Hi Dr Paul, it's Autumn; remember me? Ya here's a review for you. I started using this vet for one of my first dogs back in 2008. Absolutely worst decision of my life. This clinic does NOT have a damn clue how to work with clients with high anxiety (people). In fact Dr Paul caused a serious distrust in vets and it took me many years to find one that I can trust. He pushed over vaccinations etc. He convinced me to neuter my dog because apparently neutering eliminates the risk of prostate cancer. Funny cause that same dog I had to murder 4 days after his 9th birthday because he had prostate cancer, the cancer I was told he'd never get Dr Paul. He refused to give me my dogs medical records when I finally decided to leave I had to contact the CVO who had to contact the clinic and told them they HAVE to give them to me. When I got them I found out why they were so weird about giving them to. All the physical attributes about me as an owner when those aren't even suppose to be in the file such as "owner thinks she knows everything" and other derogatory degrading comments. Was never allowed to call to see how my dog was after his neuter, you know the neuter he needed to live a long healthy life. My sister brought her cat in figuring it was a few years maybe he's decent and all he did the WHOLE appointment while ignoring my sick cat on the table was pull up his computer and accuse me of leaving him reviews (which I didn't leave at that time). Then proceeded to say let bygones be bygones (which was audio recorded because I'm smart). Absolute worst vet I've ever had the displeasure to meet and even his own previous staff members don't like him Maddy says he only cares about the money which I saw. It was explained to me he wanted to be a photographer but his daddy wanted him to be a doctor. So he became a vet. Does he really like this job then because he sure treated me like he didn't, I know I'd never be happy working a job I was forced to get into. Starting to wonder what they did to my dog because he became so nervous after his first few appointments with them. I just recently started allowing vets to take my dogs out of my prescense because of him. His staff I never seemed to have issues with other theh Izzy. You'd think how snippy she was she was Paul's wife. But I've heard she's passed away so I won't pick on her. There you have it, here's a true review for you to gaulk over Dr Paul. Enjoy ✌️ Read Less

We have been seeing Dr. Paul and his staff for nearly 4 years. From the very first few visits it was apparent just how much he truly cares for each animal in his care (and their owners). We went to Dr. Paul with our puppy who had a variety of issues that our first vet was unable to solve. Dr. Paul quickly came up with a course of action for diagnosing and treating our new family member. Over the years he has continually shown his expertise and love of animals at every visit. I really can't begin to convey how amazing he and the staff at Bridgeview are and the appreciation we have for each of them. A++ Read Less

Bridgeview is like family to us. The staff is amazing with their love and devotion to their clients. They cared for my little chihuahua for several years through some very challenging times and they never wavered from giving him patience, love and excellent care.
