There are no words to express my gratitude for the 14.5 years of exceptional service Dr.Jassal and his entire team at Eglinton Hwy 10 vet have provided over the years . Kiki was only a few weeks old at his first visit in Aug of 2006 when Joyce greeted us with a warm welcome and smile. Dr Jassal and I shared a few laughs when I mistakenly thought Kiki was a girl . Every visit after that was such a positive, experience. From a warm welcome to suddenly sharing tears Nov 16 2020 when I had to say goodbye to my Kiki . Thank you for showing such empathy and compassion and sharing in my grief. Thank you for your integrity and for always putting Kiki first.
I want to thank you for always treating Kiki with so much love, and for taking such good care of him when he was at your office. Thank you for boarding him during my travels and for always checking in and updating me when away.
Thank you to Dr Jassal, Preet and Joyce for sharing in my loss on Monday, and for checking in on me days later . Thank you to the entire team touching my heart , with a beautiful card I just received in the mail yesterday , and taking a moment to write something special about Kiki . This is a team that one can truly trust in the genuine care of their special pet. Kiki will be missed. He was lucky to have such a great Vet and was loved by the entire team. I brought in my sweet old cat who was severely constipated and lethargic... Dr. J. was very respectful of my decision not to sedate her and showed me all the X-rays so that I could understand what we were dealing with. I was given options to choose from. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and understanding....Lea ( the technician?) called everyday for 3 days to check on my kitty. I was pleasantly surprised....often, you don't hear from people once they get your money....Thank you for treating my cat like the family she is!

First and foremost, we want to thank you for always treating Tigger with so much love and for taking such good care of him when he was at your office. He was always scared of the vet, as every animal is, but, when he was with you, we had no doubt in our mind that he was in the best hands. From getting his first weigh in to his first shots and to his countless number of haircuts, we knew he was getting the best treatment. Whenever Tigger has an issue, we knew we could call your office and you would make an appointment right away, we appreciated it then and still do. My precious little dog's name is Cookie, I have been taking her to the clinic since she was a puppy, at this time Cookie is 12 years old and I have nothing but wonderful praise for all of the entire staff. Unfortunately at this time Cookie is going through some quite serious medical problems, however the level of love and care given by the staff is outstanding, not only are they doing everything possible to make her better they take the time to explain exactly her condition and the best treatment while keeping her comfortable at the same time.
Yes I would most definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pet

They are so friendly and helpful. We have taken our tabby, Milo, there since he joined our family and they have always taken the best care of him. Everyone loves him and spoils him when we've had to board him there and he loved being with them as well.
Dr. Monika has gone above and beyond for us when we had to move long-distance. Milo is an older cat and a very, very nervous and anxious traveller. Dr. Monika spent more than just a visit with us researching and helping us find just the right medications that would give Milo the comfort he needed to make the trip. Thanks to her, we have been able to move our whole family to a new country and our new life.

An administrator went above and beyond to get a script for us that was left at the nearby pharmacy for our pet, rather than me driving over. Ahe then forwarded me the document, electronically, so I didn't have to do anything!
We love coming here with Lenny, our cat, and chatting with staff. The clinic cats are just the cutest!!

Disgusting cash grab and pathetic excuse for a "veterinary clinic".
I called in 2 days ago to book an appointment for my dog to ONLY receive bloodwork and they insisted they needed to perform an exam on her prior to the bloodwork which by the way costs $60. I told the technician to check with her manager to see if they could pass on the exam because I didn't need to have her examined and I wasnt going to pay for something I didn't want. Low and behold I get a call back from the technician the next day saying that the exam fee is mandatory.
Since when is it "mandatory" to perform an exam when the owner of the pet does not want it done since it's evidently useless?. The STUPID technician went on to give me a crap load of attitude and I ever so gladly cancelled my appointent with them and have found another vet that isn't a money grabber and will infact excuse the "exam" that literally concludes of you paying $60 for the vet to take a 2 minute look at the animal.
Do not go here. They only want your money and could care less about your pet.

I have been taking my Tyler Blair to Dr Jassal for 10 years. Dr J and Joyce have seen us through good health, bad news and emergency surgery, all with love, compassion and through health care. I have recommended this very special team to all and will continue to do so. They not only have treated my "fur baby" with love but have taken in homeless pets and helped find homes for other "fur babies" that lost their owners. I appreciate that the place is as clean as possible every time we visit.The vet really made us feel much more at ease when the dog was sick. We were in a mega panic thinking our fur baby had dog "bloat" (please don't google that unless you want to cry all day and night reading what it is) when he really just had some type of mild indigestion.They have little treats for your pet to enjoy while they visit the doc!

