So great with Socrates and Juniper. Staff is friendly and takes everything into consideration. Juniper is very scared and Dr. Charlotte even thought about all the little noises during her exam that might frighten Juniper and was cautious not to scare her. I brought my cat to Morgan Animal Hospital today and Dr. Sir was amazing. My cat was in some pain and not at all happy about having to go the vet yet she handled him magnificently. Besides being way more expensive than other vets in the area, they have terrible customer service. I used to bring my dogs here when they were younger, then switched later on. Today I called just to try and verify the age of my oldest husky who they have the records for, not sure if he is 17 or 18 now, but old for sure. Anyways, they seem to have someone else's name on the account for MY dogs so they could not tell me anything over the phone. I understand customer confidentiality, but they have always been my dogs and no one else's, so because of their poor record keeping, they would not even tell me something as simple as my dogs age! Didn't even try and correct the problem, just got off the phone with me. This tells me I made the right decision years ago to switch, terrible customer service and overpriced. Go somewhere else!
