The team here are quite possibly the most genuine, caring, supportive and honest group I've encountered in the city. They've helped. Us through really funny and awkward times, happy times and the very sad ones as well. Couldn't ask for a better group to bless our city.

This place is amazing. They were quick in getting my kitten in for her first assessment as I had recently adopted. They don't mind all the frantic phone calls of someone worried about their young pet....
This place is amazing. They were quick in getting my kitten in for her first assessment as I had recently adopted. They don't mind all the frantic phone calls of someone worried about their young pet. They are kind and considerate and clearly love their jobs.
They are always thorough with visits and give different options for what to do and how to approach the care of your pet. I even got a call the next day to see how my little one was doing. This is exceptional level of service and I'm blown away by this establishment.

My husband and I have been to several highly rated veterinarians in North Bay who ended up disappointing us. Dr. Bertrand and her staff are thorough, caring and professional. We just experienced a difficult situation with our pet and felt confident through the whole process that Dr. Bertrand had a handle on the situation. We cant imagine going elsewhere if we continue to get excellent service like we have so far. Thanks to Dr. Bertrand and her excellent staff!

I had to put my elderly dog down, what was hard for me. They were understanding, and you really feel that they care about your feelings and your pet's well-being. They even had a candle lit for my dog in respect.

My 6 mos old English Bull Terrier, Tea', came in last week to get spayed. She had a Laparoscopic Ovariectomy. Excellent job!!! I would highly recommend this type of spaying over the old way. Nice clean clinic, friendly, caring staff and above and beyond great care to my Tea'. She came home happy and really didn't even want to leave the clinic!!! She has 2 very small incisions on her midline that she hasn't bothered at all. Not even sure she knows they are there. She seemed to be more concerned about her shave job!!! LOL. Its been 6 days since her surgery and all is well. No post-op issues what so ever!! Having piece of mind is worth every penny!! Thanks to everyone at Parkside.

Brought our dog Bentley in after he got into some of my meds and some other things. Parkside didn't even hesitate and took him right away! We got him there just in time! They treated him right away and kept him for 24 hr flushing him and taking care of him. They also followed up with bloodwork and took good care of him. I can't thank you guys enough! Samantha and Dr. Hailey Bertrand you guys were awesome and I appreciate you guys keeping us updated and Informed in what was being done. Our cats and Bentley love going to your facility and are always made to feel comfortable and not afraid. Awesome service! Thanks again for all you have done!

Simply amazing, Ive switched vets 4 times in a year because I am EXTREMELY PICKY... and Hailey is incredible so I now have my forever vet! Even got two of my friends to switch to parkside, and they have never had a more excellent experience. The cat friendly practice is very helpful, as my half blind 1yr old cat is very afraid of dogs, and just the smell of them makes him stress.

This place is amazing. They were quick in getting my kitten in for her first assessment as I had recently adopted. They don't mind all the frantic phone calls of someone worried about their young pet. They are kind and considerate and clearly love their jobs.

Nice clean clinic, friendly, caring staff and above and beyond great care to my Tea'. She came home happy and really didn't even want to leave the clinic!!! Brought our dog Bentley in after he got into some of my meds and some other things. Parkside didn't even hesitate and took him right away! We got him there just in time!
