Today made an appointment to have our family cat Pablo get the stitches out after a third of his tail had to be amputated in an emergency late-night visit to another clinic. Was able to book the appointment the same morning. The two vets at Bayview, a father and daughter gave fantastic care and attention to Pablo, removed his stitches while ensuring minimum stress to him, and charged a very reasonable price. I was very satisfied and Pablo came home and quickly returned to his happy and mischievous self after having his stitches removed. Thanks, Bayview Pet Staff.

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service and results during my several visits to Bayview Pet Services, just 2.5kms from me!
My dogs Charlie Cockapoo (11.5 yrs) and Snickers (11 yrs) have been VERY healthy up to the time they reached 10 years old, when Charlie developed some fatty tumours that required removal and dental issues (decayed teeth that required extraction) and when Snickers became ill after eating a noxious forest mushroom, also needed some teeth extracted, and was diagnosed as having become blind in his right eye in June 2020, though otherwise he is quite healthy and both still have the energy of young dogs, owing to their homemade, nutritious dog food.
Dr. Dhillon's son also attended to my dogs, and I found him to be VERY knowledgeable, compassionate, easy to talk to, gentle with my dogs and competent, just like his father.
The receptionists and assistants, likewise, (including Dr. Dhillon's wife) were most friendly, reassuring, kind to my pets, and ALWAYS treated me like a valued client. I suffer from Lyme Tick Disease, have slightly-impaired vision and am now unemployed as I battle Lyme, full-time. On one occasion, I could not pay Charlie's combined surgical and dental bill in a single payment, and negotiated a payment plan with Dr. Dhillon, which I honoured. I was most grateful for that consideration and accommodation. As to the cost of the services, they are in keeping with local rates and besides, what price the continued good health of your boon companions!?
Dr. Dhillon was recommended to me by my long-time groomer, Y-Sun B, of Barks and Bubbles Grooming. I trust Y-Sun's advice, and when I was in urgent need of veterinary help for my dogs, after 10 years of perfect health, she recommended Dr. Dhillon to me, and I'm eternally grateful she did!
Dr. Dhillon is very professional in his manner and expertise, is very interesting to talk to, extremely compassionate to both humans and animals. I always recommend him to my friends and new neighbours.

The place is not going to be spotless theirs lots of animals, but I can smell that it is sanitized.
Dr D is very smart funny and you might not think he is caring maybe due to his culture or professionalism, but he is.
My dog was dying and he gave her help and more time.
I agree that cheaper is not always better, but I believe he is not ripping us humans off.

Dog ended up with severe third-degree burns on her body.
Investigation shown that dog was severely burned by a heating pad during a surgery.
Why?
My guess is Doctor Jogar left her frying as another potential client rang the doorbell.
Sure, Money is the priority.

I have to surrender my cat to spca they wanted vet records and Bayview pet services refuse to release the records because I owe 68 dollars. How is this the best interest of the animal. Just because it's also an emergency vet does not mean it is better. Watch your bills. Do not make payment schedule with them. And keep in mind you don't know what goes on in that dirty pace behind closed doors. Never take your pet there. U pay cheap for cheap care that is not benificial to your animal

Do not take your dog here! Dr. Nishan Dhillion has no canine handling skills or know anything about canine behaviour. He intimidated and scared my dog to the point where she growled (this is not normal behaviour for my dog) the idiot was then too scared to come near my dog and was unable to do a physical exam but still charged me for it anyway. My dog is a larger breed and is nervous of new people but jas never growled at someome before, I have been spending months working with my dog to show her strangers aren't scary only to have this guy absolutely ruin everything, when I tried to out het revolution on at home the following day my dog freaked out, again which is NOT normal behaviour for her! Then the next day when I went back to speak to the vet about his behaviour he wouldn't even come out of his office to speak with me. He did NOT have my dogs well-being in mind, he did not cause amy physical harm to my dog but he defiantly harmed her!!! This man has no business being a vet, he really only seems to care about is a paycheck. The vet tech Megan was great, I wish her the best and hopes she cam find a better vet to work under.

