Dragged my dog out of the exam room where she was supposed to be checked for heartworm. Claimed she bit them (not a biter, never had been an issue here before and always super gentle with strangers) and that they couldn’t perform the test without a sedative which couldn’t be done that day. Tried to upsell us on a bunch of stuff we didn’t come in for. Wasted our time and tried to get more money out of us for the sedative. Not coming back.

Superior client service! I have never been there before but brought my dying family dog there. Although it was too late for our guy by the time we got there, they walked us though his final arrangements. When the ashes were returned to us we were notified promptly and to our surprise a sympathy card arrived in the mailed signed by each of the staff!

Brought my cat here to get checked as she was having bladder infection issues. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they made my little one feel safe and calm. The vet was very knowledgeable, diagnosed her quickly and prescribed the correct treatment. We went back for check up and she was a 100%. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it

We have been taking our pet, Symon the cat to Pet Vet for years. We have always had great service. But Symon had become extremely sick, and was an old fellow. Robin and Dr. Vanessa helped us through the final stage with compassion and care. I can't imagine how they could make a horrible situation better. I would recommend them without reservation any day. We'll miss Symon but we know that we saw him off in a painless low stress environment. And we'll miss Robin and the rest of the folks at pet vet.

Staff is very understanding and helpful. They guided us through a very hard time and decision. The facility is easily accessible, very clean, and well laid out. The prices are very resonable and so much better than other vets I called around to. I will be taking my pets here for a long time. I recommend this veterinary facility to everyone.

Dr. Snow was one of the best vets I have ever had contact with in my entire life of having animals. Her empathy and compassion are unmatched by any. How anyone could have something bad to say about this woman is beyond me. My cat went in extremely sick and came out like a brand new kitten. Entire staff are awesome and compassionate. You saved my kitty's life ladies. Thank you soo much.

I went to them faithfully for my two cats (8 years, 6 years), but recently we had an experience with the vet where they missed a blockage that was nearly fatal to my cat. What I am most upset with, is that they refuse to take responsibility for their carelessness despite the follow-up calls and emails.

They give you a good price when you pay for the full kitten package and then try their best to surprise you with lots of HIDDEN fees(over 150$) after the included surgeries.Not to mention that you have to check the price on their bills every time you pay. They told me the collar cost about 16 and on the bill it was about 20something.. No need to ask for customers service cuz it will take you no where . They are all trained to support each others even when mistaken.Never ever will go back there nor recommend andy1 to !

They give you a good price when you pay for the full kitten package and then try their best to surprise you with lots of HIDDEN fees(over 150$) after the included surgeries.Not to mention that you have to check the price on their bills every time you pay. They told me the collar cost about 16 and on the bill it was about 20something.. No need to ask for customers service cuz it will take you no where . They are all trained to support each others even when mistaken and have the most rude manager ever. Never ever will go back there nor recommend andy1 to !

They charged my friend for a bag of food after the dog escaped from their cage. They refused to take responsibility for that. Also my male Maine Coon cat went in for a neuter and when we got him back his knee was dislocated and would pop in and out of place which made it so he couldn't jump or exercise very well. They refused to take the blame for it even though he didn't have that problem when he went in and the second he came out he did. Everyone there seemed so nice until they're not anymore. I would highly recommend that people look for a cheap vet that is not this one. I know the cost may seem appealing but there's a chance you're going to have to pay a lot more on other things if something goes wrong because they sure as hell won't take the blame!

Wonderful experience there last week with my five year old rescue pup. Normally he is very nervous at the vet but Dr. Snow made him feel very comfortable and was the most positive experience we have had so far at a vetrinarian. She was so patient with him and gave me great advice on how to deal with some of his behavioural issues. Would really recommend this clinic!

If you enjoy being gouged and taken advantage of then this is the vet for you. Specifically Vet Vanessa Burghart. 1st time we had a cat with a cold, instead of giving meds to treat it we went thru a whole process of unnecessary procedures and tests which cost us over $500 - now we got with our dog who has a UTI and she again wants to do a whole bunch of tests over $400 - I asked for antibiotics, she said no, she said "I'll give you antibiotics if we go thru the proper channel" she says that I was refusing care. Meanwhile she's refusing to treat a patient. (as per COV) If you don't want to pay her outrageous estimates she will ask you to sign a waiver saying your refusing care. This vet is ridiculous and money hungry, There are many more affordable and honest vets. CVO complaints are always a good idea. If you continue to go here avoid this specific vet. We've spent over $15,000 on our pets at this location (major surgeries) and this was the thanks we got. Awful, Awful place. Our family has taken their pets here for over 15 years and this is what is becoming of vets, just money hungry. If they cared about pets they wouldn't ask for treatment refusal waivers to be signed. When your not actually refusing treatment?! Manager of this location is just as money hungry so complaining to her is useless. They just lost 7 pets of ours as their customers. I don't call them patients because Pet Vet dosn't treat pets with that respect. You treat them as dollar signs.

