Dr. Masi is wonderful with us and our pets. He went above and beyond when we had an emergency at the end of beloved bulldogs life. The staff here are amazing ! I recently switched to cooking my dog food and knew I needed supplements for her new diet. Every vet I tried to call didn't carry them and wouldnt order it for me. This was the only place that would order it and it only took a few days! Their prices are more than fair and the hospital itself was clean and looked nice When I walked in. Doctor is very rude and refused to answer a simple question about the clinic . We brought our dog for dental check up and when we asked about process and who will be watching my dog after the surgery and how many people assisting him at the time of surgery the answer was: it's not your business and not your concern. Really? It's my dog and I have a right to ask any questions related to the surgery. Cheap and not professional. Never will recommend to anybody, and obviously not coming back. When I had given up hope of helping my cat, he was the only vet who took the time to sit down and weight out our options. He admitted that he wasn't God, but will do his best for my cat to be happy and pain free for as long as possible. But when the time cat she passed away, him and his staff were amazing at getting the cremation and everything set up. They care more about the animal than the money. Every pet has their last day... After a full and happy life our old dog left us recently and it couldn't have been more sensitively handled by their wonderful staff. My first visit to a vet since moving to Newmarket. Everyone there is friendly and I didn't feel a lot of pressure to get tests done. They did inform and educate me about the tests and why they are beneficial but left it to me to decide. I really want to RAVE about Pam, the groomer. She grooms cats!! (See pic posted of my new lioness) It was the first time she was ever being groomed and I was worried she would be so stressed and traumatized. Pam tested her reaction to the shaver before proceeding and worked with the animal and her movements and what the cat seem comfortable with. Little breaks in between and it was done very quickly! Due to such an awesome first experience I will definitely see Pam again. Anyone grooming their fur child for the first time should see her!! Read Less
