Paul and his son Matt Walker are very warm and welcoming! After finding so many positive reviews online, we decided to take our puppy here, and we have not regretted it! All the staff are friendly and genuinely care for the animals and the wait times have never been long. Most importantly, Paul and Matt aren't in it for the money. They are extremely knowledgeable and don't pressure you for any extra and unnecessary treatments or services. They seem to really love their job and are there to help the pets and you feel at ease. I love how if we have any questions about anything, we can always call and get a quick answer at no extra cost.

Dr. Walker Jr and Dr. Walker Sr are wonderful veterinarians. They're very empathetic and kind and take excellent care of the animals. They will remember your pets and their personalities long after they've seen them. They saw our two cats for many, many years. Last week we had to put down one of our cats and Dr. Walker Jr spoke with us on the phone beforehand to reassure us and Dr. Walker Sr was so kind and loving towards us and our pet throughout the procedure. We moved cities twice and we continue to see Drs. Walker even though now it means we have to drive for one hour in good traffic. You can't find a better vet.

We have been using Mississauga Animal Hospital since last year, and we couldn't be happier! They're very straightforward and give you fair, honest pricing and different options. Our pekingese needed eye surgery last year, and they took excellent care of him. He healed perfectly!! Recently went for our annual checkups for both of our dogs, and I was really happy with how thorough Dr Matt was!! Highly recommend!

Today was my cats first visit with Dr. Walker, and he's amazing! My cat is 4 years old and hasn't been ill a lot. I try to avoid visits to the vet as it stresses both of us out so when I needed to go I researched online and read some great stuff about the clinic. Wasn't happy with the last clinic and was looking for a new vet. They were really accommodating and booked me in for the next day. They were so patient with my cat, didn't rush him out of his carrier and Dr. Walker was just so pleasant. He gave us ample time, didn't order extra tests, was considerate in how much meds he was prescribing and tried to make our visits minimal! So happy to have found this place! Highly recommended!

Hands down the best vets in town!! I love Dr. Paul Walker and Dr Matt. They are both so great!They put you at ease and your fears just disappear as you are talking to them.My dog is 12 years old and we decided to castrate him due to blood in his urine....later on we had to remove some stones, i even insisted to see the stones because i wanted to make sense out of what i was feeding him. The food they prescribe you is not expensive and is THE BEST so just get it!I have now moved from Mississauga and will be travelling 2 hours to see Dr. Paul Walker.

Seriously the most kind and compassionate staff, always smiling and very welcoming. You can tell they do this because they genuinely love animals and that is a rare quality to find in this industry unfortunately. I've been taking my dogs to see Dr. Matthew for about a year and he has been so incredible to my family and I! He was able to come up with a treatment plan for our 12 year old Australian Shepherd's chronic pancreatitis that has her more full of pep and happier than she has been in years! He is also so great with providing explanations about medical terminology that is so easy to understand and it is such a great change to other vets who just hand out a pamphlet instead of taking a few minutes to explain it themselves! I cannot recommend him and his practice enough for such a warm and welcoming atmosphere!

By far the best animal hospital/ clinic in the GTA - The doctors here not only care about your animal but give you the best possible advice & they take care of you in the most professional way possible. I cant say enough how happy I am that my dog goes to this clinic.. I have visited other clinics before I was referred to Mississauga Animal clinic and the Walker has become friends over the years. If you are looking for the right place to bring your animals.. these are the guys - also have great front office staff who are always able to help & keep up a good conversation - thanks !!

Dr Walker is absolutely amazing! We were very happy with our former vet (Beattie pet hospital in Burlington), but had an emergency and went to Mississauga Animal Hospital as it was much closer and came highly recommended from a few of our friends. I can see why everyone gives this clinic such great reviews! Dr Walker (senior- they're a father-son team, we've only dealt with the father so far) is very compassionate, both for the animals and the pet parents. He put our minds at ease, gave us all our options and pricing (veterinary bills can add up quickly! ), and treated us with kindness and professionalism at every step of the way. Our little pekingese just came from eye surgery, and I can tell by his demeanor that he was made very comfortable during his overnight stay at the clinic. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received. We are now loyal patients and will be going here from now on! They say bad reviews reach twice as many ears as good reviews, I hope this review reaches all the pet parents in Mississauga! Thank you Dr Walker!

