3. If you don't follow what they say they are gonna make you feel extremely stupid even though your opinion/choice is not wrong. So it's their way or the highway!!!
4. They try to squeeze as much money from your pocket as possible!!
5. The girls working there have NO IDEA what they are talking about.
I took my dog here when he was just a puppy because it was the closest vet to me and I unfortunately never thought of looking at the Google reviews. First time you go they are very good with you and overtime the hidden fees, useless exams/test and pushy services will start!! Please watch out that they don't take huge amounts of money from you (which most likely happen after on going there 2 times...). I regret spending the thousands of dollars that I did.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET AT ALL!!! BUT THEY DO CARE ABOUT ONE THING... !!!!!MONEY!!!!!

Amazing staff. Dr. Honest goes above and beyond for us. Friendly caring staff and wonderful bed side manner. I have never had a bad experience there, and I know that my 2 dogs receive the best care imaginable and for that I m grateful. Dr honest has been my vet for the past 15+ years and I would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Bayview Village Vet Clinic and give them 1000 out 10. Star rating

If you love your pet, do not go near this place! Most veterinarians are good, caring people, not these guys. My experience with this clinic could not have been worse. They completely misdiagnosed my dog's issue which resulted in $2000 emergency veterinarian assistance later the same night she visited them (they thought she hurt her leg which was not consistent with her symptoms. She died a week later after the good doctors in Guelph tried to save her with a heart operation). To add insult to injury, when I informed them of their misdiagnosis they were indifferent. I told them I was not going to pay their bill in the circumstances and they immediately turned the matter over to a collection agency. The money was not the issue for me, I would have paid anything to have my dog healthy but I was not going to reward them for malpractice that may have contributed to her early death. If they worked on people they would lose their licenses but a bad veterinarian can continue in malpractice.If you need a vet in the area there are many other good ones. Dr Larry Wilder on Yonge St. is probably the most caring, skilled vet I have dealt with.

I think that's one of the ways they force you into procedures, by putting you through guilt trips which are mostly unnecessary. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

I have always been given the cost of any procedures prior to moving forward. I have never been pressured to do any procedure and all their recommendations have be excellent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC FOR YOUR PET.

I wanted to write this review for a while but my 14 year dog died in July and was unable to do it till now. Dr. Honest and his staff provided great care for our dog. They were always there for us and guided us through all his emergencies and he had a few of these. They were thorough in all their assessments and because of this, Stitch received appropriate treatment. Dr. Honest easily referred to specialist. As a result Stitch lived 2 1/2 year longer after a cancer diagnosis because it was assessed early.

So Dr "Honest' wanted immediately a bunch of expensive lab tests and biopsy. Luckily I went to other vet who diagnosed sore gums. Bayview Village Veterinary acts on your feelings to squeeze as much money as possible!!!

My Golden Retriever gets very excited when he realizes we are getting out of the car at his vet's office. If he could talk, he'd tell you it's his favorite place to go. Everyone at Bayview Village Vet Clinic knows his name when he walks through the door, and they all come out to say hi. I never thought I would have a dog that loves going to the vet! I would recommend Drs Honest and Marion to anyone looking for caring and compassionate vets.

I have been with my dog there three times and they always "recommend" treatments my young dog don't require. They are NOT "Honest". They charge you for everything, even for the follow ups they have to do after their treatment. They are all but professionals. Once again,I DO NOT RECOMMEND "BAYVIEW VILLAGE VETERINARY CLINIC". Please do NOT waste your time and your money there if you really care for your pet.

A few months ago, I had a terrible time when I had to have my pet euthanised unexpectedly. The staff here were great! They were so kind and sympathetic. My pet was really sick and needed overnight care, and they arranged for one of their staff members to stay overnight. This cost a little extra, but was less expensive than moving my pet to the emergency vet clinic, not to mention, way less upsetting for my sick pet. It was some of the worst days of my life, and the staff was amazing.I now have a new pet, and will definitely be going here for all of our vet needs. We had our first check up the other day, and they were friendly and caring, they took time to answer all my questions and offered a lot of information and little goodies for both pets and owners.My only word of caution is that you have to walk up a steep set of stairs to reach the clinic, so this vet is not ideal for people/pets with serious mobility issues.

If you love your pet, do not go near this place! Most veterinarians are good, caring people, not these guys. My experience with this clinic could not have been worse. My Golden Retriever gets very excited when he realizes we are getting out of the car at his vet's office. If he could talk, he'd tell you it's his favorite place to go. Everyone at Bayview Village Vet Clinic knows his name when he walks through the door, and they all come out to say hi. I never thought I would have a dog that loves going to the vet! I would recommend Drs Honest and Marion to anyone looking for caring and compassionate vets.

I have been with my dog there three times and they always "recommend" treatments my young dog don't require. They are NOT "Honest". They charge you for everything, even for the follow ups they have to do after their treatment. They are all but professionals. Once again,I DO NOT RECOMMEND "BAYVIEW VILLAGE VETERINARY CLINIC". Please do NOT waste your time and your money there if you really care for your pet.

A few months ago, I had a terrible time when I had to have my pet euthanised unexpectedly. The staff here were great! They were so kind and sympathetic. My pet was really sick and needed overnight care, and they arranged for one of their staff members to stay overnight. This cost a little extra, but was less expensive than moving my pet to the emergency vet clinic, not to mention, way less upsetting for my sick pet. It was some of the worst days of my life, and the staff was amazing.I now have a new pet, and will definitely be going here for all of our vet needs. We had our first check up the other day, and they were friendly and caring, they took time to answer all my questions and offered a lot of information and little goodies for both pets and owners.My only word of caution is that you have to walk up a steep set of stairs to reach the clinic, so this vet is not ideal for people/pets with serious mobility issues.
