I cannot say enough about this wonderful clinic. Dr.Bruch, Dr. Allison and earlier in her her life Dr. Donais took amazing care of my beloved black lab Misty. They are kind, compassionate, helpful and warm. I lost my sweet Misty November 10,2016 and it was the most heartbreaking day of my life having to put her down. Dr Bruch and Dr. Allison could not have been more kind and compassionate as I was completely falling apart. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Ashely with a hug or story, Suzanne always with kind words. Lorena was always there for me with a kind and reassuring words and so helpful near the end. I am not certain if I will get another dog. Right now I am still grieving for Misty. My house is so empty. If I do my first stop is College Manor Veterinary Hospital. Thank you all so much!!!!!!

Throughout this time the staff have been consistently exceptional: friendly, courteous, responsive to requests, patient and kind, even at busy times when many demands are being placed on them and always compassionate. We typically see Dr. Bruch, and find him to be extremely knowledgeable. He is thorough in his approach and able to share information in a manner that is easy to understand. He takes the time to understand our pets needs. I highly recommend this clinic!

I have been taking my pets to College Manor Veterinary hospital for over 10 years. We have had nothing but good experiences there. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. From the first treatment to the last Dr. Allison showed myself and my dog nothing but understanding and compassion. She was there with me through a difficult time and diagnosis for my dog. She was professional, yet approachable when I had questions and concerns. I would like to thank the staff and all the Veterinarians who have been with my family over the years and helped to care for my pets. Thank you for all that you do and the love that you show to the animals and people who walk through your doors.

My husband Amo and I would like to thank Dr. Allison for loving and caring for our dog Studley for so many years until he was put down on February 4th, 2014. She treated him like he was her own dog. We also appreciate all the wonderful women who work at CMVH. Everyone was always so kind and considerate whenever we had to take Studley in. They were especially kind when that final day came. We would also like to thank Dr. Donais and Dr. Bruch for their kindness. We surely miss our boy Studley, but know that he is in a happy place playing and running around and not sick anymore.

Professional, caring, thorough, veterinarians. I appreciate that they explain things in order to make an informed decision. I wish I had taken their advice about dental cleaning for my little pup because she ended up having to have surgery by a canine dentist in Toronto and by referral to remove her teeth - an expensive procedure and one that without doing would probably resulted in the death of my dog because of infection. The staff are friendly, approachable and kind. I always feel welcome when I walk through the door. They also offer Saturday mornings and late Thursdays. I highly recommend their services

I have been going to College Manor for the past three years. I find Dr. Bruchs, Dr. Donais and Dr. Allison to be excellent veterinarians. I really appreciate the fact that they have photographs of my pet's dental cleanings and extractions to explain and show me why they have had to extract the teeth. They are honest, caring and ethical. Laura and Angela are fantastic too. If you have dogs, cats, birds, ferrets or any smaller pet they are able to help you. I find their prices to be quite reasonable, they even offer a multi-pet discount if you have 3 pets.

I called one day for advice and they followed up the next day to see how we were doing. Every visit and telephonic communication has been a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough about this wonderful clinic. Dr.Bruch, Dr. Allison and earlier in her her life Dr. Donais took amazing care of my beloved black lab Misty. They are kind, compassionate, helpful and warm. I lost my sweet Misty November 10,2016 and it was the most heartbreaking day of my life having to put her down. Dr Bruch and Dr. Allison could not have been more kind and compassionate as I was completely falling apart. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Ashely with a hug or story, Suzanne always with kind words. Lorena was always there for me with a kind and reassuring words and so helpful near the end. I am not certain if I will get another dog. Right now I am still grieving for Misty. My house is so empty. If I do my first stop is College Manor Veterinary Hospital. Thank you all so much!!!!!!

OUTSTANDING CLINIC! We have been bringing our dogs and cats to College Manor for almost 20 years. Throughout this time the staff have been consistently exceptional: friendly, courteous, responsive to requests, patient and kind, even at busy times when many demands are being placed on them and always compassionate. We typically see Dr. Bruch, and find him to be extremely knowledgeable. He is thorough in his approach and able to share information in a manner that is easy to understand. He takes the time to understand our pets needs. I highly recommend this clinic!

I have been taking my pets to College Manor Veterinary hospital for over 10 years. We have had nothing but good experiences there. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. From the first treatment to the last Dr. Allison showed myself and my dog nothing but understanding and compassion. She was there with me through a difficult time and diagnosis for my dog. She was professional, yet approachable when I had questions and concerns. I would like to thank the staff and all the Veterinarians who have been with my family over the years and helped to care for my pets. Thank you for all that you do and the love that you show to the animals and people who walk through your doors.

My husband Amo and I would like to thank Dr. Allison for loving and caring for our dog Studley for so many years until he was put down on February 4th, 2014. She treated him like he was her own dog. We also appreciate all the wonderful women who work at CMVH. Everyone was always so kind and considerate whenever we had to take Studley in. They were especially kind when that final day came. We would also like to thank Dr. Donais and Dr. Bruch for their kindness. We surely miss our boy Studley, but know that he is in a happy place playing and running around and not sick anymore.

Professional, caring, thorough, veterinarians. I appreciate that they explain things in order to make an informed decision. I wish I had taken their advice about dental cleaning for my little pup because she ended up having to have surgery by a canine dentist in Toronto and by referral to remove her teeth - an expensive procedure and one that without doing would probably resulted in the death of my dog because of infection. The staff are friendly, approachable and kind. I always feel welcome when I walk through the door. They also offer Saturday mornings and late Thursdays. I highly recommend their services

I have been going to College Manor for the past three years. I find Dr. Bruchs, Dr. Donais and Dr. Allison to be excellent veterinarians. I really appreciate the fact that they have photographs of my pet's dental cleanings and extractions to explain and show me why they have had to extract the teeth. They are honest, caring and ethical. Laura and Angela are fantastic too. If you have dogs, cats, birds, ferrets or any smaller pet they are able to help you. I find their prices to be quite reasonable, they even offer a multi-pet discount if you have 3 pets.
