Yesterday our 8 month old puppy had an accident while running around. As I could not get a hold of our family vet, I called down the road to this place. The girls in the office were very nice and welcoming. The doctor on the other hand came off Extremely Rude. This my dogs first accident he was scared and overwhelmed, the doctor tried to sedate him in the room and began to get frustrated with my scared boy. He said "okay that's it just take him" after that I did not know what was going to happen to him. 10mins later he was stitched up, and I was told to come back in an hour for an update and pickup meds and my pup. I went back paid $700 for 20 minutes of work, and no information as to how to care for him in the coming days. We told a family friend who is a vet tech what our next steps are and then we got the information needed. Apparently his stitches have to come out in 2 weeks, cone on for 2 weeks, and no playing or running around for 3 weeks. None of the information was provided by Dr.Waseem. Very rude, and yelling at me, I will never return to this doctor again and never recommend to anyone else. This our worst vet experience because of this man. I brought my two little one's Milo & Princess for there annually check ups, I would like to say that the place is very inviting, positive & has great customer service. Dr. Paul & Dr. Chris are very nice & pleasant to deal with.I will recommed them to anyone who has a best friend.Massimo Read Less
