Having moved just recently to the area, we were in search of a new vet clinic for our dog. I am easily concerned towards my dog and I always have lots of questions when I bring him to the vet. Dr. Mak was very patient and thorough during the consultation. She is knowledgeable and I strongly feel my dog is in good hands with her. The staff are all friendly and we had a pleasant experience. I am so glad I found a clinic that also opens on Sundays.

Had an emergeny appointment today for our rabbit. They were the only clinic open on Christmas Eve. I am so glad they could get us in. The staff was so friendly and they even gave us some supplies for no charge. Honestly they saved our little man. If he had to wait a few more days we would have been completely screwed and probably would have lost him. I would highly recommend Newmarket Animal Hospital. Amazing staff and very fair pricing.

I wish I can rate them 10 stars. They have saved me with both my dogs in 2 weeks. I cannot be more thankful to them. They're not in it for money, they're in it for the health and safety of the pet. They will not upsale and push unnecessary treatments. Really just a good vet which is so hard to find these days. HIGHLY recommend!

Have been boarding my dogs here since 2009 off a suggestion from another pet parent! They took great care of our 1st Fur Baby, Brayden until she passed away in 2015 of old age. She was always excited...
Have been boarding my dogs here since 2009 off a suggestion from another pet parent! They took great care of our 1st Fur Baby, Brayden until she passed away in 2015 of old age. She was always excited to see the vet and staff because they loved on her greatly! She never had an issue being boarded while we were visiting family in the States and she came home always happy and healthy! They even helped with assisting training for our newest puppy Jake! Blessed to have had them recommended!

My experience with puppy Lucky on December 2nd 2016 with Dr.Larissa and Lisa was fantastic ! Their team of staff and vets was kind , knowledgeable and very pleasant ! Overall a great experience !

Ok place, people are nice, prices bit high considering the place and service, overall it's mediocre, not bad but not 5 stars, they still haven't forward my dog's medical records and I asked them twice, but I kept copies of everything so not too big a deal. Overall it's ok, just not 5 stars, and dirtier compared to other clinics.

I appreciate that you took the time to Respond. It's unfortunate that instead of listening to suggestions you made assumptions,
1. No, I didn't not except because of your location your fees should be cheaper.
2. You seem to imply I'm superficial, it has nothing to do if your clinic is "Flashy," personally I prefer clean over "flashy" and your statement that you are too "busy" sometimes to clean is a bit disturbing.
As the owner I would suggest that instead of assuming what your client thinks, take it as constructive criticism, if you had just explained your fees and cleaning regiment other readers would give you the benefit of the doubt.
But your last statements makes assumptions: "flashy...location...etc..." In my opinion make you appear unprofessional and petty.
Many things get lost via the written word. As a business owner you should constantly look for ways to improve your establishment not everyone is going to give you 5 stars and if they did readers would question the validity of it.
My Review was fair I said good things and listed areas in need for improvement.
At the end of the day, we all want what is best for the welfare of animals.

I was nervous about taking my dog to the vet because I wasn't sure who to trust in Newmarket. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made me feel at ease. My pet received the care she needed and the fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital to family and friends

Having moved just recently to the area, we were in search of a new vet clinic for our dog. I am easily concerned towards my dog and I always have lots of questions when I bring him to the vet. Dr. Mak was very patient and thorough during the consultation. She is knowledgeable and I strongly feel my dog is in good hands with her. The staff are all friendly and we had a pleasant experience. I am so glad I found a clinic that also opens on Sundays.

Had an emergeny appointment today for our rabbit. They were the only clinic open on Christmas Eve. I am so glad they could get us in. The staff was so friendly and they even gave us some supplies for no charge. Honestly they saved our little man. Have been boarding my dogs here since 2009 off a suggestion from another pet parent! They took great care of our 1st Fur Baby, Brayden until she passed away in 2015 of old age. She was always excited to see the vet and staff because they loved on her greatly! She never had an issue being boarded while we were visiting family in the States and she came home always happy and healthy! They even helped with assisting training for our newest puppy Jake! Blessed to have had them recommended!

I was nervous about taking my dog to the vet because I wasn't sure who to trust in Newmarket. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made me feel at ease. My pet received the care she needed and the fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital to family and friends
