dishonest practice, definitely the number one goal is to make a overpriced profit off the emotions of the animals owner and emotional state. Consult fee to get a over inflated quote not an assessment of the animal, but to see how much they can pull out of your wallet. Our fur baby was brought in and immediately taken into the back where we were unable to see her, the quote came out and had suggested charges on there that was not needed and they are well aware of this. Then we asked what would be the smartest choice to start with from this quote which is us reaching out to the supposed professional, and basically lead to pay for blood test under the impression this would be able to high light an area of concern even an accidental ingestion. after our first payment of $632 for a blood test that showed nothing we then paid for a $337 Urine test and Drug test. by this time we are looking at 2hrs after brining in our animal. Then we paid$ 1706 thinking it was crucial she spend the night and have fluids, but we asked to see our animal before leaving and upon seeing her she was completely fine. unfortunately we paid the $1706 in which we were told would be refunded and that it may take up to 5 weeks which is absurd. a point of sale machine would not take 5 weeks to refund. ( which also interest is added now) When they go to refund us they are saying they will only refund us $1380 because they scanned a product that they could not put back into stock. Not my problem, the product and or service was not rendered or received by us and there fore is not at our expense. which I believe is how they scam many people who struggle on a daily basis to get by and just wanted what was best for their furbabies. I have read many google reviews in which the exact thing has happened and I will be taking this further as it is fraudulent .

We brought in our cat, who was experiencing aggressive urinary pain and paid the examination fee upfront. It was midnight, so not many people were there at all. We waited close to an hour and notified the doctors that he does not behave well in medical settings (we always have to get him sedated at the vet) before they took him in. They came out ten minutes later and notified us that he was not cooperating (which, again, we had warned them about), so they could barely get a weight on him. Sedation would cost $300+, so we refused and decided to take him to the regular vet the next day, where sedation would cost ~$100.
When they brought our cat back out in his cage, we noticed his blanket was gone, and a gross stench was coming from inside his cage. It smelled like he had pooped himself, so we asked about it and only then did they tell us that he did and that the blanket had some on it. They wouldn't have told us if we hadn't asked, and we would have gone home with a mysteriously soiled cage and no blanket.
The doctor suggested we could buy pain medication for my cat to help him with his pain until then, so we agreed. However, they failed to tell us that they would not refund the examination fee if we purchased the medication.
Doctors, technicians, and receptionists told us to return tomorrow afternoon when the manager is in for a refund since the doctor did not complete the examination. We were not available the next day, and the clinic is very far from us, so we called in a few days later, only for them to notify us that we were not eligible for a refund on the examination because we left with $50 pain medication for our cat. They told us to email the manager, but it has been almost two weeks since we emailed the manager, and we are still awaiting a response. Additionally, they refuse to let us speak with a manager over the phone whenever we call after 12pm (the specific time they told us a manager would be in). They claim the manager can only be reached through email.
Bottom line: This place is a scam that exploits worried and stressed pet owners. They overcharge you, steal your money, and then avoid accountability. We still contact them every chance as we have yet to get our $200+ back from the incomplete examination.

If I could leave no stars I would....First clue-zero tolerance signs posted in windows, on the door, on the front desk. Second clue-ALL kinds of bad reviews... I brought my mother's older cat in because she wasn't eating and is not acting like herself. My usual vet was booked solid and unable to see her. I was told to bring her to the clinic for 5 o'clock but if an emergency occurred, she would be bumped. Understandable. Waited 3 and a half hours to get her inside to be examined. Was told there was an emergency surgery. Whatever. Most of the wait time, my car was the only one in the parking lot. Conferred with the vet after she had been see. Was told she is very sick, needs to spend the night, and have tests done. 2700 dollars. Told the vet my mother is a senior and cannot afford to spend that kind of money. Was bullied and made to feel like crap because we refused to have her admitted. Told him to do the bloodwork and take it from there. 650 dollars for tests. Waited 1 hour and a half to finally get her back, was not waiting anymore to find out the results. Told the technician to email me their findings. Received the bloodwork results today. Wanted them to send the prescription for any meds she needs to my regular vet. i would save gas by getting them from there. Was on the phone (mainly on hold) for an hour and a half, conversing back and forth with the vet, reception and the technicians. Come to find out they will not send my vet the prescription. I was told i need to bring her back to the other location today so they can re-examine her AGAIN, for FREE. Apparently the bloodwork/examination from yesterday is no good? Just a presumed scam to get me back in to have to have more test (=more money) End result? Money and time WASTED!!! No prescription for anything to help this poor cat. Do they care about the health of your pet? Absolutely not. Do they care about how much money they can soak you for? Absolutely. Disgusting how some vets can get away with this treatment. Solution? Never, ever will I take any animal to the emergency clinics in Newmarket.

