The staff at Hillside have consistently been wonderful to me and to my sweet golden retriever, Ella-Blu. Most recently when Ella required emergency surgery to repair her severely damaged tail, they were compassionate, professional, informative and very kind at a time when I needed reassurance the most. Dr. Webb's meticulous surgical skills saved Ella's tail and I will be forever grateful. With all that Ella has been through, she continues to bolt to the front door of the vet clinic with each and every visit. In part, it may be because of the liver treats, but I think it's because she knows that Hillside is a good place to be. Thank you to the entire staff for all you have done for us

I have been going to Hillside for over 20 years, and cannot say enough about Dr. Lorna and her staff. We have been the proud humans of seven dogs throughout this time (always at least two dogs in our house; one time we had four) and the care our furry kids receive is of the utmost quality. The staff is always friendly and compassionate during the hard decisions. I would gladly recommend Hillside to anyone.

Yesterday was Chelsea's second grooming appointment with Larissa, and I couldn't be happier, she did exactly what I asked for. Chelsea is a senior dog with 'special needs' who requires a LOT of TLC. Larissa listened to all my concerns regarding Chelsea's care and handling, and completely put my mind at ease. If you are looking for an amazing groomer who truly cares about her little clients, look no further. Thank you for doing a wonderful job, Larissa!
Chelsea has been coming to Hillside for many years and we are always treated like family. I can't say enough about all the vets and staff here, they are all wonderful.

Recently we had to let our Darcy Tucker Wood Dog go to a more peaceful place where she could rest without pain. Dr. Lorna and all the staff at Hillside have taken care of Darcy from puppy to almost 15 years young. They were amazing and so comforting at our darkest time. It was like being surrounded by family and they made a difficult and hurtful day feel warm and comforting. To see the emotion in Dr. Lorna's eyes touched our hearts. You have all cared for Darcy so well over the last 14 years, I would recommend Hillside to anyone who wants care above and beyond duty! Love to you all and thanks from all of our hearts. This is the only veterinary clinic I have been to so I don't really have anything to compare it to. All I can say is they do an excellent job. Everyone from the vet to the staff are very professional and compassionate. I took my puppy for her first exam and shots here. They gave me a complete puppy package which included a puppy training basics tutorial and a Kong wubba! They also had a 25% off on all of their toys. While waiting for the vet my puppy got a bit too excited on seeing all the new people and peed but they were quite good about it and cleaned it up immediately. The examination was quite thorough. The vet also didn't mind answering my endless list of questions. They gave some treats to my puppy just before they had to give her the shots and it worked! Ginger didn't even notice the needles poking in to her. It was in fact a very fun and playful visit for my puppy. Oh and we also got a complimentary nail trimming. The next day my pup seemed to have an allergic reaction but they did a great job with the follow up as well. They are definitely good at what they do and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this clinic to other pet owners.

We went to Hillside when we had our cat, and he had MANY issues. Our Vet there, was amazing, discussing the reality of our situation and what was best for him. She was honest, and patient.
Then when we got our puppy, I again was delighted with the service we had for him. Our dog loves the vet. He wouldn't even leave without force until the vet came out to say bye to him! We are priced fairly, and she does what she can to best of her abilities to help your pet! We think the world of Hillside Animal Clinic!

This is the only veterinary clinic I have been to so I don't really have anything to compare it to. All I can say is they do an excellent job. Everyone from the vet to the staff are very professional and compassionate. I took my puppy for her first exam and shots here. They charged $117 plus taxes which I think is a standard price in the GTA. They gave me a complete puppy package which included a puppy training basics tutorial and a Kong wubba! The person that answered was extremely rude and short with me and basically didn't want anything to do with my issue or offer to help. She just quickly hung up without letting me ask another question. Not a very caring person.

Yesterday was Chelsea's second grooming appointment with Larissa, and I couldn't be happier, she did exactly what I asked for. Chelsea is a senior dog with 'special needs' who requires a LOT of TLC. Larissa listened to all my concerns regarding Chelsea's care and handling, and completely put my mind at ease. If you are looking for an amazing groomer who truly cares about her little clients, look no further. Thank you for doing a wonderful job, Larissa!
Chelsea has been coming to Hillside for many years and we are always treated like family. I can't say enough about all the vets and staff here, they are all wonderful.

Recently we had to let our Darcy Tucker Wood Dog go to a more peaceful place where she could rest without pain. Dr. Lorna and all the staff at Hillside have taken care of Darcy from puppy to almost 15 years young. They were amazing and so comforting at our darkest time. It was like being surrounded by family and they made a difficult and hurtful day feel warm and comforting. To see the emotion in Dr. Lorna's eyes touched our hearts. You have all cared for Darcy so well over the last 14 years, I would recommend Hillside to anyone who wants care above and beyond duty! Love to you all and thanks from all of our hearts. Well they had a special they were advertising for the month of March for cat's teeth cleaning, which was what I was looking for and when I called and asked them about it, instead of trying to retain my business they told me they were all booked up and could not fit me in (with that special). So I went elsewhere. Bad customer service.

This is the only veterinary clinic I have been to so I don't really have anything to compare it to. All I can say is they do an excellent job. Everyone from the vet to the staff are very professional and compassionate. I took my puppy for her first exam and shots here. They gave me a complete puppy package which included a puppy training basics tutorial and a Kong wubba! They also had a 25% off on all of their toys. While waiting for the vet my puppy got a bit too excited on seeing all the new people and peed but they were quite good about it and cleaned it up immediately. The examination was quite thorough. The vet also didn't mind answering my endless list of questions. They gave some treats to my puppy just before they had to give her the shots and it worked! Ginger didn't even notice the needles poking in to her. It was in fact a very fun and playful visit for my puppy. Oh and we also got a complimentary nail trimming. The next day my pup seemed to have an allergic reaction but they did a great job with the follow up as well. They are definitely good at what they do and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this clinic to other pet owners.

We went to Hillside when we had our cat, and he had MANY issues. Our Vet there, was amazing, discussing the reality of our situation and what was best for him. She was honest, and patient.
Then when we got our puppy, I again was delighted with the service we had for him. Our dog loves the vet. He wouldn't even leave without force until the vet came out to say bye to him! We are priced fairly, and she does what she can to best of her abilities to help your pet! We think the world of Hillside Animal Clinic!

Everyone from the vet to the staff are very professional and compassionate. I took my puppy for her first exam and shots here. They charged $117 plus taxes which I think is a standard price in the GTA. They gave me a complete puppy package which included a puppy training basics tutorial and a Kong wubba!