Dr. Dhillon always takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions I may have. Moreover, sometimes I call him to show photos and or questions because I am overly cautious, and he always responds. They are kind, patient, genuine, caring... I can go on and on. I tell everyone I know to come to Bayview Pet is best Clinic. They are truly amazing. I am grateful for their love and sincere desire to help our animals. God bless you all.

We love Bayview pet services.. we take our 2 cats and 2 dogs to get wonderful care here. FHO surgery was affordable and successful with our dog Tyson. The whole team are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We feel comfortable being able to talk about cost as a factor in our choices without feeling judged. Thank you so much to the receptionist (super nice staff) for being so patient with explaining after care to my parents.
We can't give Dr. Dhillon and his team enough praise!

I was very happy with the service Dr.Dhillon gave to us. My dog had very dry, rough skin and had lost his fur under his belly and neck. I called him right away and I was given an appt. that same and I had a vigorous treatment that was given at the end of his checkup. I followed up with him in 7 days and my dog was feeling so much better, very playful and energetic. His skin is soft and supple and I can see new fur coming in. I was so worried about him but I can see he is doing well and recovering. Megan was so patient and gentle with my dog and encouraged me to call I found I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends.

My best friend Joey had a swollen mouth and was in need of a good vet right away. Dr Dhillon was recommended to me by my friend. So I called Dr Dhillon and took Joey in right away for an exam. Sure enough, Joey was in alot of pain due to an abscess tooth and would require surgery. Due to Joey's age Dr Dhillon took a blood test and explained to me to bring Joey back the next morning for the tooth extraction. Before we left that night Joey got a shot for pain.
The next day we went back to Dr Dhillon and Joey had 6 teeth that needed to come out.
Joey was going to have to stay over night at the office and Dr Dhillon let me know he would not be alone that night, the he himself would sleep in the office with Joey.
Fortunately Joey came home that night with meds for pain and some supplements to keep his system tip top while he healed.
I was asked to bring Joey back the next day for a quick check to make sure everything was healing the way it should. Everything was great.
From the time I first stepped into the office during the initial visit all the way to the 1 week post surgery check, Dr Dhillon, his family and his staff showed me nothing but concern, compassion and top notch care.
I don't know of another doctor that would sleep with my pal in the clinic , just to make sure everything was good for my friend.
Dr Dhillon, you are awesome and your family and staff are awesome too.
I have a total of 3 dogs and they will see no one else but Dr Dhillon.
Joey and I thank you so much for the care and compassion.

It’s devastating to have to put a price tag on a pet’s life, and the reality is most veterinary hospital services are grossly overpriced and not feasible for the average person, especially when it comes to surgery.
Dr. Dhillon performed emergency perineal urethrostomy surgery on my 2-year-old cat to remedy his life-threatening urethral obstruction and did so at a reasonable price.
Dr. Dhillon and his facility operates with integrity and for the well-being of the pets and helps owners more easily afford to treat them. If it weren't for Dr. Dhillon, my cat would not be happy & healthy, or here with me today.
Endless thanks to Dr. Dhillon and the whole family, as well as staff, for the outstanding care and for kindly & so generously helping us in a time of great need. I am forever grateful.

This clinic is a SCAM!!!! I was referred by a current customer of theirs so was comfortable switching vet clinics. Called them to get a price to do a teeth cleaning. They told me it would cost $250 plus tax. So I drove from Toronto to Newmarket for a 9am Sunday appointment to drop off my dog for the cleaning. After a 30 second exam, they handed me an invoice for $599. When I asked about the fees, they said that the extra charges were "mandatory". These charges included a $70 exam fee, $100 iv, bloodwork, antibiotics, etc. Remember... this is for a teeth cleaning. I opted out of all the fees that weren't mandatory such as bloodwork and my bill was still coming up to $420 plus tax. When I questioned them about quoting me $250, the vet simply said "we don't have to tell you our whole story on the phone". I opted out of the teeth cleaning and left very disappointed. Wasted 2 hours of my morning and had my dog stressed out for absolutely nothing. (He was scared of the vet - not the clinics fault). BE CAREFUL with the hidden fees with these guys. Can't comment on the quality of work but I can tell you that they are money hungry and have absolutely no sympathy for people or their situations.