I have closely witnessed the experience of one of my closest friends with Dr. Malik and his staff for over a year now. Their treatment of both her pets has been outstanding to say the least. The level of care, concern and respect shown for the unique needs of each individual animal have exceeded my expectations, especially in high emergency situations. Owners' questions and concerns are also consistently acknowledged and responded to in a kind and serious manner. There is always follow up after visits to Dr. Malik and any issues that arise are dealt with promptly and effectively. My experience with Dr. Malik and his staff, in addition to that of my friend, have made me more than comfortable recommending his clinic to others.

Compassionate and all around a great place! I came into this vet hospital late at night and needed emergency surgery for my dog. The vet in the clinic was compassionate, understanding, flexible and absolutely great. I have been to a multitude of vets and this was the best experience I have ever had. I can’t say enough how great this vet was during this entire process. The staff were great as well - the vet assistant sat in the crate with my dog when she got out of surgery ❤️

This place was awful to say the least. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get an answer from the Doctor as to what they think is wrong with your pet but instead list and try to charge you for every possibility rather than starting with the most realistic course of treatment and going from there. I just moved to the area and went here as my dog was experiencing an emergency and our vet was too far. I spent three hours here and left with no conclusive answers. Had to fight with the doctor to give the course or treatment I thought was best and was left research that treatment on my own. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The Doctor couldnt even comfort my dog when she was scared let alone properly diagnose and treat her. This place is not worth your time and money, you will leave with no answers and they prey on the emotions you feel when your pet is sick. The vet technicians were good but unfortunately all the doctor views your pet as is a dollar sign.

Dr Malik and his staff have demonstrated unflagging kindness, empathy, and compassion toward me and my elderly Shih Tzu rescue dog, Stanlee, during the acute phase of his heart failure condition. Stanlee required top-notch veterinary acute care, and he received the top-notch care that brought him back from the brink of euthanization. In short, Dr Malik is something of a miracle worker. Without him and his excellent crew, Stanlee would be a memory. I will be forever grateful for Dr Malik's superb diagnostic capabilities, effective therapeutic plans, and above all for his caring attitude toward me and my wonderful dog. Also, his staff of animal care specialists are very special people, and a pleasure to deal with.

Brought my cat Cooper here for emergency care and eventually surgery. The whole time the staff was supportive, informative and caring. Dr. Malik explained everything clearly so that I could make informed decisions. They encouraged me to visit throughout the entire process. During Cooper's recuperation, they moved him from a cage to a large pen area, where he could move about more freely. Nicole and Jess were especially kind and visited and played with him often. I can't thank them enough for making sure that I was able to bring Cooper home, healthy again.

Recently, we had the good fortune to meet and work with Dr. Malik of this hospital on a complicated rescue case. There are no words good enough to express our utmost respect and appreciation for this incredible vet. Highly skilled, professional, and thorough are just a few admirable accolades to share, but it goes far beyond that. Dr. Malik truly cares. Full stop. Quality care with heart. Who could ask for more? We'd also like to send a shout-out to the support staff. Every staff member we've connected with throughout this rescue case has been nothing but wonderful. They are friendly, professional and clearly share Dr. Malik's compassion for the animals they are there to help. Bravo to all of you! My 2 year old French Bulldog, Riley, was brought to this clinic on a Sunday morning for sudden pain and discomfort. Right from the start the staff was friendly, approachable, and empathetic. They listened to my husband and I and treated us and our dog with respect. The doctor was very thorough in his examination (blood test, ultra sound & x-rays). Turns out my dog had pancreatitis and was required to stay for a few days. The staff provided us with regular updates and very nicely tolerated all the check-in calls made by my family and ithroughout the day and night. The discharge plan was very organized and easy to follow. In addition, the staff were diligent in providing all reports to Riley's regular vet.
The staff went above and beyond in their efforts. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others and would confidently bring my dog back if needed.