I can't speak more highly of this vet (I have seen both father and son) and their amazing staff. I can get appointments in a breeze and its clear that everyone here loves their job and cares so much about their furry patients. The office is clean, modern and well designed.Never have I been pushed into getting a service or a test I didn't need, yet if I ask them to be thorough they would go to the ends of the earth (or contact every medical lab in the area) to get a diagnosis. I have multiple dogs and cats and so vet visits are a huge necessity - I have brought in strange issues as well as routine checks and dr Walker has handled everything in stride. These guys are brilliant, constantly smiling and so warm and welcoming. They deserve all the business they can get and you can be assured your furbaby will be in loving hands. Highly highly recommend.

Poor Smokey cat had a bladder infection so we took him to Mississauga Animal Hospital. Prior to seeing Dr. Matt, the ladies took Smokey's cat carrier and cleaned it for us and gave us a new blanket. Dr. Matt was very personable and you could tell that animals were comfortable around him. He made sure Smokey got all cleaned up prior to leaving and prescribed all the right meds; albeit $300+. He made sure to follow-up with us a week later to ensure Smokey was doing well.I was very pleased to see the care and attention Smokey (and the other pets that were there during our visit) were given. The staff and Dr. Matt are really top notch and you can feel comfortable because you'll know your pet is in good hands.

We recently moved to the area and noticed that our normally healthy cat was sneezing, wheezing and had watery eyes. So I called Mississauga Animal Hospital and got an appointment the same day.We saw Dr. Matt who was very friendly. I really appreciated the genuine care and interest for their patients and the fact that they call to check up after the visit. Since my cat has never really been sick in his 13 years, is the sole pet in our house and lives exclusively indoors, I've never bothered to keep up with his immunizations. I was worried, from past vet visits, that they would ask me to get a bunch of expensive shots for him before they would even see him. This wasn't the case though. I filled out a short questionnaire when I arrived, waited about 15 mins and went in to the see the doctor.All of my questions were answered, our cat was very well taken care of and is on his way to a full recovery ::-)The visit also cost less than I was expecting, which is nice this was an unexpected visit.I will definitely come back is my cat gets sick again.

I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The staff are all wonderful, and Dr. Walker is kind and caring, never pressures you into getting surgeries or procedures. He calls personally to follow up after visits, and as someone else mentioned, Dr. Reid at this location does do housecalls. This was particularly important recently as we had to put our cat down but I couldn't bear to bring her to the Vet's office to do it, so Dr. Reid came to my house to put her down. It was the best way to do it, if you are ever misfortunate enough to have to go through it. The price was reasonable as well. When I get a new kitty, I'll definitely be returning!

We have been using Mississauga Animal Hospital since last year, and we couldn't be happier! They're very straightforward and give you fair, honest pricing and different options. Our pekingese needed eye surgery last year, and they took excellent care of him. He healed perfectly!! Recently went for our annual checkups for both of our dogs, and I was really happy with how thorough Dr Matt was!! Highly recommend!

Today was my cats first visit with Dr. Walker, and he's amazing! My cat is 4 years old and hasn't been ill a lot. I try to avoid visits to the vet as it stresses both of us out so when I needed to go I researched online and read some great stuff about the clinic. Wasn't happy with the last clinic and was looking for a new vet. They were really accommodating and booked me in for the next day. They were so patient with my cat, didn't rush him out of his carrier and Dr. Walker was just so pleasant. He gave us ample time, didn't order extra tests, was considerate in how much meds he was prescribing and tried to make our visits minimal! So happy to have found this place! Highly recommended!

Hands down the best vets in town!! I love Dr. Paul Walker and Dr Matt. They are both so great!They put you at ease and your fears just disappear as you are talking to them.My dog is 12 years old and we decided to castrate him due to blood in his urine....later on we had to remove some stones, i even insisted to see the stones because i wanted to make sense out of what i was feeding him. The food they prescribe you is not expensive and is THE BEST so just get it!I have now moved from Mississauga and will be travelling 2 hours to see Dr. Paul Walker.

