Blamed for the death of our beloved Skipper. Over-vaccinated and only seemed to care about the money. Do not go to this vet. Any other vet in North Bay is better!

I had a really bad experience with this vet a few years ago and I reported them to the veterinarian college. I wouldn't recommend taking your pet here. I would have given them zero stars if that had been an option but unfortunately it wasn't.

The hospital was in very clean shape, and the staff were very helpful and personable as well. The attention my cat got while there was pleasantly appreciated and he even received a new toy to keep him...

Having just moved into town just over a year ago, one of the things that my wife and I had to find was a good vet for our cat. We were lucky we found it.The people who work in this particular office are very nice and knowledgable. My wife and I travel a lot and were pleased to find out that they boarded cats on site. The boarding facilities were great. There are ample sized crates that were connected -- also very clean. Also, the fact they had a very large (and equipped) playroom with tons of structures and stimulus was an added bonus. It was great that our little princess wad able to get an hour of 'yard time' each day. Our cat who is usually finicky, seemed to not entirely hate the whole experience. Which is all you can really expect! lol. Definitely recommended for cat lovers!

We went for the first time with our dog Tanner and had such a warm welcoming from the staff , our vet is Dr Ouellette he was amazing with us and Tanner . We thank you all for such great care .

The staff are always very friendly. Dr. Barnes is a wonderful veterinarian. She is warm and caring to both pet and owner. You can really feel how much she loves animals. I always felt that any recommendations she provided were in my pet's best interests and she didn't recommend unnecessary tests, procedures or expensive medications. Thank you for your service.

Having just moved into town just over a year ago, one of the things that my wife and I had to find was a good vet for our cat. We were lucky we found it.The people who work in this particular office are very nice and knowledgable. My wife and I travel a lot and were pleased to find out that they boarded cats on site.