** this review would be zero stars if that was a choice.The similar stories here should tell all animal lovers to stay away from Eglinton Highway 10 Veterinary Clinic..My story is no different. My dog was having difficulties walking, this vet insisted on x-rays so I agreed. They told us her leg was broken in 2 locations, little did they know my sister is an x-ray/radiation technician for humans and she reviewed the xray and said the vet was lying. Don't be surprised if they no longer give you copies of the x-rays now.Eglinton-Hwy10 recommended immediate surgery for a very high price and quickly offered a number of payment plans to help me decide (the cost was several thousand dollars!). I would have no qualms paying that amount if it was actually needed, our dog is part of the family after all.Turned out to be a piece of glass embedded in her paw.

I brought in my sweet old cat who was severely constipated and lethargic... Dr. J. was very respectful of my decision not to sedate her and showed me all the X-rays so that I could understand what we were dealing with. I was given options to choose from. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and understanding....Lea ( the technician?) called everyday for 3 days to check on my kitty. I was pleasantly surprised....often, you don't hear from people once they get your money....Thank you for treating my cat like the family she is!

He was always scared of the vet, as every animal is, but, when he was with you, we had no doubt in our mind that he was in the best hands. From getting his first weigh in to his first shots and to his countless number of haircuts, we knew he was getting the best treatment. Whenever Tigger has an issue, we knew we could call your office and you would make an appointment right away, we appreciated it then and still do. My precious little dog's name is Cookie, I have been taking her to the clinic since she was a puppy, at this time Cookie is 12 years old and I have nothing but wonderful praise for all of the entire staff. Unfortunately at this time Cookie is going through some quite serious medical problems, however the level of love and care given by the staff is outstanding, not only are they doing everything possible to make her better they take the time to explain exactly her condition and the best treatment while keeping her comfortable at the same time.
Yes I would most definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pet

They are so friendly and helpful. We have taken our tabby, Milo, there since he joined our family and they have always taken the best care of him. Everyone loves him and spoils him when we've had to board him there and he loved being with them as well.
Dr. Monika has gone above and beyond for us when we had to move long-distance. Milo is an older cat and a very, very nervous and anxious traveller. Dr. Monika spent more than just a visit with us researching and helping us find just the right medications that would give Milo the comfort he needed to make the trip. Thanks to her, we have been able to move our whole family to a new country and our new life.

An administrator went above and beyond to get a script for us that was left at the nearby pharmacy for our pet, rather than me driving over. Ahe then forwarded me the document, electronically, so I didn't have to do anything!
We love coming here with Lenny, our cat, and chatting with staff. The clinic cats are just the cutest!!

Disgusting cash grab and pathetic excuse for a "veterinary clinic".
I called in 2 days ago to book an appointment for my dog to ONLY receive bloodwork and they insisted they needed to perform an exam on her prior to the bloodwork which by the way costs $60. I told the technician to check with her manager to see if they could pass on the exam because I didn't need to have her examined and I wasnt going to pay for something I didn't want. Low and behold I get a call back from the technician the next day saying that the exam fee is mandatory.
Since when is it "mandatory" to perform an exam when the owner of the pet does not want it done since it's evidently useless?. The STUPID technician went on to give me a crap load of attitude and I ever so gladly cancelled my appointent with them and have found another vet that isn't a money grabber and will infact excuse the "exam" that literally concludes of you paying $60 for the vet to take a 2 minute look at the animal.
Do not go here. They only want your money and could care less about your pet.

I have been taking my Tyler Blair to Dr Jassal for 10 years. Dr J and Joyce have seen us through good health, bad news and emergency surgery, all with love, compassion and through health care. I have recommended this very special team to all and will continue to do so. They not only have treated my "fur baby" with love but have taken in homeless pets and helped find homes for other "fur babies" that lost their owners. I appreciate that the place is as clean as possible every time we visit.The vet really made us feel much more at ease when the dog was sick. We were in a mega panic thinking our fur baby had dog "bloat" (please don't google that unless you want to cry all day and night reading what it is) when he really just had some type of mild indigestion.They have little treats for your pet to enjoy while they visit the doc!

** this review would be zero stars if that was a choice.The similar stories here should tell all animal lovers to stay away from Eglinton Highway 10 Veterinary Clinic..My story is no different. My dog was having difficulties walking, this vet insisted on x-rays so I agreed. They told us her leg was broken in 2 locations, little did they know my sister is an x-ray/radiation technician for humans and she reviewed the xray and said the vet was lying. Don't be surprised if they no longer give you copies of the x-rays now.Eglinton-Hwy10 recommended immediate surgery for a very high price and quickly offered a number of payment plans to help me decide (the cost was several thousand dollars!). I would have no qualms paying that amount if it was actually needed, our dog is part of the family after all.Turned out to be a piece of glass embedded in her paw.
