If you actually love your pet, don’t bring them here. They repeatedly gave me the wrong dose for my bunny’s antibiotics and the vetenarian was awkward and not very knowledgeable. I feel as if that caused my bunny to have an antibiotic tolerance in which he never got better from. They can’t even clip nails, they made HALF of my bunny’s nails bleed AND THEY ARE WHITE NAILS. C’mon, you want to trust them with you pet? I know someone who also has a horrible terrifying experience so I know I’m not the only one. I hope this helps at least one person pick a better suited vet clinic. Read Less

They’re fine if you feed your pet kibble. God forbid you feed them raw. I called today about making my appointment for my dogs ears as I think he has an ear infection - and I was lectured about elimination diets with their hypoallergenic kibble, when I mentioned we’d been doing elimination diets with raw and that I’m pretty sure he just got into something or has an infection the person I spoke to on the phone immediately belittled me about how “no one recommends raw” and how “I have the right to feed my dog what I want but I should do a proper elimination diet for “the dog” (her words) because “raw certainly won’t do it” - I’ve done my research, my dog does better on raw and I’m sorry but you just lost a customer. I’m taking my dog to a vet clinic who won’t belittle me for my choices. Read Less

Fantastic clinic! I only went there once to put my sweet Pepper to sleep due to a mammary tumour that couldn't be removed because of old age. Only clinic in Ottawa that humanely euthanizes rats by using Iso gas where as others just put a needle directly into the heart or stomach with no sedation. I knew she was in the perfect hands with them. They handled everything smoothly and made me feel welcomed. They even gave me an estimate and I was able to pay over email so that it was a quick in and out situation.
I myself work in a veterinary clinic across town but I think this clinic is 100% better and I will certainly be bringing my pet here from now on, especially for someone who has a crazy amount of pocket pets like myself.

Very disappointing place. The rob people. I took my bun there, but called them a day before for a possibly jaw fractured and they give me an estimated of $365.00 all included pls tax, got there I was told $560 if he needed the surgery, I still listened to them stupidly and went ahead and paid $372.00 just for anesthesia, exam and Exra. The doctor told us to leave the bunnie and come back in 3 hours, when came back we were told that she is not an specialist and that we have to pay $71.00 to get referral and then the specialist will decide if it is fixable. Me and my husband were stunned to how easily we got robed. She said "will your looking at $1200-1000. Possibly" I mean are you kidding me. We said we don't like to go ahead with u guys so found another vet, and they told us there is never specialist fees and ps extra is only $60 maxima not $160.00 oh btw the extra she took was not the right one too. She should have done mouth Exra not head. I feel sorryor poor people who don't know how they are being robed every time they go there. I want my money back at least for the wrong Exra, but I am pretty sure the answer will be we a very organized veterinary and we don't give money back because we are thifes.
