This clinic is not only close to home and my business it also has the most amazing staff!!! Dr sagu saved my animals life! With out him and his wonderful assistant my beloved animal would not be here as I type this. Animal owners need to understand that health issues are sometimes not a easy fix... this being said you need patients and faith in health care. Regrettably we had to put our 14 year old cat Abby down as a result of her Heath issues. The staff were so compatiomate and concerned it made the process so much easy to deal with. It was a very difficult decision to euthanize our pet with her health deteriorating so much this process was made so much more bearable for what it was in ending our beloved pets suffering. The staff were so compassionate and sympathetic and assisted us in this very difficult decision with concern and empathy. We haven't had to deal with a loss like this before and as difficult as it was they did show a lot of compassion and caring for our decision and our loss. I had my cat put down at this clinic. It was the hardest thing I think I've ever had to do. The staff was beyond measure with how they handled the situation. No words can describe the ease they provided to the situation. They provided ample time before and after the procedure for me to be with my cat, waiting until I was ready to procede. I hope no one has to go through what I went through, however if you do, just know this is the most humane process I can imagine to get it done. Dr Verma was by far the worst vet I have seen in Toronto. He was extremely condescending, ill mannered and unkind to my dog. I have never met a vetinarian so uncomfortable around animals, unfriendly & lacking in basic knowledge and manners. It was beyond a joke how terrified and disgusted this man was having to perform a basic, routine check up on a friendly and submissive dog. I totally regret having my dog taken to this clinic for basic vaccinations. It was a overall a bad experience for him, my pup was totally stressed by this man and I would highly recommend a different vet. Read Less

I was boarding a dog for 12 days and he needed to see a vet every three days. We brought him to this vet and it was the most amazing experience. They were kind and took such good care when treating my little dog. I will be bringing my personal dogs here now and the rescue I volunteer with *DIBS Dog Rescue will be using them as well. Great vet and clinic.  Staff are welcoming and remember your pet.  Dr. Sagu is informative and friendly.  My dog has been there as a puppy with intestinal worms, was neutered there and has been back for some minor ailments.  Every vet I have ever been to with my previous dog -- resulted in fear to return for any type of visit.  Not here -- my current dog is pleased to be there -- confident about being taking care of!   Dr. Sagu is happy to follow up with phone calls to track progress rather than charging for another visit.  Amazing! Fantastic clinic, we have been going to this clinic for the last 5 years and could not be happier. Dr Sagu and his staff are compassionate, knowledgeable and very friendly. We recently had to put down our 11 year old companion and Dr Sagu was outstanding in making this very difficult decision easier. He was reassuring and handled this situation very professionally. Last week our 2nd little companion went in for minor surgery and again Dr. Sagu made us feel very comfortable explaining every detail of the surgery and has followed up with us on how she is doing. My cat was urinating all over our floors, so I knew something was wrong and had to take her in to the vet. So I scheduled an appointment with this vet, and when we got to the place, the doors were locked. So I gave them a call, and the lady said that they were gonna be there right away. So after ten minutes of waiting with my screaming, anxious cat, they finally arrive. This was our first time there, and after filling out the forms for our cat, I request to the vet for a physical examination of my cat. After placing my cat on the counter inside one of their rooms, he began asking me how long our cat has been urinating around the house, what color was the urine. Then he prescribes our cat with some antibiotics, a urine-collector bottle and some plastic beads to place on our cat's litter so we can collect urine from it. So when I was at the counter, paying for all of this, they charged me around $70 for a physical examination when all the vet did was ask me questions about how long she'd urinate around the house and what color it was. I think the staff at this vet was really friendly, but I think they definitely ripped me off. I will not go back to them again. Read Less

The staff answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the home care instructions to me, they even called me a few days later to check up on my pet! . I am very happy with this vet. We had our dog spayed while ago and the surgery was amazing. We had our dog spayed as an emergency treatment and they were very quick to help with the problem. The people at the clinic are professional, friendly, and very helpful. The price was exactly what they had quoted before the surgery and no extra costs were charged for anything. They are very fair and honest with their customers. I have gone to many vet clinics before this one and have been ripped off with extra costs. Amazing service and such affordable prices (: I brought my cat to get fully vaccinated here before I got her fixed and it only cost me a $79 !! the girl quoted me such a great price for when I take Mittens to get fixed and usually Vets always have hidden fees and costs but the girl guaranteed me that there would be absolutely no hidden fees or anything of that sort when i do decide to come in again! Took my cat to get fixed here and the girl quoted me around 220+tax for the procedure, pain meds and that cute little cone that goes around the head after surgery. I was shocked that during the pick up and cash out time that the price was the exact SAME that the girl had  quoted me on the phone! Most vets that i have gone to; have always lured me in with a really great price only to pull out these hidden costs during payment time and i obviously have no choice but to pay these costs.. But this place was different; they are honest and have no hidden fees.I will definitely be taking Oliver here now and recommending them to anyone who has had terrible vet/pet care and anyone looking for affordable prices !! I visited this great local vet for the first time a month ago, and just brought my dog back for a follow up. I am very picky with where I take my dogs and I have to say the entire experience at this clinic was outstanding.Both vets were patient and understanding with all of my concerns/questions - they were very knowledgeable and thorough. You can also tell they really love dogs and enjoy what they do. The prices were reasonable and comparable to the other vets in the area when I checked around. I think the receptionist was new because she was in training and didn't seem to know very much but was really friendly and took initiative to find answers for me. With all of that said, I would recommend this vet and and will not go anywhere else as long as I am in the Mississauga area. Read Less

Alyssa even called us once our pap was out of surgery to give us an update on how it went and how she was doing. When we picked her up, the costs were still the same (amazing! lol) she was out of it but the girl that was there in the evening, Nikki, was quite versed in the post op care. She explained everything clearly. She was great with helping our girl into the e-collar and professional in getting us in and out quickly but not rushing us on our way. They also gave us two free check ups for our paps incisions despite not having an issue with the healing process whatsoever. It was clear to me they just wanted to make sure everything was healing nicely. I'm extremely impressed and everyone I encountered that day has a clear love for the work they do and the pets they see. Competitive pricing, great customer service and a love for the job is a winning combination. I'm thinking of changing this animal hospital to my vet permanently. Highly recommend.Read Less

We had to put our beloved cat down and the staff here was wonderful and compassionate. I was very pleased that they didn't try to bilk use for unnecessary tests as some other vets that we contacted tried to do.