Seriously the most kind and compassionate staff, always smiling and very welcoming. I have been taking my pets to this clinic for a few years, and I have always felt safe and comfortable having the doctors treat them. You can tell they do this because they genuinely love animals and that is a rare quality to find in this industry unfortunately. I've been taking my dogs to see Dr. Matthew for about a year and he has been so incredible to my family and I! He was able to come up with a treatment plan for our 12 year old Australian Shepherd's chronic pancreatitis that has her more full of pep and happier than she has been in years! He is also so great with providing explanations about medical terminology that is so easy to understand and it is such a great change to other vets who just hand out a pamphlet instead of taking a few minutes to explain it themselves! I cannot recommend him and his practice enough for such a warm and welcoming atmosphere!

By far the best animal hospital/ clinic in the GTA - The doctors here not only care about your animal but give you the best possible advice & they take care of you in the most professional way possible. I cant say enough how happy I am that my dog goes to this clinic.. I have visited other clinics before I was referred to Mississauga Animal clinic and the Walker has become friends over the years. If you are looking for the right place to bring your animals.. these are the guys - also have great front office staff who are always able to help & keep up a good conversation - thanks !!

Dr Walker is absolutely amazing! We were very happy with our former vet (Beattie pet hospital in Burlington), but had an emergency and went to Mississauga Animal Hospital as it was much closer and came highly recommended from a few of our friends. I can see why everyone gives this clinic such great reviews! Dr Walker (senior- they're a father-son team, we've only dealt with the father so far) is very compassionate, both for the animals and the pet parents. He put our minds at ease, gave us all our options and pricing (veterinary bills can add up quickly! ), and treated us with kindness and professionalism at every step of the way. Our little pekingese just came from eye surgery, and I can tell by his demeanor that he was made very comfortable during his overnight stay at the clinic. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received. We are now loyal patients and will be going here from now on! They say bad reviews reach twice as many ears as good reviews, I hope this review reaches all the pet parents in Mississauga! Thank you Dr Walker!

I can't speak more highly of this vet (I have seen both father and son) and their amazing staff. I can get appointments in a breeze and its clear that everyone here loves their job and cares so much about their furry patients. The office is clean, modern and well designed.Never have I been pushed into getting a service or a test I didn't need, yet if I ask them to be thorough they would go to the ends of the earth (or contact every medical lab in the area) to get a diagnosis. I have multiple dogs and cats and so vet visits are a huge necessity - I have brought in strange issues as well as routine checks and dr Walker has handled everything in stride. These guys are brilliant, constantly smiling and so warm and welcoming. They deserve all the business they can get and you can be assured your furbaby will be in loving hands. Highly highly recommend.

Poor Smokey cat had a bladder infection so we took him to Mississauga Animal Hospital. Prior to seeing Dr. Matt, the ladies took Smokey's cat carrier and cleaned it for us and gave us a new blanket. Dr. Matt was very personable and you could tell that animals were comfortable around him. He made sure Smokey got all cleaned up prior to leaving and prescribed all the right meds; albeit $300+. He made sure to follow-up with us a week later to ensure Smokey was doing well.I was very pleased to see the care and attention Smokey (and the other pets that were there during our visit) were given. The staff and Dr. Matt are really top notch and you can feel comfortable because you'll know your pet is in good hands.

We recently moved to the area and noticed that our normally healthy cat was sneezing, wheezing and had watery eyes. So I called Mississauga Animal Hospital and got an appointment the same day.We saw Dr. Matt who was very friendly. I really appreciated the genuine care and interest for their patients and the fact that they call to check up after the visit. Since my cat has never really been sick in his 13 years, is the sole pet in our house and lives exclusively indoors, I've never bothered to keep up with his immunizations. I was worried, from past vet visits, that they would ask me to get a bunch of expensive shots for him before they would even see him. This wasn't the case though. I filled out a short questionnaire when I arrived, waited about 15 mins and went in to the see the doctor.All of my questions were answered, our cat was very well taken care of and is on his way to a full recovery ::-)The visit also cost less than I was expecting, which is nice this was an unexpected visit.I will definitely come back is my cat gets sick again.

I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The staff are all wonderful, and Dr. Walker is kind and caring, never pressures you into getting surgeries or procedures. He calls personally to follow up after visits, and as someone else mentioned, Dr. Reid at this location does do housecalls. This was particularly important recently as we had to put our cat down but I couldn't bear to bring her to the Vet's office to do it, so Dr. Reid came to my house to put her down. It was the best way to do it, if you are ever misfortunate enough to have to go through it. The price was reasonable as well. When I get a new kitty, I'll definitely be returning!