I've been taking my two dogs here for about two years now. It's a little out of the way from where I live, but you do what you gotta do to get the best care for your pups. I originally checked it out because they had great reviews on Yelp, and I definitely agree with every great thing I read! The staff at this clinic is so wonderful, they always are so welcoming and friendly. My pup began having some stomach issues with the food she had eaten all her life, so the doctor suggested we switch her to a brand with a different mix and she has had no issues since.
Love this place!

It was definitely scary having to bring him in but you all eased my stress by the amount of compassion you showed us from the moment we walked through your front door. After diagnostics were completed, Tank was diagnosed with PLE (protein losing enteropathy) which results in low protein in his blood. He was given an extension care plan with a strict diet and medication and he is now doing well. I am so thankful that you were able to get him stable and back on track to being himself again. Dr. Malik, you and all of your staff are absolutely AMAZING!! Thank you again for loving what you do and for being so good at it too:)

Late last Sunday night, our little dog needed emergency care so we rushed her in here. They took her in immediately, prepared her for a surgery procedure and kept her overnight. I was sick with worry and they offered to call me at home when she woke from the anesthesia. The phone rang around midnight and the Dr. took his time to reassure me that she was doing ok. Yes, emergency vet service is more expensive, but was available when I REALLY needed it and I am so appreciative of the care we experienced here. All staff were very caring and supportive.

We brought our 2 year old Boxer Koda to the Veterinary Emergency Clinic after two years of struggling to diagnose our boxers urination problems. Koda had been urinating in the house and leaking urine at night. He had to wear male wraps and be let outside every 3-4 hours to prevent accidents in the house. We were at our wits end after seeing multiple vets and preforming numerous tests. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and Dr. Malik who was confident he could help us out. Everyone was reassuring and treated Koda like a family member, setting my mind at ease. Dr. Malik diagnosed Koda with Diabetes Insipidus and started him on medications. We are so grateful for Dr. Malik and his staff for everything they did for us. I would highly recommend their friendly and knowledgeable clinic!

Over a few days my cat's appetite had slowly started decreasing and one day she started to vomit multiple times. I immediately got worried and brought her into this emergency clinic. I did not call ahead because I was so worried about my cat but they were able to see her in a prompt manner. Within 20 minutes of walking in the front door my cat was already being assessed by Dr. Malik the veterinarian on staff. After a thorough exam we decided to start with some x-rays because her stomach seemed a little tense and uncomfortable. The x-rays were taken immediately and showed that my poor kitty was severely constipated. She was quickly treated for this and was able to go home that night with some medications to help relieve her of the pain and get things moving again. I am so grateful for all of the staff at this emergency clinic for being available for my kitty 24/7. After going home the staff still checked up on me the next couple days and even provided some recheck exams at no charge so the veterinarian could see how she had been improving. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff is extremely caring and compassionate.

Each and every person understood the deep connection I have with my 7 yr. old gentle giant, Bailey.
Bailey has seen me through recent tragedies in my life with an awareness not usually found in most animals.... so I was devastated when he became violently ill. I took him to the clinic where it was determined that surgery was the only recourse. Performed by Dr. Malik and Dr. McCreary, it was found that Bailey's bowels were totally impacted due to a twisted bowel which partially cut off blood flow and he was vomiting feces and blood. It was touch-and-go for a few days, and I spend up to 12 hrs/day with Bailey when I could, with the support and encouragement of all staff members. Bailey stayed at the clinic for a week, but is now home regaining his strength. We return every few days to check on his vitals and have blood work taken as Bailey is still slightly anemic.
I know it is impossible for me to ever convey my deepest appreciation to Dr. Malik who bent over backwards to help me with Bailey's treatment, and to each member of the staff who gave Bailey the love and attention he needed. Each of these people truly care for the animals in need.....

