The person answering the call was yelling and really rude and offensive. I didn't even get the chance to ask my question, I requested to speak to the manager and he stated he IS the manager. Really really bad customer service. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY!! He doesn't care about humans, and even less about our pets.

The kindest and calmest vet Ive ever known. Explains all with a gentle patience, yet full knowledge. Really cares for my dog, and seems to be in it for the love of animals. Always takes me even if late in the day. Never a harsh moment.
Id almost wish to be a dog so he could be my doctor!
Finally had to put down my Sheltie, and we sat together with her on the floor.

This VET doesn't take new clients - He yelled and was RUDE on the phone when i called... FYI I am the former host of a PET TV SHOW! WOW..... 2 things he said in a RUDE voice to me " If you would have listened to the voice mail you would not have called back"
"I have to go as I am in the middle of putting a dog down"... So stay away from this place...
