We visited Colonial for the first time last week with our two cats. I cannot say enough about them! From the friendly greeting moment we walked through the door, to the incredibly thorough examination by Dr. Grimshaw, everyone was so kind , patient and genuine. They didn't try to sell us anything we don't need, and answered all of our questions. We're very happy to have found Colonial!

We are particularly thankful for Dr. Brown who we have found to be a most caring professional. His sincere compassion helped us through a very trying time. He is a credit to his profession.

I was extremely disappointed with Colonial. In my opinion they did not meet minimal expectations in the treatment of one of our animals. We have always held the vets we deal with in the highest regard...
I was extremely disappointed with Colonial. In my opinion they did not meet minimal expectations in the treatment of one of our animals. We have always held the vets we deal with in the highest regard but I cannot recommend Colonial at all. We will not be returning to them with any animal in the future.

My dog was terrified of going to vet, she would somehow maneuver herself so she would slip past me and out the door before I even went through it. She would whine and hide behind me whenever the vet came. But when I changed vet, and began taking her to Colonial, she PULLS ME TO THE DOOR, she loves it so much!

My dog has had issues with his hips or legs for sometime now. X-Rays have been decided are the next course of action, and they have been nothing but kind in helpful as I struggle to see my poor pup in pain. Jessica is amazing, and helped me tremendously! Thank you guys!

They gave our dog a vaccination shot in back not the hind leg. Major complications with infection do to this. When approached about this mistake on their part, they lied and said the shot was given in...
They gave our dog a vaccination shot in back not the hind leg. Major complications with infection do to this. When approached about this mistake on their part, they lied and said the shot was given in the hind leg. Their records where altered to state it was given in the hind leg. We were there. We saw them do it. The icing on the cake. They gave our dog a vaccination shot without telling us the vaccine has been changed. Our Dog almost died. They claimed the alteration in the shot could not be responsible. We checked with exerts that say otherwise. Our dog almost died less than 24 hours after the shot. The dog never recovered. She died 3 years later.

I have been to this clinic several times in the past 9 years. Initially, the staff were wonderful. But now everything has changed. The staff that are there, are so very hostile, and just doesn't care ...
I have been to this clinic several times in the past 9 years. Initially, the staff were wonderful. But now everything has changed. The staff that are there, are so very hostile, and just doesn't care for your pet. And the Vets there too are completely indifferent. Now I wouldn't think of ever going to back there at all.

We visited Colonial for the first time last week with our two cats. I cannot say enough about them! I was extremely disappointed with Colonial. In my opinion they did not meet minimal expectations in the treatment of one of our animals. We have always held the vets we deal with in the highest regard but I cannot recommend Colonial at all. We will not be returning to them with any animal in the future.

My dog was terrified of going to vet, she would somehow maneuver herself so she would slip past me and out the door before I even went through it. She would whine and hide behind me whenever the vet came. But when I changed vet, and began taking her to Colonial, she PULLS ME TO THE DOOR, she loves it so much!

I have been to this clinic several times in the past 9 years. Initially, the staff were wonderful. But now everything has changed. The staff that are there, are so very hostile, and just doesn't care for your pet. And the Vets there too are completely indifferent. Now I wouldn't think of ever going to back there at all.