Such a wonderful experience at this clinic. The Doctors and staff are simply amazing. Very comforting, friendly, and accommodating. After a very stressful situation, my baby boy, a four year old, yellow lab suffered some very scary seizures in the early hours of the morning, I made a trip to this vet clinic. Thankfully this clinic is opened 24/7 and were ready and waiting for my arrival. After discussing my options with the doctor, it was decided that my boy would be spending the day in the hospital. This was the first time he was ever away from me but the staff were able to put my mind at ease knowing my boy was in good hands. Very professional, organized and very clean. Wonderful facility, and amazing staff all around. The staff welcomed my phone calls at any time to check on how my boy was doing, which was a god send as I think I was more stressed out than he was. I cannot thank Dr Malik and his staff enough for caring for my boy and I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone and everyone! I would give more stars if it was possible! dishonest practice, definitely the number one goal is to make a overpriced profit off the emotions of the animals owner and emotional state. Consult fee to get a over inflated quote not an assessment of the animal, but to see how much they can pull out of your wallet. Our fur baby was brought in and immediately taken into the back where we were unable to see her, the quote came out and had suggested charges on there that was not needed and they are well aware of this. Then we asked what would be the smartest choice to start with from this quote which is us reaching out to the supposed professional, and basically lead to pay for blood test under the impression this would be able to high light an area of concern even an accidental ingestion. after our first payment of $632 for a blood test that showed nothing we then paid for a $337 Urine test and Drug test. by this time we are looking at 2hrs after brining in our animal. Then we paid$ 1706 thinking it was crucial she spend the night and have fluids, but we asked to see our animal before leaving and upon seeing her she was completely fine. unfortunately we paid the $1706 in which we were told would be refunded and that it may take up to 5 weeks which is absurd. a point of sale machine would not take 5 weeks to refund. ( which also interest is added now) When they go to refund us they are saying they will only refund us $1380 because they scanned a product that they could not put back into stock. Not my problem, the product and or service was not rendered or received by us and there fore is not at our expense. which I believe is how they scam many people who struggle on a daily basis to get by and just wanted what was best for their furbabies. I have read many google reviews in which the exact thing has happened and I will be taking this further as it is fraudulent .

We brought in our cat, who was experiencing aggressive urinary pain and paid the examination fee upfront. It was midnight, so not many people were there at all. We waited close to an hour and notified the doctors that he does not behave well in medical settings (we always have to get him sedated at the vet) before they took him in. They came out ten minutes later and notified us that he was not cooperating (which, again, we had warned them about), so they could barely get a weight on him. Sedation would cost $300+, so we refused and decided to take him to the regular vet the next day, where sedation would cost ~$100.
When they brought our cat back out in his cage, we noticed his blanket was gone, and a gross stench was coming from inside his cage. It smelled like he had pooped himself, so we asked about it and only then did they tell us that he did and that the blanket had some on it. They wouldn't have told us if we hadn't asked, and we would have gone home with a mysteriously soiled cage and no blanket.
The doctor suggested we could buy pain medication for my cat to help him with his pain until then, so we agreed. However, they failed to tell us that they would not refund the examination fee if we purchased the medication.
Doctors, technicians, and receptionists told us to return tomorrow afternoon when the manager is in for a refund since the doctor did not complete the examination. We were not available the next day, and the clinic is very far from us, so we called in a few days later, only for them to notify us that we were not eligible for a refund on the examination because we left with $50 pain medication for our cat. They told us to email the manager, but it has been almost two weeks since we emailed the manager, and we are still awaiting a response. Additionally, they refuse to let us speak with a manager over the phone whenever we call after 12pm (the specific time they told us a manager would be in). They claim the manager can only be reached through email.
Bottom line: This place is a scam that exploits worried and stressed pet owners. They overcharge you, steal your money, and then avoid accountability. We still contact them every chance as we have yet to get our $200+ back from the incomplete examination.

If I could leave no stars I would....First clue-zero tolerance signs posted in windows, on the door, on the front desk. Second clue-ALL kinds of bad reviews... I brought my mother's older cat in because she wasn't eating and is not acting like herself. My usual vet was booked solid and unable to see her. I was told to bring her to the clinic for 5 o'clock but if an emergency occurred, she would be bumped. Understandable. Waited 3 and a half hours to get her inside to be examined. Was told there was an emergency surgery. Whatever. Most of the wait time, my car was the only one in the parking lot. Conferred with the vet after she had been see. Was told she is very sick, needs to spend the night, and have tests done. 2700 dollars. Told the vet my mother is a senior and cannot afford to spend that kind of money. Was bullied and made to feel like crap because we refused to have her admitted. Told him to do the bloodwork and take it from there. 650 dollars for tests. Waited 1 hour and a half to finally get her back, was not waiting anymore to find out the results. Told the technician to email me their findings. Received the bloodwork results today. Wanted them to send the prescription for any meds she needs to my regular vet. i would save gas by getting them from there. Was on the phone (mainly on hold) for an hour and a half, conversing back and forth with the vet, reception and the technicians. Come to find out they will not send my vet the prescription. I was told i need to bring her back to the other location today so they can re-examine her AGAIN, for FREE. Apparently the bloodwork/examination from yesterday is no good? Just a presumed scam to get me back in to have to have more test (=more money) End result? Money and time WASTED!!! No prescription for anything to help this poor cat. Do they care about the health of your pet? Absolutely not. Do they care about how much money they can soak you for? Absolutely. Disgusting how some vets can get away with this treatment. Solution? Never, ever will I take any animal to the emergency clinics in Newmarket.

