We have been bringing our dog Sunshine to Dr.Hanna ever since he opened and she was a couple years old. Dr.Hanna and his staff have been nothing but helpful throughout the years. They are so caring and treated Sunshine like she was their own. Dr.Hanna always took us in whenever we had an emergency and would never over charge for anything. They are all such amazing people who take pride in their work. Dr.Hanna came to our house right away when we called him regarding the critical condition Sunshine was in. We greatly appreciate this as he was spending time with his family for Easter and still came to see her. Unfortunately it was time to say goodbye and Dr.Hanna gave us some time to be with her for her last few moments. He then met us at the clinic with one of his staff and guided us through the procedures of what would happen. The time came and Dr.Hanna broke down in tears along with all of us. It means a lot to our whole family to know Sunshine was always in good hands and had a great life thanks to Dr.Hanna and his staff. Dr. Hanna was very kind and generous towards my kittens who were adopted from a shelter and one of them didn’t have two paws in the back, I couldn’t afford to take both my kittens to a vet but dr. I've entrusted Dr Hanna and his staff with the health of my kittens since they were two months old and every visit has gone smoothly. The staff is always cheerful and patient with my kittens and the resident cat Milo usually comes out for a greeting. Routine exams are quick and expertly done. As for neutering... well, my kitten was neutered here and earned a certificate of bravery for displaying great courage. It was so badass his balls grew back already... Just kidding! We met Dr. Hanna for the first time last Tuesday and again today for a follow up appointment to check on our dog's progress for treatment of his ear infection. Both visits were very pleasant experiences for our 7 yr. old Chow chow. As first time dog owners, we had plenty of questions and Dr. Hanna answered them all patiently. Dr. Hanna is the most compassionate vet I have ever met. I entered his clinic by fluke as my sister and I were rushing to the Oakville Emergency Hospital for our old golden retriever as it was a Sunday after 5pm. Speeding down Winston Churchill we saw a car in his clinic and the light on and pulled in to check by chance if they were still open. The clinic was closed but he insisted it was okay and to bring our dog in. In the end, we had to make the extremely difficult decision to put our golden retirever down as she was hyperventilating and visabily suffering beyond repair. Keep in mind, we are people littlerally off the street - we had never met him before. As my sister and I sobbed and sobbed as the process took place, I looked up and noticed Dr. Hanna, tears running down his face. This is someone who truely truely loves and cares about animals. A year or so later I got a new dog and I knew right away - Dr. Hanna had to be her vet. He is honest, straight forward and I am SO thankful we crossed paths that day. Some vets are just in it for the money; however, with Dr. Hanna, when my puppy got VERY sick he told me it never mattered the time but if we needed him to call his 'after hours emergency number' and he would help us no matter what!
