandson's side in an apartment fire until a police officer rescued him.