I have closely witnessed the experience of one of my closest friends with Dr. Malik and his staff for over a year now. Their treatment of both her pets has been outstanding to say the least. The level of care, concern and respect shown for the unique needs of each individual animal have exceeded my expectations, especially in high emergency situations. Owners' questions and concerns are also consistently acknowledged and responded to in a kind and serious manner. There is always follow up after visits to Dr. Malik and any issues that arise are dealt with promptly and effectively. My experience with Dr. Malik and his staff, in addition to that of my friend, have made me more than comfortable recommending his clinic to others.

Compassionate and all around a great place! I came into this vet hospital late at night and needed emergency surgery for my dog. The vet in the clinic was compassionate, understanding, flexible and absolutely great. I have been to a multitude of vets and this was the best experience I have ever had. I can’t say enough how great this vet was during this entire process. The staff were great as well - the vet assistant sat in the crate with my dog when she got out of surgery ❤️

This place was awful to say the least. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get an answer from the Doctor as to what they think is wrong with your pet but instead list and try to charge you for every possibility rather than starting with the most realistic course of treatment and going from there. I just moved to the area and went here as my dog was experiencing an emergency and our vet was too far. I spent three hours here and left with no conclusive answers. Had to fight with the doctor to give the course or treatment I thought was best and was left research that treatment on my own. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The Doctor couldnt even comfort my dog when she was scared let alone properly diagnose and treat her. This place is not worth your time and money, you will leave with no answers and they prey on the emotions you feel when your pet is sick. The vet technicians were good but unfortunately all the doctor views your pet as is a dollar sign.

Dr Malik and his staff have demonstrated unflagging kindness, empathy, and compassion toward me and my elderly Shih Tzu rescue dog, Stanlee, during the acute phase of his heart failure condition. Stanlee required top-notch veterinary acute care, and he received the top-notch care that brought him back from the brink of euthanization. In short, Dr Malik is something of a miracle worker. Without him and his excellent crew, Stanlee would be a memory. I will be forever grateful for Dr Malik's superb diagnostic capabilities, effective therapeutic plans, and above all for his caring attitude toward me and my wonderful dog. Also, his staff of animal care specialists are very special people, and a pleasure to deal with.

During Cooper's recuperation, they moved him from a cage to a large pen area, where he could move about more freely. Nicole and Jess were especially kind and visited and played with him often. I can't thank them enough for making sure that I was able to bring Cooper home, healthy again.

Recently, we had the good fortune to meet and work with Dr. Malik of this hospital on a complicated rescue case. There are no words good enough to express our utmost respect and appreciation for this incredible vet. Highly skilled, professional, and thorough are just a few admirable accolades to share, but it goes far beyond that. Dr. Malik truly cares. Full stop. Quality care with heart. Who could ask for more? We'd also like to send a shout-out to the support staff. Every staff member we've connected with throughout this rescue case has been nothing but wonderful. They are friendly, professional and clearly share Dr. Malik's compassion for the animals they are there to help. Bravo to all of you! My 2 year old French Bulldog, Riley, was brought to this clinic on a Sunday morning for sudden pain and discomfort. Right from the start the staff was friendly, approachable, and empathetic. They listened to my husband and I and treated us and our dog with respect. The doctor was very thorough in his examination (blood test, ultra sound & x-rays). Turns out my dog had pancreatitis and was required to stay for a few days. The staff provided us with regular updates and very nicely tolerated all the check-in calls made by my family and ithroughout the day and night. The discharge plan was very organized and easy to follow. In addition, the staff were diligent in providing all reports to Riley's regular vet.
The staff went above and beyond in their efforts. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others and would confidently bring my dog back if needed.

I've been taking my two dogs here for about two years now. It's a little out of the way from where I live, but you do what you gotta do to get the best care for your pups. I originally checked it out because they had great reviews on Yelp, and I definitely agree with every great thing I read! The staff at this clinic is so wonderful, they always are so welcoming and friendly. My pup began having some stomach issues with the food she had eaten all her life, so the doctor suggested we switch her to a brand with a different mix and she has had no issues since.
Love this place!

