I brought my kitty cat to Centrepointe for the 1st time & WOW!!! They are fantastic!! From the second I walked in the door until I walked out, the staff & Vet (can't remember her name) were the best I've ever experienced. I had a great experience at Centrepointe Animal Hospital. Dr. Theoret and her staff are amazing; they're compassionate, caring and thoughtful. My family and I lost our beloved cat, and they were extremely patient and helpful throughout the process of deciding what was best. I would highly recommend this hospital for your family pets as I knew the moment I walked in, they would take great care of Clover. I highly recommend this hospital. They were so friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything very thoroughly and answered any and all questions I had. When I called and asked prices, they were not the same as when I went there and they didn't inform me that I had only a certain amount of time to get the second set of shots or they would have to be redone at my expense Wich was about 300$ , not happy with this place at all, I would not ever recommend this animal hospital! Being a cat owner for many years i have had to deal with many veterinary clinic over the years and from my personal experience Dr Theoret is the best i have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I trust her experience and counsel completely and praise her work ethics constantly to people around me. Her surgery techniques are years ahead of anything I've seen before and her care to make sure our pets are treated as well, if not better, than family member is duly noted. Her staff is also amazing. They are always smiling, understanding and helpful. You can tell that they went into this profession because they love animal. I'm so happy to have found Centrepointe Animal Hospital. Dr. Theoret and staff are fantastic. I had recently adopted a dog that was very ill.  Luckily, Dr. Theoret has a lot of experience and the knowledge to know exactly what needed to be done. We went to Centrepointe Animal Hospital after a stressful experience with our regular vet clinic. My dog needed a procedure that was risky, due to her age and an unrelated health condition. Feeling uncertain and uninformed, when your pet's health and life are in question, is awful. It was a relief to be able to deal with someone so thorough and thoughtful as Dr. Theoret. She suggested a number of tests (that all made perfect sense) and a course of action I was comfortable with. I was made aware of the risks, but also felt fully informed about the options, which helped me make a decision I thought was the best for my dog.I had full confidence in the procedure being done well and with all needed precautions. My dog recovered well and was given a chance to live happy and healthy years, instead of gradual and, as it was implied by the previous vet, inevitable deterioration over mere months she had left. All their staff is great, caring and professional, and you really feel your pet is getting a good care there. This is also the cleanest vet clinic I have been to. Read Less

My girlfriend and I decided to go with this animal hospital because of the great reviews we saw on Google. We weren't disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful and they were able to correctly diagnose and treat our cat. He (Prince) is feeling much better now :). My favourite part of the experience was that they went through and thoroughly explained what was wrong with our cat, rather than just handing over a bunch of pills (which some animal hospitals do).