We love Bayview pet services.. we take our 2 cats and 2 dogs to get wonderful care here. FHO surgery was affordable and successful with our dog Tyson. The whole team are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We feel comfortable being able to talk about cost as a factor in our choices without feeling judged. Thank you so much to the receptionist (super nice staff) for being so patient with explaining after care to my parents.
We can't give Dr. Dhillon and his team enough praise!

I was very happy with the service Dr.Dhillon gave to us. My dog had very dry, rough skin and had lost his fur under his belly and neck. I called him right away and I was given an appt. that same and I had a vigorous treatment that was given at the end of his checkup. I followed up with him in 7 days and my dog was feeling so much better, very playful and energetic. His skin is soft and supple and I can see new fur coming in. I was so worried about him but I can see he is doing well and recovering. Megan was so patient and gentle with my dog and encouraged me to call I found I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends.

My best friend Joey had a swollen mouth and was in need of a good vet right away. Dr Dhillon was recommended to me by my friend. So I called Dr Dhillon and took Joey in right away for an exam. Sure enough, Joey was in alot of pain due to an abscess tooth and would require surgery. Due to Joey's age Dr Dhillon took a blood test and explained to me to bring Joey back the next morning for the tooth extraction. Before we left that night Joey got a shot for pain.
The next day we went back to Dr Dhillon and Joey had 6 teeth that needed to come out.
Joey was going to have to stay over night at the office and Dr Dhillon let me know he would not be alone that night, the he himself would sleep in the office with Joey.
Fortunately Joey came home that night with meds for pain and some supplements to keep his system tip top while he healed.
I was asked to bring Joey back the next day for a quick check to make sure everything was healing the way it should. Everything was great.
From the time I first stepped into the office during the initial visit all the way to the 1 week post surgery check, Dr Dhillon, his family and his staff showed me nothing but concern, compassion and top notch care.
I don't know of another doctor that would sleep with my pal in the clinic , just to make sure everything was good for my friend.
Dr Dhillon, you are awesome and your family and staff are awesome too.
I have a total of 3 dogs and they will see no one else but Dr Dhillon.
Joey and I thank you so much for the care and compassion.

It’s devastating to have to put a price tag on a pet’s life, and the reality is most veterinary hospital services are grossly overpriced and not feasible for the average person, especially when it comes to surgery.
Dr. Dhillon performed emergency perineal urethrostomy surgery on my 2-year-old cat to remedy his life-threatening urethral obstruction and did so at a reasonable price.
Dr. Dhillon and his facility operates with integrity and for the well-being of the pets and helps owners more easily afford to treat them. If it weren't for Dr. Dhillon, my cat would not be happy & healthy, or here with me today.
Endless thanks to Dr. Dhillon and the whole family, as well as staff, for the outstanding care and for kindly & so generously helping us in a time of great need. I am forever grateful.

After 10 years looking for a perfect vet clinic, I found one. The costs are reasonable, the clinic is well-equipped, stocked, clean, and accessible. The staff are friendly.LOVE THIS PLACE!

This clinic is a SCAM!!!! I was referred by a current customer of theirs so was comfortable switching vet clinics. Called them to get a price to do a teeth cleaning. They told me it would cost $250 plus tax. So I drove from Toronto to Newmarket for a 9am Sunday appointment to drop off my dog for the cleaning. After a 30 second exam, they handed me an invoice for $599. When I asked about the fees, they said that the extra charges were "mandatory". These charges included a $70 exam fee, $100 iv, bloodwork, antibiotics, etc. Remember... this is for a teeth cleaning. I opted out of all the fees that weren't mandatory such as bloodwork and my bill was still coming up to $420 plus tax. When I questioned them about quoting me $250, the vet simply said "we don't have to tell you our whole story on the phone". I opted out of the teeth cleaning and left very disappointed. Wasted 2 hours of my morning and had my dog stressed out for absolutely nothing. (He was scared of the vet - not the clinics fault). BE CAREFUL with the hidden fees with these guys. Can't comment on the quality of work but I can tell you that they are money hungry and have absolutely no sympathy for people or their situations.