For all the years I have had animals Pet Vet Lakeshore has given them the best care. I've always felt welcome from the first moment I walk in. They have completely changed the front of house staff, I'm still getting to know them but they seem nice. Robin is an absolute dear. Mario is amazing. He has always taken good care of my pets and he treats them like his own. Dr Vanessa treats my two dogs like they are the most important animals she sees and that kind of care means a lot. I feel like my dogs are as important to her as they are to me. We make sure that all our appointments are with Dr. Vanessa. My one dog had to have surgery recently and I was able to txt them after hours and they gave me an update and sent me pics of her. The only draw back is Dr Vinny. We don not like the type of care he gives our dogs. He has given my dogs treatments that I never approved and then tried to charge me for them. One of the treatments hurt my dog and she couldn't sit for two days. My advice: stay away from Dr. Vinny

OK this place is as good as it gets!I have have been taking my puppy here for about 5 years now and can't really find anything to complain about.What to Expect Free! Coffee,Tea and even chicken soup, YES CHICKEN SOUP. "they got a k-cup"Every time you come in the front desk greats you with a smile.What I like the most about this place is that the Vets don't try to sell you 1000s of vaccines or supplements. Very honest !!

Dragged my dog out of the exam room where she was supposed to be checked for heartworm. Claimed she bit them (not a biter, never had been an issue here before and always super gentle with strangers) and that they couldn’t perform the test without a sedative which couldn’t be done that day. Although it was too late for our guy by the time we got there, they walked us though his final arrangements. Brought my cat here to get checked as she was having bladder infection issues. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they made my little one feel safe and calm. The vet was very knowledgeable, diagnosed her quickly and prescribed the correct treatment. We went back for check up and she was a 100%. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it

Wonderful experience there last week with my five year old rescue pup. If you enjoy being gouged and taken advantage of then this is the vet for you. Specifically Vet Vanessa Burghart. 1st time we had a cat with a cold, instead of giving meds to treat it we went thru a whole process of unnecessary procedures and tests which cost us over $500 - now we got with our dog who has a UTI and she again wants to do a whole bunch of tests over $400 - I asked for antibiotics, she said no, she said "I'll give you antibiotics if we go thru the proper channel" she says that I was refusing care. Meanwhile she's refusing to treat a patient. (as per COV) If you don't want to pay her outrageous estimates she will ask you to sign a waiver saying your refusing care. This vet is ridiculous and money hungry, There are many more affordable and honest vets. CVO complaints are always a good idea. If you continue to go here avoid this specific vet. We've spent over $15,000 on our pets at this location (major surgeries) and this was the thanks we got. Awful, Awful place. Our family has taken their pets here for over 15 years and this is what is becoming of vets, just money hungry. If they cared about pets they wouldn't ask for treatment refusal waivers to be signed. When your not actually refusing treatment?! Manager of this location is just as money hungry so complaining to her is useless. They just lost 7 pets of ours as their customers. I don't call them patients because Pet Vet dosn't treat pets with that respect. You treat them as dollar signs.

For all the years I have had animals Pet Vet Lakeshore has given them the best care. I've always felt welcome from the first moment I walk in. They have completely changed the front of house staff, I'm still getting to know them but they seem nice. Robin is an absolute dear. Mario is amazing. He has always taken good care of my pets and he treats them like his own. Dr Vanessa treats my two dogs like they are the most important animals she sees and that kind of care means a lot. I feel like my dogs are as important to her as they are to me. We make sure that all our appointments are with Dr. Vanessa. My one dog had to have surgery recently and I was able to txt them after hours and they gave me an update and sent me pics of her. The only draw back is Dr Vinny. We don not like the type of care he gives our dogs. He has given my dogs treatments that I never approved and then tried to charge me for them. One of the treatments hurt my dog and she couldn't sit for two days. My advice: stay away from Dr. Vinny

OK this place is as good as it gets!I have have been taking my puppy here for about 5 years now and can't really find anything to complain about.What to Expect Free! Coffee,Tea and even chicken soup, YES CHICKEN SOUP. "they got a k-cup"Every time you come in the front desk greats you with a smile.What I like the most about this place is that the Vets don't try to sell you 1000s of vaccines or supplements. Very honest !!
