Dr. Gordon and her staff are amazing. Whether we are bringing our pets in for their annual checkups, calling to ask questions or buying food. They all always greet us by our names. They also demonstrate their love for animals each and every time we visit the office. When it came time to make the hard decision for our little girl, they made sure we had all the facts to make the right decision and were very compassionate. I would recommend Dr. Gordon and her staff for any vet care.

Really great experience. Brought in Titan my rottie, he loves going to the vet now because of how great they treated him, which is something very important to me. I heard they were a little higher then normal for price I wouldnt honestly know, but theyve always given us great quotes ahead of time, and different price quotes. Theyve always explained everything in detail, never minded me calling in asking questions. All around a very great experience, we only left because we moved away from the city.

My family and I have been clients at the Barrhaven Veterinary Hospital since moving to Barrhaven in 2004 and have been absolutely spoiled by the staff ever since. They are so very friendly, supportive, informative and passionate about what they do and always aim to keep your pet's best interests first. Each time we call in to make an appointment or arrive to buy some food for our Chai we are always greeted by name and asked how we are all doing. You can't beat the service and the compassion. I happily recommend the Barrhaven Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for competitive prices, exemplary service and, most importantly, true care and concern for your pet's well-being. Dr. Gordon and her staff were superb! We couldn't speak highly enough of their excellent professionalism, loving care, and kindness they've extended to our pet and her family :)
Since we're new clients, the very competent Brenna gave us an amazing tour of their facility. We were very impressed with the high quality of their in-house diagnostic, medical, and surgical equipments. Very, very reassuring just in case, fingers crossed.....

I have always been blown away at how above and beyond these ladies always go for my puppy but today they truly did exceed all expectations. Dr. Gordon is very knowledgable and you never feel rushed. She addresses any and all concerns and you can just tell she really truly cares about all the animals that come in. Brenna has always been so amazing and thorough and really takes her time to go over everything with you. Heather at the front desk is just an absolute sweetheart, her heart is pure gold. These are the only names I remember but absolutely everyone here is so professional and sweet and caring. I have only been here with my puppy now since October but I truly can't imagine going anywhere else ever. You won't find a better group of girls anywhere! Truly I cannot say enough about how wonderful an experience it is trusting my baby's care with these wonderful ladies. It is with complete confidence and trust that I left my baby boy with them today and the care they showed him after the surgery was so nurturing, compassionate, and loving.

I brought my elderly cat, who is naturally unfriendly to this Veterinary clinic. I called them first because I was afraid to bring her but she had been limping for 4 days. They reassured me that they could manage her. I was totally amazed at their gentle handling and necessary restraining of her. The used a soft towel spray with pheromones and held this around her neck gently.They even put a blanket on the exam table and sprayed it too. This little wild cat of mind was calm and cooperated with the exam and they discovered a sprained elbow. They sent me home with pain medications for her and a strict routine to limit her movements. I am very grateful to this clinic from receptionist to technicians /assistants and the doctor. I had this pictured as a night mare but it was far from that. It made me realize how skilled this clinic is!

I found Barrhaven Veterinary Hospital after I moved to Barrhaven and was immediately impressed with how friendly they are, this being before my cat and two dogs were patients. It only got better from there. Everyone at this hospital are obvious animal lovers and understand that amazing relationships people have with their furry family members. After I moved out from Barrhaven, there was no question that Dr. Gordon and her team would remain my animals' doctor. My cat has gone through so much over the past two years and everyone has come to know him, treating us like a part of their family. I always look forward to our visits, though my cat might tell you otherwise, and leave feeling as though we got the best possible care out there. I recommended this hospital to a few friends and everyone agrees that there's nowhere else they'd take their pets. It's a very happy, optimistic, and warm environment. I can not say enough good things about them.

She was not well....weak, diarrhea and vomiting. At first, they didn't wanted me to buy her.....but I promised Pet Smart, I will take her to the Woodroffe clinic first thing in the morning. We met the wonderful caring staff and the doctor. Since then, I have been impressed and glad we take our sweet pea to that location. ( we live 5 min away)
They remember mine and Squeaks name every time we go. My 6 year old grandson loves going as well. They treat him with respect and engage him with all treatments. Which we very much appreciate.

I have always been blown away at how above and beyond these ladies always go for my puppy but today they truly did exceed all expectations. Dr. Gordon is very knowledgable and you never feel rushed. I have only been here with my puppy now since October but I truly can't imagine going anywhere else ever. You won't find a better group of girls anywhere! Truly I cannot say enough about how wonderful an experience it is trusting my baby's care with these wonderful ladies. It is with complete confidence and trust that I left my baby boy with them today and the care they showed him after the surgery was so nurturing, compassionate, and loving.

I brought my elderly cat, who is naturally unfriendly to this Veterinary clinic. I called them first because I was afraid to bring her but she had been limping for 4 days. They reassured me that they could manage her. I was totally amazed at their gentle handling and necessary restraining of her. The used a soft towel spray with pheromones and held this around her neck gently.They even put a blanket on the exam table and sprayed it too. This little wild cat of mind was calm and cooperated with the exam and they discovered a sprained elbow. They sent me home with pain medications for her and a strict routine to limit her movements. I am very grateful to this clinic from receptionist to technicians /assistants and the doctor. I had this pictured as a night mare but it was far from that. It made me realize how skilled this clinic is!

I found Barrhaven Veterinary Hospital after I moved to Barrhaven and was immediately impressed with how friendly they are, this being before my cat and two dogs were patients. It only got better from there. Everyone at this hospital are obvious animal lovers and understand that amazing relationships people have with their furry family members. After I moved out from Barrhaven, there was no question that Dr. Gordon and her team would remain my animals' doctor. My cat has gone through so much over the past two years and everyone has come to know him, treating us like a part of their family. I always look forward to our visits, though my cat might tell you otherwise, and leave feeling as though we got the best possible care out there. I recommended this hospital to a few friends and everyone agrees that there's nowhere else they'd take their pets. It's a very happy, optimistic, and warm environment. I can not say enough good things about them.

She was not well....weak, diarrhea and vomiting. At first, they didn't wanted me to buy her.....but I promised Pet Smart, I will take her to the Woodroffe clinic first thing in the morning. We met the wonderful caring staff and the doctor. Since then, I have been impressed and glad we take our sweet pea to that location. ( we live 5 min away)
They remember mine and Squeaks name every time we go. My 6 year old grandson loves going as well. They treat him with respect and engage him with all treatments. Which we very much appreciate.