He was able to give me a few more mths with her until we were both ready to have her walk over the Rainbow Bridge. He was kind and considerate and so supportive. It was definitely scary having to bring him in but you all eased my stress by the amount of compassion you showed us from the moment we walked through your front door. After diagnostics were completed, Tank was diagnosed with PLE (protein losing enteropathy) which results in low protein in his blood. He was given an extension care plan with a strict diet and medication and he is now doing well. I am so thankful that you were able to get him stable and back on track to being himself again. Dr. Malik, you and all of your staff are absolutely AMAZING!! Thank you again for loving what you do and for being so good at it too:)

Late last Sunday night, our little dog needed emergency care so we rushed her in here. They took her in immediately, prepared her for a surgery procedure and kept her overnight. I was sick with worry and they offered to call me at home when she woke from the anesthesia. The phone rang around midnight and the Dr. took his time to reassure me that she was doing ok. Yes, emergency vet service is more expensive, but was available when I REALLY needed it and I am so appreciative of the care we experienced here. All staff were very caring and supportive.

We brought our 2 year old Boxer Koda to the Veterinary Emergency Clinic after two years of struggling to diagnose our boxers urination problems. Koda had been urinating in the house and leaking urine at night. He had to wear male wraps and be let outside every 3-4 hours to prevent accidents in the house. We were at our wits end after seeing multiple vets and preforming numerous tests. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and Dr. Malik who was confident he could help us out. Everyone was reassuring and treated Koda like a family member, setting my mind at ease. Dr. Malik diagnosed Koda with Diabetes Insipidus and started him on medications. We are so grateful for Dr. Malik and his staff for everything they did for us. I would highly recommend their friendly and knowledgeable clinic!

Over a few days my cat's appetite had slowly started decreasing and one day she started to vomit multiple times. I immediately got worried and brought her into this emergency clinic. I did not call ahead because I was so worried about my cat but they were able to see her in a prompt manner. Within 20 minutes of walking in the front door my cat was already being assessed by Dr. Malik the veterinarian on staff. After a thorough exam we decided to start with some x-rays because her stomach seemed a little tense and uncomfortable. The x-rays were taken immediately and showed that my poor kitty was severely constipated. She was quickly treated for this and was able to go home that night with some medications to help relieve her of the pain and get things moving again. I am so grateful for all of the staff at this emergency clinic for being available for my kitty 24/7. After going home the staff still checked up on me the next couple days and even provided some recheck exams at no charge so the veterinarian could see how she had been improving. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff is extremely caring and compassionate.

I simply cannot express the overwhelming gratitude I feel for everyone at the clinic!
Each and every person understood the deep connection I have with my 7 yr. old gentle giant, Bailey.
Bailey has seen me through recent tragedies in my life with an awareness not usually found in most animals.... so I was devastated when he became violently ill. I took him to the clinic where it was determined that surgery was the only recourse. Performed by Dr. Malik and Dr. McCreary, it was found that Bailey's bowels were totally impacted due to a twisted bowel which partially cut off blood flow and he was vomiting feces and blood. It was touch-and-go for a few days, and I spend up to 12 hrs/day with Bailey when I could, with the support and encouragement of all staff members. Bailey stayed at the clinic for a week, but is now home regaining his strength. We return every few days to check on his vitals and have blood work taken as Bailey is still slightly anemic.
I know it is impossible for me to ever convey my deepest appreciation to Dr. Malik who bent over backwards to help me with Bailey's treatment, and to each member of the staff who gave Bailey the love and attention he needed. Each of these people truly care for the animals in need.....

Such a wonderful experience at this clinic. The Doctors and staff are simply amazing. Very comforting, friendly, and accommodating. After a very stressful situation, my baby boy, a four year old, yellow lab suffered some very scary seizures in the early hours of the morning, I made a trip to this vet clinic. Thankfully this clinic is opened 24/7 and were ready and waiting for my arrival. After discussing my options with the doctor, it was decided that my boy would be spending the day in the hospital. This was the first time he was ever away from me but the staff were able to put my mind at ease knowing my boy was in good hands. Very professional, organized and very clean. Wonderful facility, and amazing staff all around. The staff welcomed my phone calls at any time to check on how my boy was doing, which was a god send as I think I was more stressed out than he was. I cannot thank Dr Malik and his staff enough for caring for my boy and I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone and everyone! I would give more stars if it was possible! Thank you veterinary emergency clinic for all that you do, you are all amazing people!
