I am extremely pleased with the service at Cassells Animal. I have never seen anyone treat my dog as they do. They actually came to the front and sat on the floor with her the first time I brought her in. Willow was nervous as it was her first time at the vet. They made her feel loved and now she heads right to the door, tail wagging. That means a lot to me knowing she likes going to the vet. When I did need to get surgery done, the vet sent me a text with her picture saying everything went well and the Dr. would be calling me shortly. That was the most amazing thing. I still have the text and show everyone how they treat you and your furry family. THEY ARE, IN MY EYES, THE BEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL AROUND!!!

Never once have I felt that they are in this for the money, it's easy to see that they simply care about the well-being of your family pet. I can't say enough great things about these people! The vets and receptionists here have been so helpful through all the problems I have had with my cat. Always extremely friendly and accommodating. I would never bring my kitty anywhere else.

Very disappointed the condition they gave me back my dog in. She went in to have her teeth cleaned and she came home covered in poop. Dropped her off at 8:00 and picked her up at 3:00 covered in poop....

The veterinarians of this animal hospital (which were my regular vets) gave me a emergency private number to call for on-call after hours care. When I called the number I was refused services & the unknown male that took the call refused to give me his name for me to file a complaint,he then made threats to call police on me. After I filed a complaint with his licensing body,more than 6 months after the facts I found out the vets name ( he was from N.B.A.H.) & that my former vets at C.A.H. had given him my personal information without my consent/knowledge for him to call police, however that backfired when police told him it "WAS NOT A POLICE MATTER" & did not get involved. This lead the vets to try & cover up the incident by falsifying their records or not file at all. How low,cruel & disgusting when all I wanted & needed was help for my sick animal.This hospital violated my rights & in their defense to a complaint lied,fabricated & falsified their records stating they never know who is on-call. Their licensing body CVO protected them by also lying,fabricating & covering up their falsified records. When a decision from the office of the privacy commissioner of Canada ruled these vets at C.A.H. did in fact breach my privacy & confidentiality they continued with a new criminal accusation that they had a emergency when I "THREATENED THE LIFE... " of this on-call vet,which I had no clue to his identity at the time & they falsified their records stating not knowing who he was during the attempted emergency after hours call, in fact they filed "NEVER KNOW WHO..." The privacy commissioner in their investigation also found that this on-call vet was not legally C.A.H's agent for on-call after hours services. This hospital vets are cruel & dangerous nasty non professionals that have no regards for their clients & patients rights, safety & welfare. HYPOCRITES!

I am extremely pleased with the service at Cassells Animal. I have never seen anyone treat my dog as they do. They actually came to the front and sat on the floor with her the first time I brought her in. Willow was nervous as it was her first time at the vet.
