ery disappointed with Don Mills Veterinary Hospital. Reception staff are rude and disrespectful, very unprofessional. Pleasant to you until after you pay. They DO NOT return voicemails, messages or answer your questions. I left several messages regarding an estimate I received for a very expensive procedure, they did not return my call. Attempted several times to make an appointment and even left a message indicating what I was looking for, requested a call back, no response. Repeated issues with insurance submissions, do not complete services requested such as nail trims when being brought in for other services. Aside from Dr. McCarthy and Dr. Courtney, I am very dissatisfied with my VCA experience. I would not recommend this veterinary hospital. I’m switching!!

Great facility and very convenient to access. Wonderful, caring and very patient staff that answers any questions you may have and consistently follows up with you after appointments. The Vets there always make sure to book plenty of time for their appoints to make sure they go over everything with you. Had Dr Courtney and now have Dr Shin who is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic, full service vet clinic that happens to be very convenient to our home - a bonus ! In addition to regular vet check up's they can do surgeries and dental procedures. They also carry a full range of speciality foods. Dr Randy Marshall and Dr Kourtney Nardangali couldn't be nicer and more professional. The office is bright, airy (free, nice, coffee while you wait !) and all the staff are lovely. I also use their groomer, Janice, who does a great job on our long hair dachshund. Procedures are done with care and love. Medications are filled promptly, and when I once questioned the cost of some meds, they were helpful when I decided to go to an on-line pet pharmacy to fill some medications to save some money - very helpful of them ! If I ever forget anything, they phone me up immediately, and any procedure done to my beloved pets is followed up with phone calls and/or emails to ensure complete care. Don Mills Vet has also done for us, the *hardest* thing any vet can do - which is put down a deeply loved pet. Twice we've had to take the walk over the Rainbow Bridge at DMV. Tough days, both times, and again - they couldn't have been more careful, sensitive, caring and thoughtful, both with the procedures and the cremation.I can't recommend them highly enough. Even if we ever move from the area, I'd still bring my pets to DMV.

I was looking for a vet in the area I moved into. At first I was a little apprehensive to go her simply because it's by the Shops of Don Mills but this is the best vet I've been to yet!
When I had to take my little Jack Russel in because she was sick the vet took his time and showed me the overall cost and was very honest about what I needed vs. nice to have without breaking the bank.
After our visit he called me not once but twice to check up on our little fur baby and made sure she was doing well.
I'm very happy with the overall staff and welcoming service we've received.

Absolutely honest and thorough. I took my cat here in March and April. They cut her nails for free, and even gave me a free carrying case when they saw mine was broken. They are professional and friendly, without judgment. They found an ear infection, which most vets miss, within minutes of me being there. The inspection, diagnosis and treatment, took less than 30 minutes for under $200. The vet is amazing and friendly. I defy anyone to find a more friendly, accurate and professional vet in this city. 5 stars and i've had pets all my life. I wish more places were like this.

I have nothing but praise for this facility. I have taken all four of my dogs there over the last 30 years and would not go anywhere else. The vets are great, admin staff are super and the groomers top notch. They discuss all procedures and costs in advance allowing you to participate in the decision making process. If you love your pet then look no further.

I took my last dog to Don mills and the way the staff treated him and how well he was looked after his entire life ensured i will not go anywhere else. Our new puppy has now been going to Don Mills for 2 years and he enjoys walking through the door and seeing his friends at the front and i know all the staff there will treat him like their own.

The most caring team of vets and staff. I am an animal rights activist and cat rescuer and I am picky with veterinary offices and back in Montreal it took me 5 years to find the right one. I moved to Toronto two years ago and I was lucky this is the first one I tried. Honestly, I am so grateful for everything I have no words. We saw three different vets (all at different times for different issues, and different cats) and all of them were great. That's without mentioning the administration who is more than caring for your pets. Thank you <3

They DO NOT return voicemails, messages or answer your questions. I left several messages regarding an estimate I received for a very expensive procedure, they did not return my call. Attempted several times to make an appointment and even left a message indicating what I was looking for, requested a call back, no response. Great facility and very convenient to access. Wonderful, caring and very patient staff that answers any questions you may have and consistently follows up with you after appointments. The Vets there always make sure to book plenty of time for their appoints to make sure they go over everything with you. This is a fantastic, full service vet clinic that happens to be very convenient to our home - a bonus ! In addition to regular vet check up's they can do surgeries and dental procedures. I was looking for a vet in the area I moved into. At first I was a little apprehensive to go her simply because it's by the Shops of Don Mills but this is the best vet I've been to yet!
When I had to take my little Jack Russel in because she was sick the vet took his time and showed me the overall cost and was very honest about what I needed vs. nice to have without breaking the bank.

I'm very happy with the overall staff and welcoming service we've received.

The most caring team of vets and staff. I am an animal rights activist and cat rescuer and I am picky with veterinary offices and back in Montreal it took me 5 years to find the right one.
