I took my puppy here because it was close tommy home and the reviews seemed ok, but don’t trust this vet. I voiced concerns about some concerning symptoms my young puppy was exhibiting and was met with extremely rude responses and an offer for a payment plan (I don’t need a payment plan in the slightest). I made an appointment at Blue Sky Animal where she was diagnosed with renal kidney failure, which is a fatal diagnosis. Don’t trust these money grubbing, uncaring vets. They don’t care about animals in the slightest, and don’t listen to their patients. If my concerns, which were voiced on 3 separate occasions, had been taken seriously they could have seen my puppy had no chance to live. Instead they were happy to immunize her and take the money to do so when a simple urine and blood analysis would have shown she would never make it to adulthood.

Worst vet experience ever and now today he sent ultra sound results from the wrong dog to me. He just wants money. He hardly looked at my dog when he wanted to put her in the hospital. She didn’t have a temperature wasn’t dehydrated and no diarrhea so why would you need to put her in the hospital. Then he was yelling at his staff. Stay far far away

They would not even let us bring the dog inside the first day in case he was contagious...could you imagine if the hospitals did that. We will see you outside cause you might be contagious. Would not even touch the dog with the stethoscope just in case. can they not sterilize it after???
Let's just say, I would never bring another animal there. They can keep their boxes.

Do you value your animals life ? Are you suppose to be able to trust your vet / techs with your animals? ( note * there is no vet techs working here - people are hired off the street with no training) Well considering this place injured my dog, tried to lie / cover it up/ or just not inform the proper chain of command in the process. Then try's to sell me tests to check for there mistake they made.My dog can no longer go on walks. This place Refuses to even admit their mistake. Had to get the info outta a person working the front desk.My dog also had a lump on his back I was told not to worry about, its normal for his age. Can be removed if i like, but once again nothing to worry about. After going to my NEW vet, its very serious and life threatening.all vets have the ability to make mistakes. BUT one this serious? I asked for something and they just brush it off like its nothing!I have gone to this place for 11 years, even brought my new pup there. I now wouldn't trust this place with a mouse. Considering I asked to stay during tested and they refused and now my dogs injured. I will not stop til this place admit what they did publicly, and compensates my dogs new health problems. ... not me.DISGUSTINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL , this place may be cheap but its like the Walmart of vet offices, would you bring your loved one to Walmart for check up? Do NOT make the same mistake I did trusting this place with my dogs life. They can do shots no problem, but when it comes time for serious medical stuff... wow just wow.

Service in general was fine. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is that they recommended multiple times that my cat have it's teeth cleaned, which is an expensive procedure. Since then I've had to move twice and each new vet has commented on how good my cat's teeth are and how there is surprisingly little tartar.

They had been with Airport Animal Hospital from the beginning to the end and the entire staff was so wonderful throughout their lives and so empathetic and compassionate throughout their deaths. Brought our 6 year old cat to the Airport Animal Hospital with kidney stones. Decided to have the costly operation performed to have the stones removed. The cat came out of the anesthetic fine but a few hours later we were told she wasn't doing well. We got the call in the AM that she didn't make the night. No cat and a large vet bill.
Dr Bassi was very professional through the process. The operation was completed in the afternoon and he went back to check on the cat later that evening.
The cat was healthy and the only health issue it ever had was a bladder infection. We were offered to have an autopsy performed for additional fees but opted not to spend more.

Booking the appointment was easy as can be I have them a call and they were very pleasant making sure it was a day and time that worked for me. I highly recommend this place! The prices were very nice compared to Sudbury. (Where I'm from)

I can't say enough good things about this clinic, the girls are great, the vets are awesome, you are made apart of the team, they work with you and they don't just delegate, they are open to new information and will take the time to talk with you, they are very knowledgeable about all animals, be it dogs, cats, ferrets or guinea pigs. I find the pricing is better than some other places around North Bay. This team genuinely cares about each and every animal, it doesn't matter if you paid $5.00 for a pet or $250,000 for a pet they are all treat like they are priceless.

Called in to try and get a appointment spoke with Pauline at this point with my dog being sick was willing to take any appointment even an emergency vet appointment later in the day not only did you tell me there was no appointments but when I said I guess I'll have to call someone else suggested that be the better idea why would you turn away a sick animal when you have emergency options

Brought our 6 year old cat to the Airport Animal Hospital with kidney stones. Decided to have the costly operation performed to have the stones removed. The cat came out of the anesthetic fine but a few hours later we were told she wasn't doing well. We got the call in the AM that she didn't make the night. No cat and a large vet bill.
Dr Bassi was very professional through the process. The operation was completed in the afternoon and he went back to check on the cat later that evening.
The cat was healthy and the only health issue it ever had was a bladder infection. We were offered to have an autopsy performed for additional fees but opted not to spend more.

I want to Thank the staff at Airport Animal hospital for all their kind, caring and dedicated work they do for all pets, including our Sheltie Jersey. A special Thanks to Dr. Bassi and Chelsea who were very caring and understanding and compassionate when it came time for us to say good bye to our beloved Jersey. We recommend the clinic and staff to everyone and will return for their service when we decide it's time for an addition to our family. Lynn and Family

The best and most friendly service I have ever gotten from a vet office. Coming from out of town, they got my cat in early and out as soon as possible. They treated him like a king. Booking the appointment was easy as can be I have them a call and they were very pleasant making sure it was a day and time that worked for me. I highly recommend this place! The prices were very nice compared to Sudbury. (Where I'm from)

I can't say enough good things about this clinic, the girls are great, the vets are awesome, you are made apart of the team, they work with you and they don't just delegate, they are open to new information and will take the time to talk with you, they are very knowledgeable about all animals, be it dogs, cats, ferrets or guinea pigs. I find the pricing is better than some other places around North Bay. This team genuinely cares about each and every animal, it doesn't matter if you paid $5.00 for a pet or $250,000 for a pet they are all treat like they are priceless.
